Not your typical gun shop vibe here. These guys are all super chill and will pretty much help you with anything. Definitely worth coming here first before anywhere else!

I have purchased several firearms from them and even a few I told them I was on the lookout for. And whenever they came in they would let me know.

For such a small store there are good buys available . The staff was friendly.

I stopped in to pick up a new G19 a couple days ago. I had an excellent time with the dudes in the shop. The balance between overwhelmingly knowledgeable but not condescending is done well here. The general vibe in most gun shops I’ve been in is that the employees are like “Everyone I talk to is an idiot” and they’re just generally super jaded toward customer service on the whole. But these guys transcend that. The owner is SUPER responsive about inventory and good with predicting when they’ll have what. So many shops just kinda shrug at me telephonetically when I ask them when they’ll have something that’s not in stock currently. 10/10 would just go in there and hang out bc everyone is super cool.

Brought in my gun to make sure magazine fit, first time using it the magazine fell out of my gun each time it was fired, and they have a NO RETURN policy, will never shop here again wish I could give 0 stars, absolute garbage! Dont get ripped off like I did.

Veteran owned business! The guys that work here are knowledgeable nice guys. They carry some quality high-end brands like Daniel defense, Q, CZ etc.

Before going to Summit Armory (SA), I visited an armory in Cleveland; their stock was depleted and there were only two salespeople; one left to go walk the dog. So, I waited for at least 20-minutes before I was helped. The salesperson attempted to sell me a FN 509 Tactical; the firearm was too big for me, but he insisted I could handle it. Disappointed with that experience because the salesperson was only looking for a sale, I did a Google search and found SA. My salesperson was Stephen, he was very patient and informative; he provided me with a few good tips as he worked with me. At no time did he attempt to shove a gun in my hand. I had a list of firearms I was interested in. SA had every firearm on my list in stock. I purchased two firearms and ammunition for a great price. SA also recommended a tactics, weapon & CCW instructor. As a new firearms owner, I am well pleased with my experience at SA and my purchase. I highly recommend SA if youre in the market for firearms.

Had them accept an FFL transfer for a AR. They were absolutely fantastic and didnt waste any time. Very great store as well, was like Christmas looking at the walls. Absolutely will be returning for future firearm purchases and more. Great job guys.

Went there for the first time yesterday to pick up a transfer. They were very busy(had to be 15 people in there)and I still completed the paperwork and walked out with my pistol in 10 minutes. Recommend, I had a good experience.

Was looking for Ar Pistol for a while around the area most of the time stores did not have or prices were highly inflated called summit not only did they have it but they had for a great price . Staff was great called before I came and was immediately greeted upon arrival my first purchase with them and will not be my last

There are not many places that will admit to making mistakes, let alone correct them. Summit armory is not one of them. Tim was very courteous with his timely response and handling of the matter. Amazing customer service. Tim took the time to explain various options for my needs and had a good selection at competitive pricing. Ive walked into gun stores before and instantly felt uncomfortable because the staff seemed to not want to help a new/newer gun owner. That is definitely NOT the case at Summit Armory. Whether you are an experienced gun owner or looking for your first time firearm purchase I cannot recommend Summit Armory enough. I will defiantly be a repeat customer.

Tim (the owner) provides amazing customer service. I emailed him late on a Sunday and he continued to answer my questions(even on a Sunday night). He was prompt and courteous. I appreciate his help. I don’t even give reviews but I had to for these guys! I had went to another Gun shop the day before in which will remain nameless, which made me feel like I was bothering them and overall I felt uncomfortable and unwanted. But these Guys here have great customer service! From the moment I walked in I felt comfortable! Had no problems letting me find the right firearm for me! They also had the best prices by far that I’ve seen.

All the employees are extremely nice, professional and laid back. Even if you’re not in the market to purchase I highly recommend just to stop in and see their store (you might need something you didn’t even know you needed). They have some badass inventory. We will definitely be back for any firearm needs!

Called all over price checking a Glock. These guys had everyone else beat by $40. Service was fast, and easy. Quickest and easiest gun purchase ever. Staff was friendly, liked cheese, and had a sweet tundra sitting out front. 10/10 will go back again.

Just bought a .22 Cal silencer and trust from Silencer Shop through them. They were fantastic. Saved me hours of time not having done this before. Friendly staff who couldnt wait to help me. Ill definitely go out of my way to deal with them in the future.

Excellent phone and reception skills.The guy that owns this place on first appearance, is a reasonable successful business man, and judging by the bumper sticker decor, has a sense of humor.Once the money is on the table, things quickly turn around as this man does not hesitate to profanely and rather audibly speak to you in a manner never to be expected from an establishment with these ratings. With an experience like today, it is little wonder anyone bothers to deal with small business owners anymore. Went on armslist later today and bought what i wanted with half the hassle.

Tim practices very dishonest business ethics, I would not reccomend purchasing from this business. Describes product as functional but sells and delivers a faulty item. He is very communicative when its time to take your money but when a problem arises his prompt phone answering skills dissolve.Update...Tim you listed the item description as very clean that in the firearm industry means its in very operable condition. When your selling an item AS IS you are legally obligated to disclose malfunctions, non working parts and any other flaws. You just cant hide behind a AS IS clause without disclosing the bad. You are a shame to this industry and operating a bait and switch business. I most definitely can read, write and speak the English language, can you? Dont insult me Im a customer that paid American dollars for the garbage you sold me and Im sure you used that money to provide your family.

Terrible customer service. No replays to questions. Cant get ahold of anyone after they have your money. Seeking legal action for over $2,500 that was taken for a suppressor that they wont deliver. On top of that what they did send was not the correct item and they blame it on a shipping department this is just a small mom and pop operation. They are the shipping department
