The one thing I appreciate is the amount of workers this location has. Even when its busy they are usually pretty efficient getting the longer lines taken care of. Probably one of the highest staff locations Ive ever been too.

I was very disappointed by one of the workers there, I believe her name was Samantha? Or something along those lines. I was not greeted kindly at all and she kept rolling her eyes at me. Once we were finish she demanded that I pay her a $160 tip for having eyes? quote “you really should be tipping me $160 because my eyes are beautiful, they look like blue diamonds”. Her breath was also not pleasing. Once I had said no I need the money for my children she spat at me.

The employees are nice. When its my turn I walk up to the counter with a cheery hello and a big smile. Who can resist a friendly face. Smiles return smiles. Works every time.

I want to thank Johnathan and a couple of other employees I didnt get the names of. They helped me get a phone returned when the email I had didnt have the right barcode or a good tracking number. After lots of trial and error they made it work, what dedicated workers! Thank you, all!

I prefer UPS to FedEx and USPS. I realize these locations are privately owned, but the fees and markup that they charge are exorbitant. I had 2 identical items to ship. I had a box for one, packed it myself and printed a label online to drop off. It cost me $10.62. I didn’t have a box for the other. Between the $9 box, $3 packing supplies, and the marked up shipping, it cost me $35.64. I learned my lesson.

Biggest screw up yet. Sent package to Canada. Ups says this store didn’t send paperwork along with package. Kid lost item in couch in rv here. So returning it to them. After tracking this down go back to get them to send paperwork. Now customs says paperwork says it’s a gift. Duty and taxes are due. Besides being late and still not there. Manager says hey it’s the Canadian government call on that. Nothing like passing the buck and trying to cover up your employees mistakes. Everyone else’s fault but theirs

Please like it comment was helpful.Super clean, very well organized. Really nice people and all the supplies you might need to ship something.I was in and out in minutes. Very impressed. Little hard to find but close to Aiken Mall. In the corner of the building complex, and there was a tree blocking a clear view of the store. So I took photos of the inside as well as the outside to help you find it.

We have been satisfied UPS customers for all of our mailing and packaging needs for over ten years. I think they are locally owned and operated. Fantastic personnel! They are experienced and share the best and least expensive way to send whatever. So many times we go in with a snapshot of Amazon return code on cell phone, they scan it, and thats it, less than a minute! Couple years ago, there were many times, (my error) that the scanner couldnt see it, but no problem, explained and helped me get the code right there in their store! And not only did they teach me but did so in a calming and very helpful way.They offer many other services, even private mailbox, have many good greeting cards, and have the best and up to date selections of the I call them cheat sheets. This UPS store and our UPS drivers are the best!

The UPS Store is so busy right now with COVID many people are using them to return packages, etc. They remain professional, reliable, and dependable. They are very knowledgeable and helpful there, as well. They do a really good job despite how busy it has been lately. I appreciate having the UPS Store here in Aiken, SC.

The charged $18.00 to ship a package and $28.00 to repackage a heavy cardboard shipping tube that was left over from an order we receivedfrom a supplier . They claim they do not ship tube packaging and that everything has to be on a box.I called UPS and they said that they fo ship products in tubes.The Aiken store does not answer their phone. No more business with these guys.

Had one sheet of paper to fax waiting 30 minutes for them to tell me it would not go through, when I asked for my $1.25 back for services not rendered they said NO! Then when I asked for my paper back they had used it as scratch paper for writing down dimensions of other customers they were serving! Total incompetent personnel. So I took my paper to my place of employment and asked if they would fax just to see if there really was a problem with the fax number, lo and behold the fax went through with NO problem, obviously UPS is a problem!

Never had a problem sending gifts or Amazon returns from the store. Staff is friendly and helpful.Can get a little crowded on the weekends if you manage to hit a peak hour but its not too bad. Usually its because there is one difficult shipment from someone else or a staff member was taking care of something with a truck.A little expensive to mail larger packages or heavy packages but I guess thats to be expected.They kinda get the short end of the stick with location because there is not as much parking on the side of the shopping center. Spaces are a little tight and it feels like there is always someone pulling in or out when youre trying to pull in/out.

As far as everything I think Ga Js hit everything on the head. I too have been going to this store for all my return shipments to Amazon and a few USPS matters for 11 years and have been sever by very friendly and kind employees. Keep up the good work

Dont go here. The store is a franchise and prices do vary but they have such a tremendous mark up the only explanation is that its pure greed. I moved here this week from Tennessee and attempted to mail two items only to be shocked by the cost. I took it to UPS Customer Center off Columbus for a second quote- the first package was $30 cheaper for UPS Ground and the second $44 cheaper for the same service. I get $5 or $10 variation but $40 is inexcusable. Never will get my business again.

Some of the staff are so rude at this store. Today I walked up to a lady behind the counter and before I could say anything she rudely informed me that I would be charged a fee to have my package taped closed. That was how she greeted me!!! The younger staff are actually the most friendly to deal with. Really wish there was another option in Aiken so I wouldn’t have to deal with this location when I need to send items by UPS.

----Great, locally-owned UPS Store...I have been using this store exclusively for all of my mailing and packaging needs for over ten years. The staff are uniformly good---and extremely knowledgeable regarding the most optimal methods of shipping particular items...Another service provided (that very few other establishments do) : they have ALWAYS informed me of the least expensive shipping option--without my having to ask--and also provide the pros and cons of the different methods available (as they also offer USPS shipping and mailing)....----Because I have a business that is dependent upon my goods being shipped to customers, having a DEPENDABLE, COST-EFFECTIVE shipper is critical; despite having shipped literally thousands of items all over the country, the UPS store has never once lost a single item....Quite remarkable....Highly recommended establishment.

I will not be using ups no more I had to pay one dollar for 1 feet of tape because I didn’t tape the label on correctly. I would understand that if I had multiple boxes but I only had a bubble envelop.

Went to this place on a wed morning, paid 32 dollars for next day air to be delivered in GA. they said it will be there Thursday before 10:30 am, it never reached there Thursday. Called them Thursday they said it will be there before end of the day, never did On Friday same status will be there before Friday now at 10:30 am, never got there. Friday is now over, called them they said he will find out and call me back before Friday is over, never did and went on weekend. its been such a terrible experience and there people are so unfriendly. when you talk to them on phone they talk like they doing you a favor by sending your package. bunch of liars and cheat. Will never send package from here ever in life. Ridiculous and very very unprofessional.

Terrible prices. I had to ship a 12 lb antique Kerosene heater to Nevada that I sold on ebay. UPS Store said, even with their cheapest service, it would be $89. Went to the post office, their cheapest price to ship was $30! I understand a few dollars in price different, but how could it be $60 more for UPS?!?!?

2nd time now that I call BEFORE 6:30 and no one ever picks up. And their prices are inflated from the online prices. Time to find someone else in town I think.
