Been going here on and off here for years,(not anymore) I remember when you first opened and how much its changed since then. Ive spent hundreds of dollars, and time in your business and when I finally ask for a return on a vape pen Ive owned for less then a month and Im told I cant return it?? I understand your policy is 15 days and Im not asking for my money back I know batteries are faulty, but seriously...you want to throw away a customer over replacing a small $21.34 charge which would probably be less since I imagine the 510 thread batteries are much cheaper. Cheapskate.

Incredible selection the young woman who was behind the counter when I was in there was incredibly kind and helpful but again If the selection is what to rave about literally any type of juice you want they got it in whatever dosage you wanted in devices they got it coils they got them all best selection Ive ever seen in a vape store 2nd only to online retailers who dont have a physical storefront so are not limited by what they can and cant carry Only problem I personally had with it were the hours I feel they close A bit early on the sky who works from 2nd shift Yeah but not a traditional one Im typically getting off of work at around 6 630 and its hard for me to make it To this place before they close but its worth it the prices again are rivalled only by online retailers

Good vape store. They have some good deals and if you know where to look some good hardware. Expect to pay what you may pay online with shipping added. Plus tax. But not a bad situation if you dont like to wait for 2020s shipping for sure. Always happy, fair, and kind. Check it out and see if its a fit for you.

Chris is so helpful every single time Ive been in there since day 1. Great house e juice. I started at 24% nicotine and have been slowly going down, and Im down to 6% . Next month Im going to do a small drop to 5%. They are all very helpful and nice and caring especially Chris.

Kind of found this place while in Aiken. I have to say that the staff is very knowledgeable and polite. Eager to please the customer and was able to recommend a flavor that I am incredibly impressed with by just asking 1 question. They asked what I like in a vape juice. The price blew my mind. Great quality and cheap prices for a lot of Liquid. I highly recommend checking this place out as I have already begun bringing people from Columbia to get what they need. So far its all been 100% satisfied customers.

I have been to this vapor shop & others nearby. This is by far the best one in Aiken. Staff is friendly & very helpful. Not to mention they dont just try to take your money & sell you just anything, they take their time helping you.

Loyal customer for years-since 2014. Even though I left the area and became a travel nurse. However, when a package shipped and never made it to me I contacted the company. Owner is very rude and claims that USPS shows it arrived. Well it did, somewhere, but not to me. Refuses to ship out another package. Over $50 wasted because the owner has no interest in customer satisfaction or retention. What would it cost him? $2 in product and bottle? Thats OK, will place an order with Crazy Vapor. Much better taste and service. BTW, their products are clones and not authentic.

This is one amazing shop. Not only did I get the best Strawberry kiwi flavor Ive ever had. But the people in the shop are very nice very friendly. And Ill stop again every time Im in town. Im a 110% juice snob I mostly only buy the top shelf juices. But I will buy this again again and again

Vapor Tech is the BEST vapor shot in Aiken. They have prices very comparable to any online retailer, and a very knowledgeable staff. They went out of their way to teach me the correct way to use vapor equipment. Couldnt be happier.

After moving from Charleston I started out going to Vapor hut. That was short lived. I won’t go anywhere else besides vaportek! The prices are great,the house juice is great,but most importantly,customer service is top notch! Everyone is helpful,friendly and knowledgeable. Chris is the man! I had good service. They had a lot of knowledge of the products. I only had one problem, the Juice. It seem to be watered down. But Im not from here, so maybe its just how it is. I wouldnt have bought the big bottles until I tasted them. I guess you live and you learn. But overall I had a good experience.THANKS GUYS!!!

Great store and staff. They were off to earning even more of my business when they started carrying Boosted product. Particularly Anti Lag which is the only juice I vap. Recent visit to restock and was told they no longer carry any Boosted product.

Have ordered from these guys online shipped to Georgia super fast and great prices/discounts. Passing through SC decided to stop in. Picked up some great French toast juice, juggernaut ss wire and a tsunami RDA. Dont get any better than these guys. A++++

ETA-I came back and gave them a star because the one sealed package had a note in it that said levels could be off. But I still don’t think by that much.. Bought three cbd vapes today. 60$ Two were opened and one was not. the levels were obviously not filled the same amount. I really upset I went in there expecting to not be had. I noticed the packaging was open on one of them there too and the woman still handed it to me. She was so nice too. so I assumed they had opened it to show someone but apparently they opened to enjoy some free vape? Idk extremely upset didn’t even notice the other had been taped shut until after I got home 🤦🏼‍♀️.. shame 🔔 shame 🔔 shame 🔔

Owner of stores son sold me a EQs, convincing me to like it and said it was very common. I came back two days later to let them know I was having trouble with keeping the pod in. Asked could I exchange it out for a Nord. And they would not let me return it or exchange it. Wasn’t pleased with their customer service. Take your business to Vapor Hut!! I even asked did they believe other vape stores would sell the pods and they responded with “oh sure they will” that was a lie!!! I’ve done called 3 other vape stores in this community and NONE of them carry the replacement pods for the EQs. Plus the cap is not a ‘SIMPLE FIX’, the employee was having a hard time getting the cap off without taking the whole pod out! I would advise y’all to take these products off the shelf!

I was up in the area visiting and had a vaping emergency. I needed a tank in the worst way. I hit Vaporteks door 10 minutes to closing on a Saturday. They fixed me up. I used to have a 5 star rating for vapor tech, not anymore ever since they made it were u cant call to ask a question. I am very upset with this because I live 45 min away and used to could call to see if they had what I was looking for before I came but not anymore. I used to be a regular customer but I doubt I will be going here ever again since they think no one should be able to call and ask questions if they need too. You also lost $150 yesterday that I would have spent there

I dont Vape but I have gone in there for stuff for my husband. Because I dont Vape I dont understand what all this stuff is about but every time I have gone in either alone or with my husband they have always been helpful and educate me on the ways of what I need. From a price perspective competitive and in some cases much cheaper than some other vape stores in the area

The staff doesnt seem very knowledgeable about their products, the house juice appears to be sub par, and the store is very small and often completely clouded by vapor. I understand its a vape shop, but I couldnt even see the wall of juice when I walked in and then then I had to wait for the customers trying juice even though I knew exactly what I wanted.
