There was a young man in floral making beautiful bows for Christmas trees so I asked how much would it be to make a wreath bow and all he said was it depends on his time and ribbon, he then walked away and when he returned I asked for a price on the bows he had done but got no answer. He informed me he could not do a bow today because he was busy all I wanted was an idea of the cost and would have come back. I guess he didnt want my business He wasnt friendly and it was obvious he didnt want to be bothered my me. Im sure he was busy but he had no customer service 🙄

Best and only place in Aiken to get crafting supplies, home decor, and much more. The staff is always nice and goes above and beyond for customer service. Great for childrens school project or just school supplies, interior decoration long-term or short-term.

Great store but the workers here are so rude and grumpy.I got fabric there this morning and the woman at the fabrics desk seriously just acted annoyed to even be helping me.I understand it’s probably not everyone’s dream job but gosh, if you’re in retail and dealing with customers please have the decency to at least be polite.Also the lady who always is by the front door with the short gray hair is always rude too.Love store but the employees need some training in how to treat customers nicely.

Today when we went, the associates were pleasant and friendly. Really enjoyed Caleb ringing up our items. He shared with me that his brother works there, too. Nice fellow and very helpful.

Hobby Lobby has so much stuff to enhance your home decor, its hard to know where to begin. Even though there are all sorts of flowers for every occasion, mirrors, paintings and prints, beads and jewelry kits, and everything you need for sewing, knitting and crocheting, I usually visit the arts and crafts sections. I can buy stretched canvases, brushes, paints, frames, instruction booklets and everything I need for my paintings. Lately Ive taken to making ribbons and bows for my granddaughters, and potholders for my kitchen, all supplied with crafts from hobby Lobby. I believe its true that if you need it, Hobby Lobby has it.

Friendly staff and huge selection of beautiful decor And knick knacks. Bought 3 lovely fabrics for upholstering projects. DeLinda in the fabric department was very friendly and helpful as was the young lady with curly blonde hair ~~ dont remember her name🌷

They have great weekly specials and a great selection but I can hardly ever get checked out expeditiously. They either dont have enough registers open or there is some snafu with someone in front of me. Almost always!

I really enjoyed looking around the store. They have some really, really cute things. My daughter buys her crafting supplies here.

They have the prettiest fabrics. There is so much niceness in this store I dont know where to start. You just have to go see for yourself. And the artificial flowers!!! Make sure you stop there. The Flowers are Gorgeous every color you can think of.

When I went to shop at Hobby Lobby the store was very neat and clean everything in order I was looking for a cover for tissue and no other stores seem to have it I was in a hurry that particular day and I asked one of the employees on the floor if they could help me find it she stopped right away from putting things on the Shelf and went and showed me were the cover tissue box was I thanked her and she was very happy to help me. And I found it at a very reasonable price.

I purchased a frame a couple weeks ago and when I tried to get my artwork in it I broke the glass. I went back and purchased a less expensive frame to use for the glass and couldnt get it to work. Today I went to the frame shop and Ross helped me. He fixed it for me and even trimmed my artwork a little bit so that it would fit properly. He had several other customers , answering the phone but did a great job and never seemed rushed and my stuff seemed important to him thank you so much

Great items! Staff could use customer service training...especially yhe ones out on the floor. You walk into the store and no greeting. Augusta is GREAT! Walk-in, great customer service. Staff acknowledges customer on floor and even ask if you need help. Sounds like Augusta mgmt. need to teach Aiken.

I Catherine Riggs love this store. I bought a whole lot of material and other items. The only thing I really need is the white small thread. It maybe the # 30 size. I like to make tiny Angels Crochet ones.

Nice clean most of the time helpful but the one older female manager is rude and doesnt help at all! This isnt based off a one time experience with her this has been several times over!

Great place to go even if you are just looking. But I can never just look! Great place to get home decor stuff. And..... I always leave with lots of craft stuff. And new ideas. Employees are great! Fabric area is pretty good too. Love to go here. If you go be prepared to spend time and money! Dont go with your husband. You ll need more time than he wants to stay.

For years, when I would travel home to Baton Rouge, Louisiana, I would visit Hobby Lobby several times while there. I always returned to South Carolina loaded with lots of goodies from Hobby Lobby!
