Worse customer service. They might two people that work their that will actually help you. I am a new customer but not for long. I should be able to go in a T-Mobile store and feel comfortable. But not in Aiken or NA. I will be retuning back to Staright talk

Would have given 0 stars if possible. Generally speaking, if my product or service doesnt work, I dont charge people for it. I went to them within the 14 Day Remorse period about having phone issues. They tried several work-arounds that did not resolve the problem and when I tried to cancel service and return the phones, I was already outside 14 Day Remorse period which should not be an issue since I pointed out the problem before hand. Now Im stuck with phones that dont work. Terrible customer service.

Our family had a very bad experience at the Aiken T-Mobile store. We have a phone we purchased from T-Mobile, weve had it for a little more than a year and it is experiencing technical difficulties and will not work so we took it into the Aiken T-Mobile store. They did a diagnostic on it and tried to reset it, but that didnt work so they basically told us it was a problem with the software in the phone, not their problem. They said it was our fault that we had a defective phone because we bought a low quality phone. We pointed out that this was the phone that we were sold by T-Mobile and does T-Mobile knowingly sell people low quality phones that will only last one year? The salesperson, said that even though we are on a two year payment plan for the phone we really need to upgrade every year because these phones arent very good. This brand of Alcatel phones are still actively promoted in the store and on the T-Mobile website. The salesperson was not at all interested in helping us solve our problem with this phone, he was only interested in blaming us for the problem and then trying to sell us more T-Mobile products. This is the second phone that we got from T-Mobile that has had this problem. We are very disappointed in T-Mobile and are seriously considering changing carriers. We want to do business with a company that stands behind the products it sells and promotes and gives quality customer service. The Aiken T-Mobile store failed in this today.

The employees at this store are awesome. Very friendly and professional. If I have a problem, they help me get it fixed right away. I always have great service when I go into this store. I live in GA but I always travel to this store because of the great service I receive every time I go into this store.

Great store with outstanding customer service. I switched carriers and the manager Sean Lowry had everything waiting on me when I arrived in the store. Smooth seamless process I was in and out. By far the best in the CSRA. Ill be coming back soon for an upgrade.

Came into the the store to exchange an accessory glass screen protector. It did not last over 30 days. The lady did not give me the original box it came in when I purchased it. So I cant file a manufacturing waranty claim. She also had to lay the protector several times which messed up the adhesive which is why It didnt last long. Will be calling store manager tomorrow.

Well they had a fathers day promo for the s7 you get the gear vr free. They told my husband wed receive it in about 5 to 7 business days. Well 2 weeks later still no vr so we call them theyre response was no you will receive it within 6-8 weeks after they specifically told him 5-7 business days. These people lie to get you to sign a contract on over priced phones. As soon as I can Im switching back to Verizon they cost about the same and they dont make you wait 6-8 weeks for an item promised I could understand 2 weeks but a month and a half is absolutely ridiculous this company is a shame.
