Great service by a young lady whose name was Angel. She had been a manager in a fast food restaurant until they closed and she had to find another job. We told her what we wanted and she worked constantly to get the exact shoes we needed. When we could not find the shoes she tried to order them. After finding that she could not order them...she explained to us how we might order the shoes or find them somewhere else. That to me was SERVICE...EXCEPTIONAL SERVICE !!!!! Having one employee like Angel makes you a Good Store these days.

Most of the time, if you buy a pair of shoes, you get the second pair for 50% of the price, as long as it is equal or lower than the price of the first pair. Thats a great deal. Their prices arent jacked up, either. Friendly customer service when I went there.

Really need to treat all customers the same just cause someone comes in in work cloths don’t try and avoid them so tired of this from places some people money just not good enough.

I understand it’s Friday after Thanksgiving; however, the hardest worker out of the 4 employees I saw was an older lady going to every customer ensuring they found what they were looking for to include sizes from the back. The 3 younger workers were “working” the checkout but the line wasn’t going down any quicker. Nor were they monitoring the number of customers in the store at a given time. The lady was very nice and tried her best to move customers along but the other 3 left a bad experience. We’ll be taking our business to another Rack Room or shoe retailer.

I love this shop! They have an excellent selection, the store is always very clean, the prices are fair, the staff doesnt make you feel pressured, and they offer a wide variety of gift ideas! Unfortunately its always hot in the store and check out is a bit lengthy. In my opinion its the best place to buy shoes for almost any occasion in Aiken. Thanks for the help ladies!

The rudeness and attitude of the management here is amazing.My friend called ahead and asked if he could exchange 2 pairs of shoes, one that was worn once, the other that has never been worn. The woman on the phone was nice and said there should been no issue.We arrived to return the shoes and the manager in training was extremely rude about it. She smacked her lips and told the other worker we cant take those back, and then proceeded to walk over to my friend and ask him what are you trying to do with those shoes in a rude manner(while shaking her head side to side). My friend explained that he was wanting to exchange them because the pair he worn was bothering his feet, they was one size too small. She proceeded to accused him of wearing both and was very rude to him.She finnally said that she would take the one pair back but the other she can not exchange, which is no issue, the rudeness is what got me. I looked at the back of his original receipt and was verifying what she said was true when she asked to see the receipt, I gave it to her and she proceeded to ask me is there something you was looking for?It took everything in me to not to make a scene. I have never shopped here and never will due to this experience.

The store staff is amazing. Online ordering not so much.. I ordered 3 pairs of sneakers that went ro 3 different stores that wasnt even close to my home town store and not even in the right state..... very big disappointment

When ever me or my daughter need a new pair of shoes we always go to Rack Room. They always have a great selection of shoes, weather you are looking for Converse, Nikes, Addidas, Sketchers, Dress shoes, or kids shoes they will have something for you. We also go because of the buy one get one half off promo that they have. Its such a great deal, whenever I get my daughter shoes I also get myself a pair and its half off. They also have a great return or exchange policy, if you buy a pair of shoes and after wearing them they hurt your feet more than they should, or they feel too tight, or you just dont like them, you can bring them back and they will either exchange them or return them. Im not sure what the time frame is tho.
