I was just told by the pick up order department that they cant give me my items without one use plastic bags. If their isnt a paper option, or better a no bag option than I will no longer shop here. Target tries to brand itself as more eco-friendly than its competitors, but at the end of the day they still use one use plastic and have no options to opted out for their environmentally conscious customers. End result, they have one less today.

I dont even shop at Target usually (cant stand the color red-I know.)I had a great experience. Rylo was hands down the FUNNIEST guy! He made checkout a blast for once. I wanted to thank him by name without asking his name, but his name tag still said NEW TEAM MEMBER.Yall mean to tell me that out of this WHOLE store, NO ONE can go snag a Dymo and label his name on his tag??Anyways, I hope I got his name right. Hes the only reason Ill come back. Customer service matters.

I love Target. They are amazingly easy to shop in the store or on line. The staff are very helpful and they are all about opening a register if people are waiting in line and always happy to assist you with any needs .

Rude. Was waiting around in store for help no one around went to the service desk waited even longer and after asking my question was told Id have to wait for that person to finish putting things up before they could help me. Will never shop here again

Target Corp and FedEx ruined our first online experience. FedEx destroyed the box and our stuff, so the store did issue us our money back. However, they could not reorder or exchange our stuff . . . even for something in the store. Target corp has tied the local stores hands for good customer service!!! We wasted so much time and were so frustrated, I dont plan on ever using or shopping at Target again. Not worth the hassle if they cannot make it right. 😥

Store is clean, courteous staff, nice selection of products. There were clothes on the floor in different departments (womens, mens, childrens) shoe area was a train wreck, get the picture? It needs to get organized.. Also employees were complaining with the in work harder than anyone else..

I expected more but the location is kind of lacking something.

The woman who disinfects the carts is rude. When I was done with my shopping I asked her if she wanted me to leave my cart with her or put it in the corral? She rudely took it from me and snapped it goes here. So, I commented Excuse me I thought I would ask before just leaving it sit here. She said I don’t care where you put it. I will be contacting the manager!She has no business working there if she can’t be nice!! Especially if I was nice to her to begin with. I could possibly understand the rudeness if I had been rude to her!!

Convenience during this pandemic. Even better, Target beat the price of both Walmart AND Amazon on the everyday item that I purchased! First time Ive ever used Targets pick-up service. Went early morning right after the store opened, walked right in, the nice young man scanned my orders bar code from the Target app on my phone, and 30 seconds later I was on my way back home. GREAT success!

Good as any other target. It’s not a super target though so the grocery section is a real disappointment. Also, this is the only target I’ve been to that doesn’t have Starbucks so that’s kinda lame.

Tried ordering a digital giftcard but only to find out that I couldnt use my target giftcard as payment and actually forcing me to go the store. It shouldnt make you do that.

I hate to sound like a Karen but this was a bad experience and what felt like deceptive practices by target while trying to make a big purchase at the Aiken target.Store refuses to price match according to their own terms. Poor Employee who seems to lack training that’s management and corporates fault not the employees, since the people at customer service were MIA, says they can’t price match if their internal system which scans from an phone and that’s not an up to date updated system says that the other stores price isn’t what I literally just paid at the other when it’s not.Even if they can pull it up the other stores website online and see that it is cheaper at the other store. same model number, color, upc, etc. Refuses to price match that, look, or even attempt to compare with more than one store even though amazon distribution, Walmart, and one other was saying it was cheaper there, and available online since they were temporarily out of stock at Walmart since I bought the last ones at their brick and mortar stores.Won’t be recommending target for price matching anymore which they used to be awesome at, as they are trying to charge 50+ more dollars than every other store for the same item.

It was easy to place my order. Instructions were very simple. The wait time was longer than I would have liked (4 hours). But, we are in the middle of a pandemic and I am not in a big city. It was a very good experience.

The staff has been wonderful during this time of Covid-19. They sanitize the cart for you and they are sanitizing the self check out after each use it. I feel safe when I am in the store because they are keeping things clean.

Best target I have ever been too! People are nice area is clean and have tons of grate prices! Wish it would turn into a super target because I’d buy more food from here then Walmart Sunday of the week!

I placed an order online to pick-up at the local Target for a Lego set. The online inventory indicated that the item was in stock and available. Five minutes after the order was confirmed, I got an email from my local store saying that the item was not available. (This is just days until Christmas!)Thank goodness for Amazon! I placed the order and the Legos were promptly on their way.Two days later, we were doing some Christmas shopping at the Target that informed me that they were out of the Lego set that I wanted. Low and behold, there are several sets in stock!It appears that maybe someone did not want to walk a short way to the toy department to fill my order.Way to go Target! 😒

It doesnt have some of the stuff they say they have online and not so good stock of playing cards like pokemon but a great store.

I love our Aiken Target! It has most everything I need except for groceries. Only complaints are that it could be stocked better and some of the new staff are not friendly. They also need more checkout lines open its getting a little walmartish on that front. But its definitely the best thing in Aiken!

I went to Target to get a dress shirt and tie today. After I got the items I went to the cashier to pay, she did not even look up to acknowledge me, she simply rang up the items and gave me the price. I asked her how she was doing, she didnt answer and just mumbled something.I am an African American man, the customer ahead of me was a white female, the cashier was smiling and joking with her and wish her a good day after she paid, but said nothing to me. I know a racist when I see one, she was a racist, she has no business working there. I will be taking this to corporate.

It is a good store, but with any business, it is not perfect. Managers and Employees must strive to do better than they did the day before.

This is a small target with a small variety of grocery items. There are almost no dairy free options when it comes to creamers and not really any options for food, in general. The baby section is kinda small, as well.

Ordered some items on-line to pick up in store. Even though it was pretty late, I did get confirmation that order was ready that evening. Picked my stuff up next morning from the customer service desk right by front door entrance. Total time was probably a couple of minutes total....faster than I could have gone in, got a cart, walked around and picked them, then checked out. Big time saver.

The store itself is tidy and the selection matches the centers size. I’ve only had trouble finding one item and that is washing soda.My experience with the pharmacy started off well. My prescription was transferred over by a very helpful and kind lady. I did encounter a friendly woman when I picked up but her consult was inappropriate.I will update with a fair review based on if and when I am contacted by the store.

A nice, clean store. The wait lines are usually short. Advice: Do not make a left without a traffic signal back onto Whiskey Road. Instead, use one of the traffic lights near the Mall to make a safe exit.

Best prices in town for specialty items, like pajamas and socks. I love there book section! You have no problem getting help when you need it, but the employees dont always say, hello, goo morning or etc.

I call ahead of time to make SURE they have what I need, they reassure me they do, and even offer to sit it aside for me.. I get all the way up here and they end up telling me they have none in stock.. So they told me they set my item aside for me when it was non-existent. Do not recommend this store. GO TO AUGUSTA STORE.

I love target. Its got everything you could possibly need or want. Been a few times recently and got just about everything I was looking for. Lines arent super long, store isnt messy, plus the clearance racks are the best.

Ive been to numerous Targets, and the Aiken Target is very disappointing. It is a small store, and it doesnt have the selection I am used to seeing at other Target locations. Before moving to Aiken, I was a frequent Target shopper. But once I visited the Aiken Target a few times, I realized that I was no longer enjoying Target trips. I was becoming irritated by the small store and limited selection. The positive is that you can get a great parking spot and not have to wait in line, because the store is usually pretty empty. I still enjoy shopping at other Target locations when I am traveling.

Clean store and restrooms. This target does not seem to have as wide of a selection as other Target stores including Augusta ga. You also have to go inside to customer service for order pick up.

Super speedy service

Do NOT order online for in store pick upI ordered two bookshelves with an online discount and selected in store pick up thinking it would be faster than delivery. When I went the next morning for pick up they only had 1, not the end of the world but had I just ordered delivery the first time I would have gotten it sooner. The big problem was the manager Lazrell Williams. When only one shelf was available I asked if they could order another for me to pick up, she said no that I had to order it for delivery. I asked about already being charged for 2 shelves she said that it was pending on their end and that I would only be charged for one. I asked if I could have something in writing that stated I only picked up one and therefore should only be charged for one. She said no (even just a short letter stating my name the order number, pick up 1 item and a signature would have made me more comfortable but she refused). At that point I had already ordered the second to make sure another would be available (needed 2 so if it was a cancelled item I couldnt use just one for what I needed). She said I would get a receipt in an hour and then the charge would go through for one shelf but said she could give me nothing that confirmed I had only gotten half my order at the time of pick up. No one checked my id or asked me to sign anything at time of pick up which is unnerving considering it was already charged to my card.I called corporate to get more information and turns our its a bank hold that could take up to 7 business days to release the money held for a shelf I wasnt able to pick up. Finally got the email stating I picked up and was charged for 1 shelf but will feel better when the hold is actually taken off the extra charge.In short dont use in store pick up and dont ask Lazrell Williams for help if youre in Aiken.

An associate took me right to an item I was looking for. And Wess, the electronics associate took time to help me understand TV streaming.

Knew what I wanted, had the target ad from newspaper, showed clerk what I wanted and she got it for me. Perfect, pleasant, courteous. Satisfied customer thanks.

I regret to say that I will no longer be shopping at Target, at any location, due to your recent change in restroom policy. Allowing men into the womens restroom is an open invitation to any pervert. We take our children and grandchildren into your restrooms and expect not to be confronted by anyone that might have harmful intentions. Super fast car pickup! amd friendly service

I have no problems with the store or products, but have I must say one of your courtesy clerks is the rudest and sarcastic checkout clerks I have ever met at your AIKEN, SC store. He is a white very tall, heavyset with blongish black wavy hair. He made rude comments about my husband’s age and my age. He has checked me out twice and I won’t be back. Each time he is making rude comments, telling off color jokes and making sarcastic comments to and about customers.

Very helpful when looking for lens cleaner, store very clean and tidy, the sale dog food I went in for was on shelf.

Excellent customer service, excellent price displayed, fast and friendly team. Very neat ,clean and organized.

Quick and easy to get to. Stock is kept current and staffers are courteous.

Selection and they do a good job of keeping cashiers enough cash ears open so that you dont have to wait in line.

Definately a step up from Walmart, though an open checkout and a helpful employee are still hard to find.
