Was fine with ntb until I picked my car up from its alignment today. I always keep my car cleaned and maintain it because I have worked hard for it. The door handled had black grease and dirt all over it on the inside of my car. I mean come on wash your hands before you get in someone’s car if you are dirty.

Didnt have appt but they got me in in a timely manner! Good service, good prices!!

A place I trust. Theyve always been honest and had the best prices. Ive been going here since before they bought out the old franchise and replaced it with NTB. Im so thankful and impressed with their management and how they were able to improve on an already above average business. Love you guys and Ill be loyal forever. I must say Ive been to the same franchise in Florida, was received and taken care of just like my shop back home.

Love it I bought 5 boxes of girl scout cookies an got a free oil change. Then it was fast.

They dont respect your time. When you make appointment to get work done.My appt was at 130.I showed up 30 min before my appointment. Employee said they will start working on it in a few minutes. Finally at 210..they pull it in. When I arrived at Ntb. Only one car in bay. So excuse was other cars took longer than expected. If they cant handle the work load. Dont make the appointment.

Dropped my car off on Saturday for a single tire to pick it up Monday morning. When I arrived on Monday I was told that my car wasnt ready yet as I was promised. The clerk who informed me of this was the same clerk as helped me on Saturday and she remembered me right away. She apologized profusely, took ownership of the delay, and did everything in her power to rectify by getting my car ready for me in 20 minutes. Although our original agreement wasnt met, the honesty and integrity displayed was worth more than the 20 minutes Id lost. I will be back for all of my tire needs!P.S. I forgot to get her name but the woman at the front counter deserves a raise!

Never go to these people. They are crooks. They take your money barely fixes your car and allows you to drive it off the lot KNOWING ITS NOT FIXED.

These guys are crooked, left my Van at 10:30 am for a tire repair. They did not start working until I came to pick it up after work, stating they need my authorization for the repair. They had my phone number they could have called for this and they did not. I also told them I was on my way so there was another opportunity there, but they never even looked at it before I got there. Also, I was over charged for this service after showing them the posted price online. They perform an unauthorized battery testing on my battery. This was unneeded and them trying to search for an upscale. Also, my van is a hybrid and I did not want them messing with the electical and it is still under dealer warranty. Then since they took too long to repair my tire it was getting close to closing time me and my wife were basically checked out and kick out of the store before the van was off the lift. I took this time to call the corporate customer service to leave a complaint while we waited for our van and keys. Bottom line do not use.

Not great. We bought tires from this shop and had them installed there as well. I paid $99 for basic tire installation which includes balancing. I left the shop and on the way home discovered the tires were not balanced properly. After returning to the shop with an appointment for re-balancing we headed home and found that the tires were better but still not correctly balanced. At this point we decided to take the car to an unrelated tire shop for another balance. Finally, after paying a different shop $75, the tires are correctly balanced. These folks are nice and the service was efficient, but for some reason they just couldn’t get it right.

Christopher was a big help when I went in for my scheduled appointment. He pointed out to me the areas of my tires that needed attention. I bought 3 tires and got one free. I got an alignment that was much needed and easily was approved for credit to purchase all that I needed!

The service there today was awesome. The front desk guy is on point and all of the staff are super friendly and easy to talk to also very smart when it comes to talking about the vehicles.10/10 would recommend this place. I plan on doing all my buisness here from now on.

The best place to get tore and suspension work done to your car. If you are handy with tools, just order the parts that you need and put them on yourself because their labor and some parts are dealership prices.

My car was taken as scheduled and the work performed in a timely manner.The only reason I am not giving a 5 star is because of the large grease streak left on my door.I did not notice it until I returned home or I would have mentioned it to a staff member.Other than that I was pleased.

These people are crooks. I took my car for an oil change. I was told I needed 3 windshield wipers at the cost of $15 each, a battery and that I needed a rack and pinion replacement as the power steering was leaking and had been for several months. Was also told that I would need an alignment after this. Estimate for the rack and pinion only was $1,400. I was told the power steering fluid was low. The car was checked out by the dealer 3 months ago and all fluids were fine and there was no leak, nor did I need wipers. Went to Polk Tire and Auto and had the car checked out there. There was no leak and I did not need wipers. They confirmed I needed a battery, but nothing else. Save yourself some money and go to Polk.....honest people. Unfortunately I have to give one star to post this. I prefer not to give them any.

Brett, the manager, was very helpful and humorous. He was honest with me about what my car needed, and what it didn’t. I appreciated the professionalism and speed of my tire service. I will definitely come back to this NTB for future services.

Decent place to get your oil changed fairly quickly at a good price. I have purchased tires there and believe I got a good price. They are competitive with the Goodyear place across the street. Ive also done business with Goodyear but lean toward NTB most of the time.

I had a strong belief in my advisor that he was knowledgeable an honest. The repairs were carried out with professionalism and in a timely manner. I would definitely recommend to others.

I called ahead of time asking if I made it to their shop in the next 15 to 30 min, would I be able to have an alignment done. I was told yes, arrived in less then 15 minutes, and was then told that they couldnt fit me in. Leaving 3 stars because the young lady was apologetic about the situation, just a mistake in judgement.

Received great service for my new tires and oil change. Brett was very knowledgeable and explained everything in detail. Will be returning!

Went to the battery post changed on my 2017 Nissan Maxima and my check engine light can on and I went to the dealership and they told that the wrong battery post was put on there and it wasnt on tight and specified that the past was loose. I would advise anyone who has a newer model car of any type please take your car to that dealership and get it fixed it may cost you a little more but at least the job will be done right.

I really enjoy getting my car serviced here. I never have to wait more than the normal time needed unless something arises. However I am always informed if its going to take longer than the time quoted. I am always a satisfied customer when I leave!!

We have been several times. Every time they are very friendly and affordable! The last time I came in, they looked at the quote they had given us before, and took the price down lower for us when we didnt even ask them to. They do great work, its the only place we go now!

I would not go to this shop for anything. Can’t speak on the degree of their work, as I only went by to get a tire patched and they were the closest place open on a Sunday. Come to find out it didn’t need patching because the nail didn’t puncture all the way through. However I am now missing a very nice very expensive flashlight that was in the console upon arrival but magically disappeared from it while they had the vehicle in the shop. I don’t ever come to a mechanic shop with cash or gear in my truck, but I never thought someone would stoop as low as stealing a flashlight. Do not go to this shop, as it seems they permit thievery with the shop employees.

Good service, good people. Very dependable and relatively quick with repairs. Sometimes a little pricey, but that’s about the biggest complaint I have.

If youre not getting an oil change, keep moving. Went in to get my front brake pads and a rotor replaced. The quote was almost 500. Said absolutely not. Went and got the parts from advance and did it myself in less than an hour. Cost me 85 bucks. #NotTodayNTB

Discovered a slow oil leak and went to NTB where I take my care for regular oil changes and tire work. I didnt have an appointment but they made a way to take care of the leak problem. As usual, I walked out to my car a happy woman. The showroom is always clean, neat and welcoming as is the customer waiting room. Nice people.

Will not be going back. Recently went in for an oil change and tire rotation. The store manager was working that day. They informed us that 1 of the front tires had a puncture that was not repairable. We were in Aiken from Florida for a funeral. The store manager tried to sell me four tires and I feel he was trying to push the four tires. I only wanted the bad tire replaced as they did not carry the brand of tire that I keep on my Mustang. When I want to pick it up they had replaced the one tire and put it on the front. From experience I know you put a replaced tire in the rear! So you dont mess with the alignment. The manager Brent refused to put the replaced tire on the rear saying they had already rotated the tires. If they knew they were going rotate them why didnt they put it on the back in the 1st place? Poor choice of tires. Poor customer relations and poor professional standards (putting the new tire on the front)

Chris was very professional and explained what would be done to check my brakes. When he called to let me know the work would be more expensive with more labor and parts, I understood exactly what he was talking about. I appreciate how he communicated everything.

The quality is great, but everytime I leave from there I feel like they gypped me. How do I buy 2 tires for 99 dollars each and get 2 tires for free, BUT end up spending over 700 dollars? AND everytime I go there a something just so happens to easily snap off that I gotta pay extra for.

We have a lot of our maintenance and upkeep on 2 vehicles done here for the last 4 or 5 yrs. Terrific people, they explain everything thoroughly and dont do work without contacting you first. Helpful, they will tell you what has to be done and what can wait. Decent price structure and almost always either coupons or a deal.

Not sure why there is negativity here. Theyre fast & polite. Theyre thorough in checking my vehicle & explain it where I understand whats wrong. The only place Ill go.

Ive been here three times now for emergency tire repair... Mr.martin has always taken GREAT care of me, but after yesterday I will never stop there again. The girl who works inside is the RUDEST person. She snapped at my husband and argued with him about what he needed done.

We had a problem, but they took care of us in the end.

I set up an appointment for 1pm. They didnt save my slot first off. All I wanted was rotate and balance. The price went from 40 bucks to 65 buck then to 178bucks! They said I needed all new studs and nuts and who ever put my wheel bearings did it wrong. Well I done them myself well over 80k miles ago. I personally have been turning wrenches for over 20 years. I believe I know what I am doing and if I owned the balancer I do everything myself. While I was sitting there they told another guy that went in for an alternator. That he needed a battery, belt and tensioner. I highly doubt he needed all that. Definitely need to know a little about vehicles because if not you will be spending more than you need too.

I see negative feedback and Im not sure why.Came in for new tires. The staff at this location did an excellent job today, polite and courteous with everyone that walked in the door. Mike went above and beyond what was expected; I couldnt be happier.

STAY AWAY! I had an oil change around the end of January. Within a few days began seeing oil spots in the driveway. Went back to NBT and the dipstick wasnt put back in properly. The engine was covered in oil(newish car BTW). They half-a$$ed cleaned the engine, of course not like it was. What about my driveway?? Still has oil spots due to their ignorance. So, use NBT at your own risk. I will never go back.

Store manager told me $200 for a one time alignment just because my truck is lifted even if I purchased tires there. I questioned the price and the he got incredibly rude and irate with me. I’m currently at Firestone spending $2000 on 4 tires and a lifetime alignment that’s only costing me $180. I will never step foot in another NTB as long as I breathe.

Quoted one price over the phone and got there and they more than doubled it $103 to 250! Dont bring a quality car here the minute they see you pull into the parking lot theyll try to make their monthly quota. Missed out on my garage full of collector and newer vehicles. Real shady!

They had an advertisement on their billboard that said buy 2 get 2 free. I only needed 2 But thought hey might as well get them all changed at once. But when I went in of course they didnt have any of the buy2 get 2 tires and he tried to sell me 4 tires....I understand business is business I just felt like the billboard was inaccurate.

Do your price comparisons before deciding to purchase from them (especially with the amazing Discount Tire next door). Found a battery for $121 on the website, but when calling for availability was quoted $190 because they dont stock the more affordable 1 year warranty items.

Ive used NTB three times now. Each time was for an oil change and wheel rotation. I was out for around $25 which is a bargain. The first two times nobody tried to upsell me for anything at all. The work was done as promised and everything was very professional. This last time on 7/29/16 there was some minor attempt to encourage additional purchase but it was not pushy at all. There are cheaper places to buy tires, however, but thats different story. Overall for routine maintenance I dont think you can beat them.

Terrible! Paid for tires and alignment. Got great tires but the alignment wasnt done. Paid for a tire rotation and it wasnt done. Save your money and find a more trustworthy mechanic

I was towed there with 2 flat tires. They told me only one had a hole, the other one didnt. They insisted I buy a new tire even though, the tire was almost new, and they refused to fix it. I was in a bind . It was late. I agreed, bc I am out of town. I drove home and now of course the next morning the second tire was flat again. And these people act like theres nothing, they can do . They dont feel it wasnt their fault. I am stuck here in the country , no idea what to do . All what they offered was towing it into town at my expense. Thanks for nothing.

The tires you get there are great because they last like 6 months or a year

4&1/2 hour night mare. Dropped off at 1400 hrs. Got a call at 1600 that I needed new rotors. I immediately returned to the store. I looked at rotors and determine d less than .001 wear. The car was on the lift. I was told they might have got car mixed up. I had paid for a set of tires with my daughter waiting to 1830 to pick up car. I think this infuriated the Manager as she had called with the news of bad rotors. The car was placed on alignment rack at 1700 my daughter was made to wait until 1830. Worst service ever. I wish I had not paid the $398 for road hazard and life Time balance. I will contact customer services tomorrow. I dont want to return to this store.

I had my wife take her suv in to get the oil changed and a turn signal bulb replaced. I could not believe they charged her $30.00 labor for the light bulb change, it took the mechanic less than 5 min to do. When I confronted the manager about it he played the stupid role. He acted like it was no big deal. This place WILL NEVER see ant more of my business. The mechanics are great, but they will take advantage of people when they get a chance too.

I had a flat and the guy at the front desk told me that the only thing he can do for me is to put air in my tire, because they were really busy. He also said that if they have anytime which he said it wont really get looked at because they were so busy. I told the guy that within 2 hours my back tire will be flat. He says you can stay here if you want and maybe they can take a look at it for me. But I would have to wait till closing @5pm. I waited for a bit. And I just told the gentlemen that Im just gonna take the truck and go home and if he can at least put air in my tire. So they did and I was off going home. So you all can say it was a bad day for me for getting a dang flat. Or they just could patch the tire for me. I dont think that it would take them that long. Because I went to midas and within 10 mins. My truck was done. And they were busy as well. I would have gone back there but everyplace was closed. So sucks for me I guess. Just wasnt my day.

Purchased the 6 month alignment. HAD to use it 4 times because my car would shake so bad it was unreal. Then end up having to take it somewhere else and pay A LOT more money to fix what they couldnt.

By far the the rudest customer service Ive ever had..Just in my short 3 hour wait, yes I said 3 hour wait..I was told they had other appointments..Yet the parking lot had tumble weeds rolling thru it..When asked about what happened to customer service..Emily looked at me like i spoke chinese and shrugged her shoulders..Lets not get me started on the manager..Hes by far the rudest man on 2 legs..And not to mention the service bay workers that just throw your keys up on the counter when they are done..But not to worry NTB STAFF youll never see me again..If i wrecked my car in yur parking lot, Id tow it to firestone or goodyear..At least there yur treated with customer respect..Yes tires are cheap at ntb but pay a lil more to get good quality service..And to upper management..I suggest a whole new crew and start with yur manager👍👍

I got Bridgestone duelers to put on my Isuzu rodeo, I specifically asked for them to take the best tire on the back and replace the old worn spare underneath, after 3 hrs, (also got alignment and balance), I notice they did not change the spare, waited another 1 1/2 hrs for another bay to open to get my truck into have the spare replaced. AGAIN I ASKED FOR THE BEST BACK TIRE TO BE USED TO REPLACE THE OLD WON OUT SPARE, AAAAND of course they took one of the fronts which had sidewall cracking and used it!!!!! Im pissed, not listening to the Customer by paying attention to detail and not caring about quality work is exactly what you get when you go to these types of places, its next car in and out as they are trying to get as many jobs done in a day as they can. I will NEVER GO BACK TO NTB! Chris was great on the phone, and the other guy out front was great, but something doesnt transition to the back garage, I read these reports while waiting and feeling concerned for going there, but the service was good, however I left feeling Its all true, STAY AWAY!!!!!! Ill go to fn Wal-Mart before I ever go back to this place
