I have ordered parts from Kaiser Willys multiple times and I receive the parts in a couple of days, I do live in the same state though. Everything I have ordered seems to be high quality parts, everything has bolted right up with no problems. I am about 25% through my restoration of a 1942 GPW so it will be a while to see how the parts hold up in the long run but I am satisfied with everything I have bought so far.

Ive got a 1966 CJ-5 and a 1952 M-38. Ive ordered quite a few things for both from Kaiser Willys over the past several years, and Ive found them to be a good source for parts and information. Shipping has always been prompt, and returns (my own fault) were easy too.

I have owned a 1952 M38A1 for 16 years. I used it as a farm jeep for the first 14 of the 16 years I owned it. When I purchased the vehicle it was basically stripped of all original equipment and converted to 12 volts. I did get a crate of the original stripped parts though. 2 years ago I started a complete restoration and have relied on Kaiser Willys without fail. They have had everything that I needed and have been fantastic to deal with. Their team constantly answers questions and the restoration is almost complete. They are absolutely the best I have dealt with and I have dealt with a bunch of suppliers during the rebuild but always return to Kaiser Willys. I was a Jeep dealer back in the 70s and sold parts back to 41 MBs. I even stocked rebuilt engines L Head F Head 226 230 225 and 304s. I recently bought a 1955 Jeep project. I knew nothing of the particulars for the work to be done, but came across Kaiser Willys website in my research for online suppliers and information. I am completing a M38A1 body off rotisserie basket case. Kaiser Willys deserves my business because they support what they sell, period. I have emailed Mike I suspect 100 times asking a question. Still early in our 63 CJ5 project, but everything Ive ordered so far has fit like a glove. One small hiccup on one order- I mention that not to point out a mistake, but to give them props on how quickly it was corrected. Very prompt in answering questions- tutorial videos are a big plus- you can learn a lot about classic Jeeps just from the information and resources on their web site- shipment times give Amazon a run for their money- seem to have surprisingly personal customer service for an on line company...what else... Give em 5 stars because they dont have 6.

Several years ago I purchased a 1946 Willys CJ2A from Florida, I wanted a flat fender Willys all of my life! When I got it home, the body was pretty good, but I needed much in the mechanical line.I started looking on Ebay and other sources, and I could not find what I wanted, just used parts that were old, and parts that were not genuine Willys, just will fit parts.I was perusing online and I ran across Kaiser Willys Auto Supply, and am I glad I did!We started with the transfer case, it had water in it, and we purchased a Minor Overhaul Repair kit, and gasket set, this was much more economical and gave us a good as new transfer case!Next we went into the transmission, we purchased the Minor Transmission Overhaul kit for the transmission, as smooth as silk!! Once again, I had the exact parts I needed at a Great price!The engine was overheating and it would smoke more than I liked, so another order to Kaiser Willys for a complete Engine Overhaul Kit, and a new aluminum radiator. I also needed a windshield frame, wiper blades, mirrors, speedometer, water pump, and other odds and ends, and I am Happy to say that every part fit as if I ordered it from Toledo in 1946!I drive the 46 Willys often, it is in local parades, and I have every confidence that the Willys is as it was 70 years ago! I have not had a need to return or retro fit any parts I purchased from Kaiser Willys Auto Supply! I recommend Kaiser Willys Auto Supply without reservation!

WAS a customer. sent a m38a1 fuel pump for re-build and e mailed to check on progress and was told it was the next one for re-build. ironically, later that same day it showed up on my porch.really ? couldnt be bothered with actually checking and then lied to me? dont know if the re-build is any good as i havent used it yet.so buh -bye i gets me parts elsewhere. ( Love the response. I HAD a question and if I was actually helped I would have been told the pump was re-built and shipped but instead no one could be bothered with actually checking and I got a story instead. And the response wasnt an apology !)
