I was in an accident recently and called Kendrick to see if they would accept my truck once approved by insurance. They were so great told me exactly what I had to do in getting the insurance settled, getting from the towing service, cleaning out vehicle and so forth. They were prompt in getting an estimate to insurance company and so helpful when insurance declared vehicle totalled.They were so friendly and informative. I would definitely recommend.

I really appreciate that there were no surprises- they prepared an estimate, called me to update status of parts and got my repairs done quickly. Most importantly, the final bill reflected the price that was estimated earlier. Thanks for a job well done!

Robbie assisted us with the repair of our car and the repair of my fathers car. At all times, Robbie went above and beyond to accommodate us. My 2014 Cadillac SRX was in a minor accident and Kendrick’s fixed it up and it looks brand new again. They did a good job and it was very clean when I picked it up.

Today was the second time that I had used Kendrick’s Paint & Body. Both times that I used them I was paying out of pocket for a non insurance related matter. Both times I have been very pleased with the charges, which I felt were very fair and reasonable. The work performed was great and the turn around time was faster than I expected. The staff is always very friendly and helpful and took all the time needed to explain the process to me. If I need anymore bodywork done on my vehicles I will definitely go to Kendrick’s.

I am very pleased with the repairs performed on my Camry. The body work and painting turned out fine. They kept me updated every day on the progress on the car. My mother had her car repaired there and being this was her first time in an accident she wasnt sure bout the process and when she asked who she pay the deductible to they told her them and took her money without giving her an receipt or anything and come to find out that she already had paid State farm her deductible so they pocketed her money and gave her 3 different days to pick her car up glad shes done with them.

Originally recommended by a friend... the first time was for deer damage on the brand new Silverado ☹... they did great work, looked like new... unfortunately, 2 weeks later they were repairing the back bumper from a novice driver backing into it... and again NOTHING LESS THAN AWESOME! I chose Kendrick based on other reviews and I was not disappointed. They were very prompt with their service, kept me updated with regards to progress and when I could expect my car back. They also deliver the car to my residence, which was very convenient, since I work on the road and it was difficult for me to pick it up. Hope not that have to have any more work done, but if so I know who I will choose.

Great shop. Excellent customer service and good, fair priced work. I went to another shop (yes, I left them a review) and their estimate was about $4200. These guys did the same job and included a new radiator, the other shop did not, and their estimate was about $3200. Estimate took 15 minutes. They kept me up to date on progress and truck was ready in a week, just as promised. The other shop could not start on it for 2 weeks. No problems and they were a pleasure to deal with. They will get all my future work, which I hope I dont need. Poor deer.

I was a little wary after reading some of the negative reviews, but I appreciated the straightforwardness of the man who wrote up the damage and gave me an estimate (Jeremiah), and I decided to trust my gut and give them the work. Im glad I did. The man who fixed the car (Josh) went above and beyond what he needed to do, and did a beautiful job. I really cant imagine finer work. The price was a very fair one. I also dealt with the woman who works there (Lila) about some other possible work on the car, and found that she was very knowledgeable, and again, straightforward. Everyone in this branch of Kendrick seemed to me to be honest and professional. I would return there with confidence.

Not my first time using them but however their customer service has gone down hill. The front reception tries to be a smart butt but actually makes herself seem very unintelligent. She didnt use my number to contact me. She used my emergency contact instead. So I didnt know until I was at work that my car was ready. When I called her on it she then tried to tell me that was the number for contact, I corrected her and told her that was the emergency contact she looked in the computer and saw her mistake then apologized after basically calling me a liar. My car was beautiful again when they were done. The mechanics did great.

Trying to get information about the status of your car repairs at this body shop is like talking to a used car salesman. Every person you speak to tells you a different story and each person will tell you that the person you spoke to previously was referring to another customers car by mistake. They have had my vehicle for 5 weeks at this point and still telling me next week. Ill believe it when I see it. I am so tired of the excuses. I WILL NEVER USE THIS BODY SHOP AGAIN. Extremely dissapointed in their service.

I had used them before at the recomandation of my insurance carrier years ago. Wasnt thrilled the last time but this time was a NIGHTMARE! Simply put they are slack, rude, disrespectful, and above all Jeremiah lied to my face then when I called him out he became combatant (over the phone. In person he was a meek and mild little punk) You can take your car there if you want to but as you saw by the other review beware. I wil never take my vehicle there or to any Kendrick shop. Would have given 0 stars but 1 is the minimum.
