Easy parking us what I like most about this Home Depot compared to others. The rest of the layout is standard and it is easy to navigate. I am especially impressed with their self service checkout. Makes trips in and out that much easier.

All of the workers were very friendly and helpful. Kevin A. Stood out because he offered to load my purchases into my truck. He was very courteous and helpful.

The only reason I am giving 5 stars is because of Kevin from the garden center who made sure I didnt go home without a new fridge since my fridge broke. Everyone that could have helped was busy or on lunch so he took control when he was about to be off for the day and received permission to use a piece of machinery to retrieve our fridge. This is the 10.1 c Magic Chef fridge which this store inconveniently had 2 white ones on display and 2 black ones on the tallest most dangerous shelf possible in the back of the store. Of course I wanted black. Instead of coming to help when he was loading the fridge alone, multiple employees stood by idly or walked away when it was obvious the situation was dangerous. Kevin was reprimanded by supposedly the same person who told him to use said equipment. This person was not even in management and inappropriately scolded him in front of me and other employees when he was the one in the right for helping a customer in need. The employees who refused to lend a hand are the ones who should be scolded and Kevin should get a raise. He did not let me and my fiance near the equipment while he retrieved the fridge and kept the gates up like they were supposed to be.Thanks for the hard work and common sense Kevin!

We all ordered fried chicken and thought it was some of the best weve ever eaten. All the vegetables were delicious. Our waitress was absolutely the best. Our only complaint is that the bread products they serve are dry and obviously store bought. Get that bread game right and this place would be outstanding in every way.

It was my first time there and they came out to the car handed us menus before I could even get out of the car. They told us we could order from our car and they would Eben bring our food to the car or we1 could come inside and dine. The service was quick and friendly made us feel welcomed there and also wanted us to come back again. I ask them could I take pictures of our food and post it online and they said yes. The food was steaming hot and delicious. They have daily specials and even more to choose from. They even open for breakfast.

I came to this Home Depot looking for a box cutter, some gloves, and a few hand tools. Manager was having a team meeting for her shift it appeared, but plenty of people were manning their stations. You can see from the pictures the place is plenty organized and uncluttered. I didnt really have any interaction with the staff so cant comment on knowledge and helpful information. But it was impressive to see management having the team meeting so it shows being engaged.

Wonderful shopping experience. They are short staffed so a little bit of a wait. But worth it.

Customer service was less than satisfactory. I ordered roofing shingles and had to pick them up here. When I arrived she asked me my name and said she just spoke with them on the phone and said they didnt order that. When I asked who she talked to she said Joseph Germain. I explained that is me and I did not receive a call and I every much made this order and had the confirmation email in hand. She got a call on her phone and walked away saying she would be back. A few minutes later she called my phone and said it was ready and to pull into the lumber area. No apology on the confusion or anything...The forklift operator, however, was very nice and helpful loading my car. We could only handle half the load so I had to return the next day and it was slow, but got it no problem. The forklift operator recognized me and was efficient and knowledgeable on his job.

Very helpful crew members. They had some items on display that they did not have in stock, so they retrieved the items from display and boxed them up for me to purchase. The items were electronically operated and had been in use for quite some time being on display so I expected a lower cost but that was not the case. I still purchased the items just because I put them through the tasks of dismantling the displays, but I’m giving 4 stars solely because they should’ve marked down the items.

They sell outside faucets, but not the washers to go in them. So are you supposed to take them off and throw them away when the washer wears out? And why is everything there either made in China, or Mexico? Ace Hardware may cost a little more; but they always are very helpful. And they do manage to have lots of the same items, only American made. I would rather pay a little more to shop local and help my community. Better service, and they are your neighbors after all. So they money you spend at a local business stays local.

Hard to find help are someone with knowledge other than the elder employees who be on break.

One of the worst experiences with them. My husband and I ordered a refrigerator three weeks in advance so that it would be delivered when we were moving into our new home. We both took off work to be there on the delivery date of April 24th between times of 10am-3pm. We BOTH received a call from Home Depot the day before stating that “you will receive a phone call 30 minutes before arrival”. This was a lie! We Never received a phone call or courtesy text or email!! I tried for 2 1/2 hours to get a manager on the phone but no one would ever speak with me about the issue. I kept getting pulled around in circles until FINALLY my husband drives to Home Depot to find out that the delivery person must’ve tried to deliver to neighbors house. The delivery driver stated that there was no one over age of 18. Well WRONG HOUSE, because there’s only my husband, myself & our 1 year old son living there at the home that they’re suppose to deliver it to. Clerk at Home Depot states that they won’t be able to deliver our fridge now until 12 of May!!! Now we have no fridge for two weeks .... THIS IS WHY WE ORDERED OUR FRIDGE A MONTH IN ADVANCE so we would have a fridge when we move!!! WORST BUSINESS OF MY LIFE, So IM SPREADING THE WORD!!

I would give -1 star if possible. No help. Only self check out open. No lawn equipment part list for home depot bought lawn tractor. Their outdoor parts finder doesnt work! So, complete waste of time and have no idea if I have the right spark plug!

The only female plumbing associate that helped me was a great help. She knew exactly where the items.i was looking for was and walked me there. Didnt just tell me and wall off like a lot of the younger generation do. No help in lumber at all that I could find to help me worth my time in salt. However, I did manage to have a couple contractors help me out in the long run. Very clean and aisles were managable.

Definitely the most well stocked home depot Ive ever been to and the staff is pretty friendly which is a change arm from the North and just move down South and everyone that works at home depot up there acts as though youre assaulting them when you ask them to do their job its ridiculous but this place was better

Muggie is the most cheerful, positive, knowledgeable and helpful person I have ever met at any Home Depot ! I have never been to plumbing and actually gotten help before at any HD. She came to my aid even though she was quiet busy stocking without me having to summons or ask anyone for help. She helped me get EXACTLY what I was looking for! Thank you Muggie! My wife says she needs a raise and I agree!

Little dingy from 5 years ago. Staff was scarce!

Received order pickup email. Drove 45 minutes to be told that the item was damaged and had to be reordered. This is my third attempt at getting this final cabinet for my kitchen. Now waiting another two weeks and another trip to store. Very dissatisfied.

Just got what I needed and in a short time

Ive been to Home Depot 3 times since the 1st of January. My first trip was to assist my dad in finding a side by side refrigerator to purchase. That was a pleasant experience which lead my husband and I to purchase ours there as well. Due to Covid19 they had a very limited picking on what was in stock with no back order. So we purchased one. The day before our delivery was supposed to take place we got a call saying our delivery was pushed out 20 days and there was a possibility it would not be delivered then. So we went to home depot to see the other possibilities. All I did was tell the team member, Regina, what I was told on the phone. She immediately looked up another fridge that was in stock, got approval for the switch out, and she got it done. Was not expecting such a smooth experience, but Im so thankful to be wrong. It was an amazing experience and we appreciate that! Thank you Regina!

It is what it is. Typical Home Depot, this one is a little bit cleaner than some of the others and a bit more organized. The staff was helpful and were diligently working on keeping shelves and the sales floor clean.

Lots of bare shelves. No products that we were interested in were in stock. This is a new record, even for Home Depot.Lights dimmed in half the store while we were shopping. They didnt return to normal levels before we left. Aisles were like tunnels.Three stars are for the helpful staff. Their 5 star performance offset the zero stars for the dismal lack of products.

If they sold groceries and Mountain dew Id probably do all my shopping at Home Depot.

Do not do anything with Home Depot that requires delivery or insulation. They have ZERO standards for who they sub out. People who you don’t want in your house, who do horrible work. No dress code. No training.

Better than lowes

We bought a wall oven several weeks ago and were told it would be delivered on 18 Nov, installed, and the old one hauled away. When the oven was delivered today, the person delivering it told us Home Depot does not installed nor take the old one away. We called the store and were told the sales person told us the wrong info and that they could not do anything for us but that we could return the oven. Not very good customer service and we will never shop there again. Why buy an appliance from them if they dont install?

Horrible customer service! Purchased a washer and dryer the beginning of June and here it is the beginning of August and still haven’t received my products! The delivery date has been pushed back three times and I can never get a clear explanation of why it keeps getting pushed back. I finally cancelled and decided to get my money back and now I can’t even do that because they claim they have to wait until it is scanned in at the warehouse before they can give me a refund. Don’t waste your time or money with this place!

Most of the staff is extremely friendly and helpful. I visit this particular location at least once or twice a month. Everything is arranged in a fashion where you can easily find the things youre looking for. If I need assistance with lifting and loading something, someone is always willing to help. The only issue at times is checkout and how one cashier may be working and the line is long. However there are several self checkouts.

Stopped in as I needed bed risers quickly, had a print out of the product but I had to confirm availability. I went to customer service and I was told you can order it on line. If a customer is standing in front of you with cash in hand why would you tell them to go home and order it?. Attitudes like hers is why we are losing so many customer service jobs.
