The crew arrived on time and ready to work. They Dave and Li were exceptional workers. They got right to work, Dave even helped us take down the curtains. They installed the windows with no issues and were done in just a few hours. I would recommend Diamond Head Window and Doors.

Terrible service. They didnt have all for windows installed. Only installed 5 of 7 windows claiming I only purchased 5 windows. I had to argue with Diamond Head rep, then they said others 2 are delayed, making like it was my fault. I said its an inconvenience to take off work again for another installation. Respond was that I just leave my house unlocked for the workers to install the other 2 windows and if anything gets stolen...thats the reason you have home insurance for. I later spoke to someone else about this and they apologized.

Called Diamond Head Windows and Doors to have 3 windows replaced, but was informed that a minimum of 6 windows must be replaced in order to move forward with placing a order to replace windows.

I have been waiting for 8 months to get a project completed I call don’t get a call back all I get is excuses after excuses. George says he will call back and does not. Customers should be ware of this company. They don’t care about customers

Mark was great when he came to our townhome in Mililani to present His product and give us a quote. Yesterday installers Isaiah and Pomai were just outstanding in every way. They were friendly, professional and expedient and I’m super satisfied switching out our old jalousie windows to sliders and awnings. Measurements must have been exact, cause they fit like a glove and look great! Highly recommend this company!

They like to litter on private property with their lime green fliers. If they don’t respect private property, then what respect could they have for their customers? -PS: tape+sunshine+painted wood= damaged paint...on Private Property, if I hadn’t already mentioned that... Take your tacky fliers elsewhere.

My experience with DHW has only been positive. I first met with Neal, Salesperson, who was great. He is very friendly, communicative, and his responses to my many questions were always answered promptly. He is very knowledgeable about the product he sells.Chelsea, Office Manager at DHW, was also very communicative. She emailed me to let me know my order was shipped, and that I would be contacted for window installation once my order is received. She also promptly answered some questions that I had.The installation of my windows was held over a 2-day period during which time, Stan (Lead Installer) was extremely caring and easy to work with. He went above and beyond expectation and never hesitated to do the little “extras”. His installation team (Kona, Keoni, and Brandon) were also top-notch. I was truly impressed with this installation team. They are definitely “da best”!There was a mistake on the order of two of my new windows….the way they were to open were switched. That’s when Dave, Production Manager, stepped in. He immediately drove out to my house during the last day of the windows installation (which was today) and told me that he would rush order the appropriate parts to “fix” the error.I am truly impressed with everyone I had contact with from Diamond Head Windows. They truly work as a Team and are very customer oriented. I would highly recommend Diamond Head Windows to everyone. You would NOT be sorry!

John Rice repaired the lock on a glass sliding door. Even though I know that Diamond Head Windows and Doors installed the door, they didnt have any record that they did. With that said, John went ahead and repaired the lock free of charge. He was professional, courteous, efficient and did a great job. Excellent customer service! I will definitely go back to Diamond Head Windows and Doors.

John Rice is the Man!He arrived just as I opened our garage door to prepare for his visit, about half an hour early! He professionally removed and installed a new screen for our sliding door that we think was hit by a bird crashing into our window. John is a friendly guy and does quality work, making sure the screen is installed correctly and slides properly. He wont leave until his customers are satisfied with his work. And since our door is under warranty, the service was free! Were happy customers!

The Amerimax windows are great and the staff is very helpful and responsive. We broke one of our new windows during construction and a new window was ordered and promptly installed, their serviced tech, Mr Rice was great and very knowledgeable. He took the time to look at all my windows to make sure they were working correctly.

Highly recommend DH windows! they did a fantastic job on our windows and sliding doors. Jorge came out same day we called him for an estimate and even gave us his personal number to call if we had any issues. The windows are beautiful! I don’t know what’s in the glass but we have had zero water marks and have not had to clean them once. I’ve had people go up to them and touch to make sure there is really glass because they are that clear. We’ve also noticed that our house stays cooler with the windows down. They were installed 6 months ago and are truly stunning. We had a small accident with one of our sliding doors and I called Jorge on New Year’s Eve and he immediately replied and found a way to fix the problem. Truly outstanding customer service! We shopped around and the quality of these windows and the exceptional service was unmatched. I don’t understand the negative reviews because our experience was nothing but positive. Give them a try; you will not be sorry!

The company was very prompt about sending technician John Rice out to resolve some minor issues with the original installation from last week. John fixed everything to our satisfaction. The house is cooler and more quiet. Chelsea, the office manager, was also very helpful and efficient.

I interviewed 5 companies before deciding on Diamond Head Windows. Very Impressive company; exceeded my expectations.Thank you Diamond Head Windows for being a very honest & people oriented company. I received a lot of useful information that allowed us to make an informed decision. Neal spent his time explaining their product; not bad-mouthing competitors as some of the other companies did. Followed through on commitments. Everything was as it was described. No pressure tactics when ordering. Todd took the time to give us a lot of detailed information & helped us finally decide which windows were best for us. We had a total of 26 various windows (4 very large ones) & 7 glass sliding doors installed. All deadlines were met. Stan & his install crew are very friendly & professional. On time every day & worked very hard. Very methodical & cleaned up everything. Kept me informed when the delivery truck had been delayed in Mililani, was very accommodating with a few changes that were made, & showed us how each window & door operated after install was complete.After installation was complete I noticed a small run in one of the sliding door screens. Called Diamond Head. Chelsea listened to my concerns, updated me on the paperwork, & told me exactly what the processes are. Bruce called to schedule the repair. John Rice to came out to do the repair. John showed up as scheduled, on time, very professional & friendly. I also had a concern about the bumpers on the glass sliding doors & he immediately resolved that as well.

Mark was great at explaining/recommending windows and sliding glass doors for our home. He was incredibly thorough, and was able to work with our budget. The double lifetime warranty is fantastic, and no other company offers that. We had quotes from several different companies (most of which were cheaper), but I didnt feel great about other companies product quality, craftsmanship, or customer service. Mark even invited me to come to the store and meet his team, because he knew my investment was not only in the doors and windows, but also in his team to install and take care of any current/future needs. They also offer 0% financing, however, we paid for our project in full. My experience so far with Mark and his team have exceeded my expectations. I will definitely be utilizing their products/services for my future project to install a new entry door, and door to my garage. I urge anyone looking for new doors and windows to look in to this company, meet their outstanding team, and carefully compare their products/services to competitors. You will see that your investment will go much further with this company.

I wish to complement the employee John Wright for an excellent job in installing replacement screens in my home. He did a real professional job in cleaning out the salt residue and using a chemical to reduce salt buildup again. He was friendly and knowledable. Get a second estimate! They are slick on sales and non-responsive in service. Paid $10K for 5 windows, and sliding window screen door was not delivered. Multiple calls to “Bruce” have not been returned and I would expect the service provider and not the customer to track down the status of non-delivered items. But hey - they have my check and have shown no incentive to follow through. Anything but a pleasant transaction and Diamond Head has earned this one-star!

Only company to use on Oahu. I contacted Diamond Head Windows and had one of their reps come out and give me a quote. they were professional, and had very good pricing. I ordered custom windows for my home.I just had my installation finished by one of their installers David, he and his crew did an extremely good job. They were very nice, they used drop clothes around my home, they cleaned up after each window was finished. I am so happy with my new windows. I can already tell a difference in the sound, I cant hear the street sounds any more, and my home is not as hot. such a professional company. I highly recommend them. Thank you Diamond head Windows

Did some shopping around and these guys had the best price but more importantly were very responsive which can be hard to find out here. They sent out a sales rep name Mark the next day and he showed me a bunch of different samples that matched my vision. After we decided on the window style I wanted they were able to get the windows installed in jiffy ! Thanks again guys !

John Rice went out of his way to repair my sliding screen doors on my patio. He replaced the screens, cleaned and oiled the rails, repaired the wheel. Very fast, timely and professional.

TERRIBLE they broke the A/C unit and made a terrible installation not preparing for us to install the A/C yes you can pay extra for them to do so but it too much!! Overlyexpensive to much terrible service they cancelled and we had to call for them to hurry up and come. terrible would give half a star only good for the window itself it was beautiful

High quality from the initial visit through installation and followup. Mark Mckinstry spent a lot of time over two visits explaining the various products and options for my home and refining the estimate and product list several times until it met our needs. The estimate was very detailed as far as the product list and installation so I knew exactly what I was paying for. Their estimate was lower than the other two companies I interviewed for comparable high end windows. The windows and doors were high quality as advertised. The installers showed up on time, were friendly, efficient and did an excellent job. I had some minor issues with a couple of the screens, one of them self-inflicted, and the company took care of them in a timely manner. I am very happy with my purchase from Diamond Head Windows.

Dave who performed the final measurement and Bruce who scheduled us were so positive and friendly that again we felt at ease dealing with them.The actual installers, Jacob and Keliii were the kind of guys you would want in your home doing an installation. Friendly, patient, and skilled at their job they transformed our old jalousie windowed townhouse into a bright and modern home. They answered all our questions, and demonstrated how the windows worked so that we non-window people could understand.Your company will be in good hands with these young, skilled and personable workers.Our last contact was with John, a wise and skilled veteran. I do not recommend this business for two reasons. First their prices are astronomically high. Windows are not luxury items.Second their advertising practices are unprofessional and questionably legal. They go around to neighborhoods and stuff peoples mailboxes; youd think with all the ripping off they do they could afford a stamp. But even thats preferable to them taping their gaudy ads to the side of the homes.Dont encourage these practices by giving them business.

I would never use this company they dont have any respect for your property using scotch tape to tape a flyer to paint on the front of your house. also the neighborhood is now littered with these flyers. whoevers idea this was youve lost customers in an entire neighborhood. Bad business practices.

Dont be fooled by the earlier post. Mark is dishonest and told us they didnt make the windows we wanted, and when they installed them they were completely different from what they said. Also they didnt fit and they cut away the dry wall but fif a slopy job had to hire someone to fix it. Dont go threw them cause once they install your windows you cant do anything about it but pay them for what you didnt want, so be careful.
