Took of a star because I was given a coupon as I walked out, after I spent $50+, and it expires tomorrow 🤦‍♀️ my daughter took advantage of the buy one get one half off shirt and buy one get 30% off for other things. Shirt sizes run on the smaller side so had to buy a size up, esp with dressing rooms closed. Other wise, customer service was friendly and polite.

I was shopping for a shirt.... When the sales representative informed me that its BOGO free. Thats unbeatable. Quite thankful for it. They must be overstocked. Surely works for me.

Love this Time Warp shop! Took me back to my high school & college years. The associates were very obliging to my every question and went over (and beyond) to satisfy my visit through the Worlds and universes...

The staff here is very friendly and helpful! We found exactly what we were looking for which was nothing short of a miracle since it was sold out online. Very pleasant and enjoyable experience here. Plus extremely satisfied to be able to find something weve been searching everywhere for.

As I say about most places, the selection is good, employees are friendly and helpful, but the prices are always killer, even with the discounts. It usually just makes you wanna buy more stuff, which I guess is what retail shops are good at... Overall great experience, dislike that we have to pay for bags tho.

My kiddo is crazy about this shop. She just likes it so much that even if were not buying anything she had go in there just to see what new in the store. So thanks for being a unique place to shop.

This is my favorite hot topic on the island! Its such a great store and the workers are just so amazing. I come here for funko pops or twenty one pilots merchandise.

5 stars for service I wish I could 1 star for quality tho. The lady that helped me was so extremely helpful she even helped me when the zipper from my wallet broke. I was piecing an outfit for Halloween together and she suggested me items I would have grabbed if I found and was actually looking for. She helped me trade out fish nets for stalkings I would have preferred, this was all today and the night of, the stalkings ripped while putting them on. I was extremely careful putting them on and during the beginning of the night the tear just escalated from doing nothing but walking around China town. Im extremely upset. I paid the most for the cheapest stalkings Ive ever worn. They wont even last me till actual Halloween let alone a festival 2 days after. I wish I could at least try a new pair but i dont think hot topic allows it. I will call tomorrow but the one thats actually closer to my location in Honolulu vs. Pearl city I dont know will actually carry them.

Ive been shopping at Hot Ropic for a very long time. Much less as Ive gotten older. But its always fun to pop in and see whats trending and new, and with the increase in popularity of Nerdy things in the past few decades I find more and more stuff I like there. This location has the typical walls of Tshirts and the sale racks in back. The stores always feel a bit crowded to me, but thats how nearly every location Ive been to since like 1997 is. We got some Nightmare Before Christmas stuff on sale a it was from last years 25th anniversary and the sales staff was incredibly nice and helpful. Definitely still a store aimed at the young crowd which I am not quite a part of anymore. Lol.

I love going to this location they always goes above ab beyond in helping me find stuff and regarding my online orders. Specially the nice store associate Trish and store manager Craig. I was so surprise to recieve a call from Craig the next day and told me that he found a HQ jacket my daughter was so happy yo have her Harley quiin jacket for yhe halloween party.

Love it! Staff is always helpful and friendly plus they offer military discount on top of sales and coupons!
