I’ve been a Menehune customer since they started their Alkaline water delivery.For the first year was excellent services like it was presented when we signed up for deliveries to our second floor and after our great delivery man quit the company our services been a challenge for us. We received a letter that the company will no longer deliver as discussed during our first meeting due to injuries to their delivery/driver staff. Our first delivery guy didn’t have problems he always served with a smile. I cancelled my deliveries and found a company that is willing to accommodate our needs. If your living on a second floor with stairs forget signing up.

Customer service to order / change your order is fine.The issue / problem I have is their billing department. I wanted to clear our invoices because Menehune said we havent paid (but we did!)I called their number, it says due to heavy call, please email customer service which I did.... 3 times! and no reply.I called a couple more times and still no answer.*UPDATE*Got a response from RPerez the same day I posted my review & apologized. He/she said will have someone contact me.I gave my number / email right after. no responseI followed up with another email the next day, no response.Im speechless with this companys service.

Contact Dawn at Menehune Water for excellent customer service! Dawn patiently answered all my questions on home delivery and we were able to set up home delivery that very same morning. Dawn even came out herself to deliver the dispenser and bottles of water. She wanted to make sure we didnt have any more questions. Mahalo, Dawn!

Chad from Menehune provided wonderful customer service to me! I submitted a request for new service, and their representative, Chad, got back to me within 12 hours! He let me know he would contact me the following day to set up my service, even though it was Easter Sunday he took the time to let me know he’d received my request. The next day he was extremely polite, professional and efficient as he clearly explained the service, options and set up. Fastest account setup I’ve had because he did all the work for me! Two days later he delivered my first order personally! He was extremely nice, professional and understanding even though I made him wait while I went downstairs to let him into the building. After such a positive experience dealing with Chad, I am looking forward to a long relationship of great service from Menehune Water Company!

Great water. Horrible Auto Pay service. A couple months back their auto pay system screwed up and deleted my payment card. Deliveries continued until about a few months later and when I called I had to pay hundreds up front minus the late fee since they found out their system had screwed up. Today I get another call after 3 weeks of not having a delivery (I had been deployed for a week) and low and behold I get another call saying my card was removed again and had to pay 200+ dollars up front AGAIN. This time with the late fees and was told my card had been declined back in November. I was told I had gotten a letter stating this back in November but I am sitting here wondering why I just didn’t get a call about it back in November.Update: Situation was resolved same day and the late fee was refunded. Recommend paying manually for the monthly service. Best tasting water i’ve ever had nonetheless.

Customer Service is bad. Waited on the line for 16 + minutes just to get attitude from Jimmy. I mispronounced her name, and she came off with attitude the whole time. Shes very rude.

Id like to thank the rude and disgruntled staff at Menehune Water Company...if it wasnt for their misleading accounting and invoicing along with the attitude that comes with those that answer the calls, I wouldnt have found a better alternative. Back in the early 2000s I had a home delivery account with Menehune Water. Customer service was away reliable, courteous, and dependable. More than a decade later I learned that hasnt changed. I had three old water bottles that I kept using to refill for hurricanes and decided to return them. Charlene took my name and old addresses and dug through old, hard copy files to find my account number. This information was so old it was no longer in the computer system. She called me back with the account number within an hour. Why? Because after all these years, Menehune Water is refunding the deposit on these old water bottles. Im just glad they can reuse them. I returned them today!

Every bill is a different amount. Office staff is a joke. We only use 3 (5 gallon jugs) no more, no less but somehow our bill is always a different amount. Delivery drivers are ok, for most part but they dont leave receipts for what they take or what they leave. They sometimes leave more than what you put out or take what you put out leaving behind extra bottles. When you call office to inform them of the discrepancy they tell you it will be credit back and taken care of next delivery. However on the next bill your charged for it. Once you call back your met with an attitude and disregard to any of the issues.

I believe Menehune Water may be the first and only EXCELLENT customer service weve received since being on island! Luke was very helpful, answered all my questions and he genuinely seems to believes in the services he provides (healthy and safe drinking water!) We have an at-home water tester that measures TDS (total dissolved solids) - the filtered water from our fridge measured high around 150, in the hard water category. The Menehune water measured at 3, in the ideal drinking water range... It tastes better and I feel better knowing my child is getting safe water. Great military discount too; 10 free 5-gallon bottles!

I liked their water before moving to Oahu so we chose Menehune to get their water delivered regularly without hesitation when we moved here. Quality of water is still good and satisfying but their billing is nightmare. They keep making mistakes and I dont know how many times we have had to call them so far to correct. I am writing this review holding another statement with a mistake. Seriously... . So, I give three stars despite the quality of the water.

Great prices and delivery for water. If you ever have to pick up there, only street parking, but the guys helped bring bottles to the car. Awesome service.

This company has been sketchy at best. Since they started delivering water to our company they have done many things to strain the relationship including not delivering water on time, not dropping off receipts and the latest is the driver drops the bottle and it ruptures leading to damage on our drywall and water all over our floor. We called our salesperson and they told me a manager would call us back but as normal they do not call the customer back.Yes they do setup the account fast but as to taking care of customer complaints they are pitiful at best. We have left numerous messages about the problems we have had and were told someone would call us back but as of yet they havent and it has been over 3 weeks. Yes I am upset all I am asking for is for them to do what they promised.We couldnt pay our bill because they either didnt send it out or sent it to the wrong address. Then they cut off your service without calling you to inform you of what is happening they just do it. Then when you want to pay your money they come out real quick to collect but to address customer complaints or concerns they do not return phone calls. Their accountant doesnt call back when messages are left - neither does the manager of the accounting office.I would go to Aloha Water or Hawaiian Isles water company - they at least have had good service.

Inconsistent. They give you a delivery schedule with the dates they will deliver water yet they forget to drop off water on those dates without reason. They don’t ever know why the delivery guy doesn’t come. They also use to call in the beginning to see if we needed water delivered and then stopped. When I asked why they stopped, they said they don’t do that even though they’ve done it multiple times before and they will do it for businesses. I’ve also called to only have 1 bottle delivered twice a month and they changed my order without telling me making me pay and store more water then I need. I called to ask why and they said they replace the amount of water bottles that are empty even if you specifically scheduled to only have 1 bottle. I typically have to call before every delivery date to see if they are 1. Delivering like the delivery schedule says and 2. Are only dropping off the 1 bottle I requested be my default. Never knew how difficult it was to get water from this company.

Weve been with Menehune for over 3 years and we love the water, but it is the supportive customer service that makes it easier to maintain our loyalty. Customer Service Representative Jaide refused to lose me as a customer this past weekend during a situation which the company is in the process of resolving. Jaide has exceptional interpersonal skills, coupled with amazing critical thinking aptitude and because of her my family will maintain loyalty to Menehune. Jaide should receive some type of recognition for keeping our allegiance to the company. Please also thank Jessica (customer service), Chad (sales), Will (driver) Serena and Dean (supervisor). Great water!!!! Great office workers!! Drivers seem like they are WAYYYY overworked underpaid and under valued and it shows! After 4 years i can say its a great service! BUT the drivers are treated like underlings by the office workers I hear the way they talk to them. Value your drivers more!

Great tasting water and great service! Just moved from San Diego to Kailua and got set up by Bert. It was super easy. Started with 3, 5 Gallons but just kicked it up to 6 per delivery. Actually had to refill one from the local Safeway Purified Water Stand while we wait our next delivery, and you could taste just how much better the water is. Would highly recommend if you want the best water in Hawaii.

Our agency has been getting their service for years! The water shows 0 level on my water tester which tickles me to no end. My tap water shows 190 level on my tester and that scares me. I think their service is great, the delivery guy is always friendly and the water is the best.

I would avoid this company like the plague. When I moved to Oahu in May the Menehune appeared on my doorstep with a water cooler and a few jugs of water and told me that the cooler and jugs were sent from my landlord. They advised me how Monsanto is ruining the water around here and it would be safer for me to drink bottled water. I figured why not I would give it a shot, heck my landlord sent it. Did not discuss cost or anything just appeared on my door step with a cooler and water. A few weeks went by and my salesperson and his wife just decided to drop by one morning and drop off more water. At that time they advised me of the cooler rental fee of 7 bucks a month and then totally confused me by double teaming me, the wife gave me one contract to sign and review and the husband gave me something else to read and rushed me. They also offered me some other discount card that they were selling and I just had to give them my email address to get that. Needless to say since that I have been getting spammed like crazy so I think the Menehune Water sold my email address to someone. Fast forward to September I returned to the mainland for a week, unfortunately I left the day I was scheduled to have water delivered. I called Menehune and spoke with customer service, advised them that I would be leaving out 4 empty 5 gallon jugs and that I DID NOT need water. I was told ok we will only collect the empties. Well when I returned a week later, not only were the empties still sitting on my porch waiting to be picked up but I also received a fine from my landlord for leaving stuff that could blow away on my porch. That fine was 50 bucks. I emailed Menehune but got no response, I called customer service and got absolutely no help. What I did get were NUMEROUS CALLS from Jim in collections, apparently they even work Sundays to collect money. Finally when I spoke to Jim and expressed my concerns he promptly took care of the customer service issue.Today I received my bill from Menehune and the bill is incorrect AND INCLUDES A 45 DOLLAR LATE FEE. 45 bucks? Menehune lack of attention and customer service already cost me 50 bucks now they want 45 bucks because they cant answer emails or return phone calls???This company absolutely positively sucks!! I would not do business with them and when there married tag team salespeople show up on your front steps with a cooler, and water and outright deceive you tell them to buzz off. In addition when Menehune Water offers you a discount card in exchange for your email address say no because you will get nothing but adult oriented spam mail.

Her customer service is always on point, she takes the time to listen to my issues and solves them with grace. She has a very soothing voice as well, she always gets things done for me in a timely manner and ALWAYS makes sure im happy before hanging up the phone. SENT TO COLLECTIONS WITH 10 EMPTIES AT HOME WHEN REQUEST TO CANCEL SERVICES WAS TOLD THEY WILL PICK UP MACHINE AND BOTTLES. Day before they come they send me to collections. I have to bring all empties and machine back on my own dime!

Yeah im done with this company. Tomorrow i will call and terminate my service with these guys. I ask to charge me for a certain amount on weeks i get deliveries but instead, they charge me a whole lot because they dont do their job on time, and i end up with a high bill. Whos fault is that if I have autopay setup? Yeah im done! Deuces! Bad service! Not the first, not the second, the list goes on. Im tired of calling and arguing with guys on your mistakes.
