If I could give this place 0 stars, I would. I had looked online prior to coming into this store and wanted to look around the store and see if I could find anything better than what caught my eye online. As I was looking around I got a phone call from my spouse asking how things were going, as I was discussing what I wanted...the “manager” (the most unprofessional person I have encountered in Hawaii) approached me and said that if I was only going to be on the phone to get out. I was shocked...I wasn’t just “chilling” or “hanging out” or anything of the sort. I was 100% offended and confused as to why I would be kicked out of a store for being on the phone. I explained to her that I was going to purchase some furniture but she now lost a sale and many future sales as I have to furnish an entire home. She had an attitude and rudely brushed me off. I will no longer recommend any of my military family to come here or anyone at all at the matter.I then proceeded to go to the store located in Honolulu to purchase what I was looking for and explained the situation. They were very alarmed when I told them about my experience. They ended up being extremely kind and helpful.

Awesome experience here with Joe! Me and my boyfriend came in to look for couches and he was very helpful and kind. He was able to accommodate us and what we wanted! Choosing furniture is hard but Joe made it an easy and enjoyable experience!! Highly recommend coming here for your furniture needs!!

Zac was the sales rep working and was absolutely amazing to work with. He gladly answered any questions we had and even took the time to check on other customers throughout the store. He also worked on getting us the best price for a bedroom suite and living room furniture. Highly recommend this store to everyone. Military friendly as well which is a huge plus to us!! They have Corporate Ridge very cheap and our staff is very friendly they also help with the loading it was just so much easier in this hard time

I came across this store searching through Yelp and looking for Furniture, as they are conveniently located down the road form my house I stopped in and was greeted by Joe and he showed me around and was willing to work with my budget and show me everything they had. Joe was very patient and listen to what I wanted and didnt try to over sale me like other furniture stores, I really like the fact that you purchased that day and was immediately scheduled for deliver the next day another good point that most other stores didnt offer me as some of them were weeks out. I will be coming back for a dining table soon and will let everybody now this is the best shopping experience to buy furniture in Hawaii for sure.

Over priced, and not very helpful employees. Got a better deal on the same couch set, at Homeworld. Go figure.

Aiea location. My fiance and her mom purchased two sofas from them and within a year they broke. We arranged for someone to come out and trouble shoot to figure out the problem. We were told we would receive a call before they would show up and we updated the contact information because the number changed. The lady there changed the number in front of us and said they would call the new number. Apparently they didnt update anything because the old number is still on the receipt. When I called to make a discrepancy the lady was very rude and just tried to talk over me the whole time. Prior to this I was told to take pictures and send it in an email and I would be contacted. I waited 2 months after sending an email and no one responded. Dont buy furniture from this company very unprofessional and unreliable. I want to give them a 0 out of 5

You visit one furniture store youve pretty much seen them all. This place had to special order my items which is fine by me and I had to wait a little over four weeks for delivery which I understand since it comes from the main land, but when the items arrived I was missing a piece and another was damaged. I was told, by the delivery supervisor, a new one would be ordered and delivered within a few weeks. I called three weeks later to check the status and the female clerk was unaware of the situation. I had to email her pics and explain the whole issue. Still waitng on the new furniture. Cant complain because I was told it could take need up to 8 weeks for the piece to arrive.All the furniture had some for of damage some minor of worth fretting but when you spend a little over couple of thousand you want the items prestigious.

Aiea Lication: I purchased my bed in April. The side railing broke, really for no reason, and I went to the store and some weeks later I got it replaced finally. Recently - it broke again (showing the quality of the pieces) I’ve visited the store - called - and emailed - and I keep getting told they’re going to look into it and that the warehouse is going to call me. So I’ve been sleeping on a broken bed for the last 2 months. Quick to make a sale, but not quick to help during a problem.

I just moved back to the island and I needed a bed desperately. I slept on an air mattress the night before and my back was not going to take another night of that. The hurricane was just about to come to the island so many places were closed. Yhey were open fortunately. Mikayla took great care of me and helped me find a daybed and mattress. Her boss Sam worked a discount for me. They were shorthanded for deliveries because 2 of the 4 trucks were being used to move sandbags to board up the two store locations. There were no available drivers and they had just gone on their last run.Mikayla and Sam really came through for me. Sam used his own truck to wrap up my items and drive to my new apartment. 2 of his men helped bring up and assemble the bed. After they left the 2 men dropped Mikayla off back at the store so she could go home ahead of the hurricane.I cant thank them enough. They all went out of their way to help me when they didnt have to. I highly recommend them. Their service is outstanding and I loved their furniture selection! And for the record I slept like a baby that night. Mahalo!!

Went in to buy furniture literally money in hand. Walked in with my wife and son no one said morning or greeted us. We walked around for 15 min no one said Ill be with you all in a sec or nothing and let us walk out. Just obviously dont want to help none locals.

Dont shop here. Worse experience and it is NOT a discount store. Tried to return a bed within the 7 days we got it for our refund but ended up getting run arounds about where to get refunded. They wouldnt take back the bed either because of a damp area that was caused by poor wrapping and rain. Terrible customer service!
