Absolute worst experience of my life. I will never return to this store. Watched the female assistant manager treat all patrons with disrespect or care. Grossly violated ADA. She singled out patrons with disabilities and told them : “We don’t care about your disability” “Your disability is not covered” without even knowing what their disabilities were, and “You don’t have rights”. Would strongly recommend going elsewhere for mailing and copying needs.

Best experience I’ve had in a FedEx Office and print store. I was in need of a manual for my digital marketing company @diamondarrowdigitalmarketing stoped by here and within 5 min she had my entire manual copied and had my binders made up! She even out the copies in one so that I always had my original copy! Kristine and her team were amazing! Highly recommend this place has everything you need and they have an awesome self serve station too!

Heather and team are amazing. We have done six big print jobs with them now, and every time they go above and beyond to make this happen. They always get our items to us early, and Heather is extremely resourceful when it comes to finding solutions for a tricky print job.

The older woman was anything but helpful. There was no effort in trying to help, just a bunch of no, cant do that. Tried telling me I had to go to fedex freight. She proceeded to tell me they dont have a box big enough and if they make a custom box, it will still be too big. Yet she made no inquiry to the dimensions of my item or the box dimensions when it arrived. Luckily, I have some common sense and pre printed return labels to know I didnt need to go through freight. The item was delivered through fedex ground and the return labels said fedex ground. So why would I need to go through freight?? I even told the other gentlemen the dimensions of the box it was delivered in and he said yes, it will go through as ground. Yet, I still didnt receive help for shipping it. So I went to UPS and had them create a box for me just to go back to FedEx. But I dont think I will be returning to the Agoura location!! Not helpful and just lost business. Thanks for nothing

Nothing but perfect experience every time I go in. The whole staff is always friendly (shout out to Stevie and Heather), they work with me, and the products are always top notch. They never fail to deliver that A++++ customer service! Highly recommended!

Nice store w/friendly helpful staff! Excellent customer service!I went to this Fedex office in search of some special Peanuts holiday mugs. What a nice surprise to find this store had THREE different designs ! I bought all three.The Store manager was very nice— she told me she had more (so I bought 4), and packed the four jumbo mugs in original boxes; then she called another Fedex store nearby to hold another mug for me. To make it easier for me to carry the four individually packaged mugs to the car, she put them into a hard Fedex carrying shipping box.Will definitely visit again b/c of helpful service!

A friend went here and had a terrible experience. The worker in front refused to take her package because he thought it contained juul products. She had nothing of the sort, and two other employees came and refused to service her because they could feel themThis is extremely unprofessional and fed ex has no right to profile anyone just because they have tattoos. Terrible service, I will not go here and I will tell my friends and family not to go to this location either.

I have used this location for years .... and I spend roughly $1,000 a year making copies here. Have been happy with the location until recently. Today I made about $30 of copies. Went to print my receipt and the machine was not working. An employee told me to go to the front for my receipt. There was a long line of people at the front waiting to place orders. I only needed a receipt for work I had already done. The employee who told me to get my receipt in the front was doing something in the back, there were several other employees hanging around, and the manager was taking care of the customers. Seems to me if you actually want to run a business, you have your employees taking care of customers so there isnt a long line, and if you KNOW that your regular customers (this is a work day) cant print receipts on their own because you have failed to have your machines working properly, that you at least have a register where they can go and get a receipt in under 20 minutes. My conclusion is the current manager is not capable of managing.

Staff knows something is broken but never puts notice on it. Scanners constantly dont work. Screens always dirty on the printers and scanners.Staff generally lazy except one lady with red streak in hair - helpful and efficient.

I have been going here for years to get oversized copies. Very good service and results. I give them a perfect 10

As a small business owner, Ive been doing business with this particular Fedex/Kinkos since 2007. I have other options, but choose doing business with them simply because they always go out of their way to accommodate the needs of my company. Incredibly helpful, personable, and friendly staff for the most part as well.
