I’ve been dealing with a lot lately and it was a breath of fresh air to receive the amazing service I did. I had an issue with my return label, they immediately offered to reprint the label for me. I am so thankful for how easy and convenient my shipment went…it’s not common to interact with people who are this helpful.

I frequent Agawam Pack and Ship for many different needs. Whether its drop offs, shipping faxing, copying etc. I have always been treated with courtesy and professionalism. Their prices are competitive and the services offered are impressive. If you have a concern they are eager and willing to help resolve it. I certainly plan to meet all my needs that Pack and Ship have to offer. The best is walking in to a beautiful, clean store greeted with a smile and willingness to help. I highly recommend them and I will go out of my way to utilize the business.

Just experienced my first time at Agawam pack and ship! I can’t say enough how satisfied I am with the outcome. They are so kind and pleasant to work with. This has been my experience with Agawam Pack and Ship.From the first time I started coming here, I noticed that one of the guys seemed reluctant to give a receipt. Hed always say, You know, your receipt is the email you received when you created this label. Ive always had to ignore him and get a receipt. The receipt they provide is a receipt that theyve received and scanned the item - it gives you the date, time, and location of the scan on the receipt. Without this, if you drop-off a package and it goes missing, they can claim they didnt scan it.I know this because I have a package that has gone missing and the first thing he asked me for was my receipt because, in his words, it proves Ive scanned it. When I came in today to inquire about a package that isnt showing it was scanned by them, even though I was giving a receipt, he immediately became defensive and dismissive. He didnt ask me any questions, brushed me off, and told me to call FedEx. The other guy who was there with him was much kinder and asked me for the tracking number. Once he pulled up the tracking number he says, Its not even showing as scanned. Wheres your receipt? Of course, I didnt bring my receipt and I told them Ive had to come back with it. The entire time the kinder guy is looking up my tracking number, the other guy was dismissing my concerns because I used FedEx SmartPost, and in his words, Was the slowest and that the tracking number wasnt purchased through them and that they dont know what to say. I was trying my hardest not to get annoyed, but it was impossible with the other guy continuing to make dismissive comments in the background. I asked him, So if I drop-off a package here, and receive a receipt, and it doesnt show as scanned days later, its not your responsibility? now they both respond, Wheres your receipt?!A shouting math ensued. It was incredibly unprofessional. To be fair, at the end of this exchange Id had enough of the dismissive badgering of the other guy.The point I want to get across is this one: this location may be convenient for many but use it as a LAST RESORT. I deliver dozens of packages a month from eBay sales and because Ive noticed a delay in tracking updates at this location (this being the longest one), I normally drive to a corporate FedEx/UPS location or the USPS Post Office. I use this location when my schedule is tight and hoped a package would never go missing because I knew itd be a nightmare here. They prefer you buy your shipping label through them and seem uninterested in your package if it wasnt. There response to missing packages is a MAJOR concern for someone like me conducting e-commerce online.Ultimately, if I cant find my receipt, Im out $800 from my eBay sale and am likely to receive negative feedback from my buyer which will be detrimental to my business considering I currently have 100% feedback.My only recourse is to hope they have cameras on location and hope that I have the energy to pursue this in small claims court.Seriously though - good luck if you have to use them.P.S. Want a picture of their unprofessional attitude? Look at there response to the latest negative review...

I used them for the 1st time earlier this week. I had important documents that couldnt rely on the USPS these days. The customer service was outstanding. So much so, that I have to send another document and Ive used them again.

These guys are great. Always happy. It just shipping packages, but they seem to really enjoy what they do. Great crew, I actually enjoy shipping packages from them for some reason must be the good vibe they spread. Great customer service, thank you guys.

I purchased an item from an a local auction house and they used Agawam Pack & Ship. I have received over 50 items from auctions that have been shipped and this is the FIRST time that the fees were not reasonable!!!They charge $29.51 to ship a 10 x 8 x 6 box.Labor $2 / Box $2.75 / Bubble Wrap $2.94 / Shipping $21.47The post office provides boxes for FREE and ships a 10 x 9 x 5 box for $15.50WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THEM UNLESS YOU WANT TO BE TAKEN AVANTAGE OF!!!!

Ive been to Agawam Pack and Ship twice for fingerprints and have always had a very pleasant experience. Mr Alan was very helpful and friendly in assisting me with the fingerprinting process. At Agawam Pack and Ship, they are not there to just process transactions.They are truly there to be of service. Ive been living in this area for about a year. When it comes to shipping or returning staff I buy online , I learned one good lesson. Do NOT go to any other shipping place -USPS, UPS, FedEx ( unless you comply with all their shipping , sizing, boxing etc.. requirements). During this difficult time , I was impressed by the customer service I received today . Trying to send a bulky Macy’s 2 package item back was a challenge. Both gentlemen couldn’t have done more to help me get this item returned . I was there over an hour and they were patient and professional . Really good guys who refused a tip ! I have been using Agawam Pack & Ship for years now. Last couple of years, I have been relying heavily on their service to receive and reship products for my business. With my constant need to be traveling, Alan and Richard have been incredible help, in keep my shipment move smoothly without a hitch. They are very detailed oriented, and I am very happy with their help and level of service.

These guys are awesome and treated me like a king. Helped with my packing and got me a much less expensive way to ship my package.Never going to the post office again with these guys around.

They are very very friendly, helpful and resourceful! It’s great to have a place that has all the services and will compare for you which service would be cheapest/best option for my package/parcel. And they are open later than regular post offices. Basically, this is the best mailing/packaging experience I’ve had thus far compared to all other places.

You will never see a better pair of parcel workers. Man these two twins really light up the room, theyll leave you wondering who is better looking. Oh yeah and they are good at what they do and im not shipping you!

The owners are very friendly and go out of there way to help. I often have documents printed there and faxed. I send whatever I need to their e-mail and it is already printed when I arrive (I live 4 minutes away). They love dogs, and you can bring your dog in there. My dogs love them :)
