These people are wonderful. Ive been to them 11 times now and the owner Jeff is extremely humble and professional. He really goes out of his way to help you and does so in a timely manner. Prices are average to high depending on repair and he is more than willing to explain why or answer any repair related questions.They also sell phone parts for any DIY users and I cant reiterate enough what a lifesaver that it.I would 20000% recommend anyone who needs phone repair here.

I needed a phone repair ASAP. Id gone to 3 places prior and it was something none of them could repair. At one, I was referred to iCircle. I didnt have high hopes that theyd be able, but I went anyway. Jeff was pretty amazing. He was professional, understanding and utterly nice. He explained how it would be repaired if possible. I left my phone with him and feared for the worst. He took care of it very fast and DIDNT rip me off. Whaaaaaat? How often does that happen? It turned out to be his lowest quote. That was a lifesaver for me. Thanks Jeff!!!

The Apple Store was unable/unwilling to remove a film inside the protective glass that covers my iPhone camera lens. They wanted to sell me a new phone instead. iCircle fixed it in a half hour for $35 and the camera is now perfect. I should have gone to iCircle first!

Dropped my phone and the screen was broke so bad that I couldnt use it (not just cracked, REALLY messed up). My wife dropped her iphone 6 in the dishpan full of water. I called them they said stick the phone in rice for a day or so then bring it in. So we stuck the phone in rice for 2 days.The phone turned on but half the screen was dark, brought it in and they took it apart and worked there magic... Presto good as new! Great customer service and high quality work. I would highly recommend ICircle.

Been on hold for over 20min without someone picking up the phone. It says someone will be right with you, it is not even close to the end of business hours, and they just play the same message over and over again. Cant do business with someone if they dont pick up. That being said, their pricing is alot more than Staples or any of the other shops

Great job. They replaced my charging/data port on my sony xperia z3v . Before the data the port stopped working but now it works great . Im going back to have my battery changed next . It may take longer than 60min but well worth it . Im a happy customer Jay Boutin

They fixed my iphone for $25 after the Apple store quoted $260. This store is a gem. They fix phones, screens, sell used phones, etc...I think our community needs more small business like this!

BEWARE: iCircle will increase the Price if they know you are using a Groupon? I-Pod Screen crack fix = $90 at iCircle? At the Holyoke and Enfield malls all those little boutique stands fix them for $40 to $50 in front of your eyes while you wait 20 minutes. Just ask.PROBLEM: Grandpa bought the Groupon for his youngest grandson for a $70 I-Pod fix after iCircle confirmed prior to buying that our I-Pod 4 fix would be covered totally by the Groupon value. 3 weeks go past and grand son gets Groupon for Christmas. When we call to bring it down they ask if you have a Groupon upfront? Do not say yes since this is their que to add $20 to cost to really negate the Groupon savings. They did not even see the I-Pod yet. Their web site says $70 for the fix too. Ask anyone who had one fixed without a Groupoon like my sons basketball team mate. Todays iCircle fix was for my sons I-Pod that was a minor fix with no case dent and my son just got it 2 months earlier. I questioned the $90 charge since Grandpa was so upset and he told me what they said up front. They noted to me the cost of parts. When my older son had his fixed (this summer) at the Holyoke mall it cost $45 and his case was dented in 2 spots (it was mangled).
