Had a gun shipped there. Went and picked it up, but had no choice to bring my children. I was yelled at for bringing my children in. They rudely told me there was a sign on the door. After completing the paperwork I went to pay for the transfer and a rude fat man pretty much demanded $25. Upon returning my change he tossed it on the counter. No thank you or anything. This was only my 2nd time in the store and I can tell you I will never be back. Take your business to Mid America Arms it right up the street with better service.I read the owners previous reply on a women that brought her children and the COVID19 guidelines. Well they couldn’t be to concerned about guidelines because non of the employees were wearing mask.

Great shop honest great advice prices are market

Called last week about a complete lower. They said they just got 5 in. I told them Im only available on the weekends due to work and that Id be able to pick it up this week. Drive 40 min to get there for them to tell me they sold them all.

Called to see if they had hunting rounds for deer season spoke with a guy he said let me go look Then said yes we have them. Drove all the way up there talked to 3 different people and they had no idea and didn’t have them. You would think being a gun shop 3 days from rifle season you would know what a hunting round is and if it was instock.Update: They just replied to my comment after 4 months with a bold face lie. I never asked for a particular brand. Simply a round that expands so I could legally hunt. The fact that they are even pretending to remember the in counter to this degree of detail after 4 months is all you need to know about these people. Thanks for confirming while I will never spend a penny in your store.

There wasnt much of a selection of ammo and they had a 2-box bullets limit, which is to be expected with the shortage (and it is a small store). My problem was seeing the same box I purchased at Cabelas months ago being sold for $7 more at this store. I have no idea if that is a temporary thing or just their regular prices. Not impressed either way.

Just purchased a firearm from here. They were wonderful. Greeted me when I walked in the door, answered all my questions, let me handle the firearms and spent a lot of time with me. No hard sell and didn’t try to get me to buy something I didn’t like. First time buying a firearm and I was really impressed. They’re not as “fancy” as the folks up the street but they are friendly, have better prices and appreciate your business. Family owned and committed to Top notch customer service. Highly recommend.

Bad experience!!! I went by these reviews to purchase at this gun shop..what a joke!!! I was a first-time gun purchaser. The girl at checkout was kind though. I was sold a used gun, that was recommended for me...Not what I wanted to buy. I was not informed this gun is also a DISCONTINUED firearm which hurts resale. If I would have known that right away, i would have walked away. I did NOT like the gun when I used it. I went back to store, I treated soooo very rudely again!!! I heard other ppl on the parking lot saying they took advantage of me. Very embarrassing. Gun used once they were offering half of what I paid for it the prior day or 2 before. Im stuck with junk...they didnt even want it back!!!

Great place to go for you gun needs. Scott Sr. and Scott Jr. are great guys to talk to and easy to work with. Just a regular Joe gun store thats perfect for the regular Joe gun enthusiast. I recommend anyone looking to purchase a new firearm to stop in and talk to Triple Threat Armory and see what they can do for you. Especially before you go to the big box stores.The only negative is parking. I usually park at the restaurant next door.

Ive always had a great experience. They are just always nice. They regular prices are often lower than sales at other store. If you want to be treated like an idiot, treated like a commodity, or want pay high prices, dont shop here.

I was a first time gun buyer. I am glad I did a decent amount of research before hand when purchasing my first firearm from here. I was happy with the customer service and expertise these folks provided me the first time even though it was my fault for coming in one hour before close.I was torn between two firearms and decided to just purchase one at the time. I went home and decided I should get my runner-up firearm I had in mind. So that is exactly what I did the next time I went in.And just a few days later after going to the range a few times I realized how much ammo my fiance and I were burning through at the range so we opted to find a plinking firearm.I was not sure if I wanted to have a revolver/handgun or a rifle. My fiance and I settled on a rifle. We purchased it and went home.I started to research and look at reviews of the rifle and realized I had made a big mistake purchasing it and I could have spent a little bit more money for the better optioned rifle around the same price. Realizing I made a massive mistake I decided to call back and I talked to Scott Sr. to get an offer to sell it back to them unfired, which I already knew was going to be low but I figured I would just see how big of a loss I would take. I was given an offer and I had to refuse. What I did not expect is for Scott Sr. To tell me that my choice of rifle that was a bit more in price was almost double the price followed my reassurance to go try the rifle at the range.Fast forward two days later from the time of purchase, I went to the range. I was immediately greeted with multiple jamming issues not matter what selection of ammo I tried. I ended up just putting the rifle away and using my other two firearms.Needless to say I wont be coming back. After spending a little over $1000 in less than a weeks time I no longer trust these folks. My advice would be to do as much research as you can because it is available. Never make a purchase here until you personally feel like you have enough information to understand what it is you are wanting to purchase.

Very Knowledgeable Staff, Friendly and a Nice Selection of Guns!!!

My fiance and I spent almost a thousand dollars in the store, would have continued to go back, customer service was good. Decent selection. Which is the only reason this isnt 1 star. But, selling me a used gun without checking that its even safe to shoot is absolutely appalling. Put a single shot through a tristar raptor and the bolt handle snapped off and flew behind me, completely broken. I didnt get to touch the gun before purchasing, leading me to believe they knew there was something wrong. Got to the range, it felt a little off, so luckily I only loaded 1 shell to test it. I called, they told me to come in and, they offered me a box of shells I cant shoot to make up for it and referred me to a gunsmith. Will not be returning.
