New manager, Katie I think is her name, is just not good. She runs her employees into the ground. It’s amazing any of them are left.

What can I say I love in Illinois anytime I can buy a carton of cigarettes for under $30. Other than that great staff. We also like to check out there miscellaneous items. Shirts collectables etc.

I go out of my way to go to Dirt Cheap. Every 2 weeks or 10 days, I can fill up my tank, get cigarettes, and a bottle of whatever vodka is on sale. I love the convience. Its a real bummer they havent had my brand of cigarettes (Maverick Menthol 100s) my last two visits :( . I usually buy 2 cartons just to have them on hand.

Prices of items R basically the same as most stores, but U DO STILL save at LEAST 1-5$ per item U buy compared 2 the BIG CHAIN STORES, but where they lack N cheaper prices, the DO offer REWARDS 4 people who frequently shop there, like on cartons of cigarettes, theres a kinda seal sumthin like if U buy 7 cartons, ur 8th carton is 70% off or sumthin along those lines... So yeah, U DO save a few $$$ here, but the benefits 4 FREQUENT FLYER MILES well call them, thats were U REALLY SAVE MONEY😀😎👍

The store was exceptionally clean and organized. Everything was stocked and the shelves were easily comprehensive and accessible. Even the restroom was cleaned and smelled fresh and inviting. All the cashiers on duty today, at 4:30pm on Thursday April 15th, 2021 were welcoming and friendly. Even the trainee seemed to have a fast handle on managing the computer POS system adequately and efficiently enough to provide fast, accurate service. I am onky giving this store 4 stars so they can keep striving to get that 5th star and not start to slack just because they have a high rating. 😊 Definitely would come back anytime in the future!

Storage clean shelves are stacked very well but my God were they slow the lady working talks to every single person in line forever and seriously took 10 minutes to get through a line with only five people in it

My daughter is usually the person that goes over there for me but we both had to be in St.Louis that day and she took me to Diet Cheap and I was able to get out and go inside and look around at everything that they sell and it was Awesome its a very big place with one of the Biggest places I have ever been and they have a Huge Selection of Tobacco products and Different kinds of Cigarettes and I have found a Cigarette that I really like Im a Marlboro red box smoker but I bought a Cigarette called Berley Red Short box and it is a very good cigarette .and it is very Reasonable on price its $28.17 a Carton with Tax and that is a great price and I will Absolutely Recommend anyone to go there and get your Cigarettes.

I love the wide variety of liquor and beer, not to mention pretty much any mixer youll ever need. And the price is the cheapest Ive seen in the area for most of not all of their selection. On top of all that they have all of the normal gas station snacks and drinks, and the little knick knacks to go with. Definitely the place to stop for all of your alcoholic tendencies.

Been a customer of Dirt Cheap from far before this newer building, previously, it was next door in what is now the Animal Clinic. Honestly, by far best prices anywhere in miles, excellent selection and customer service. Im writing this review speciifically on behalf of Ed, whom has worked nights there now for a long time, has always had a smile on his face and is a true treasure to this establishment. There are many others as well with his same attitude. Not to mention, this company has been there for our Church and helped sponsor charity events and with no recognition expected whatever, nor given. Im simply thankful for this store to be part of our community thats all.

An employee pointed out more than a few options.Yet what made the experience worth remembering, was her honesty. Workers here are very rude besides one lady has been there for a while she says they get paid very little wages for the work they do and the customers they have to deal with since its a liquor store in a cigarette shop said they get cussed out on the daily but other than that my experience was okay except when I ask for a receipt for my total they thought I was blaming them for taking more money than I owed but other than that a cop Post in there on the daily so is very safe location in the newer store they built next to the old one on Gravois is very nice and updated Id rather go to QuikTrip where shell though to be honest

An item was priced wrong on the shelf, rang up overcharging me. When I pointed it out, the manager on duty did refund my money.What Kayla did not do was say Anything about what she was going to do about it during the process. She did not apologize and in fact acted as if I inconvenienced her.An apology for the or any words at all probably would have made the experience a little less harsh.I feel sorry for the business Kaylas not making it very nice for everyone else.

5¢ off when you pay cash for gas is a great perk. The prices on cigarettes and alcohol are better than most places, but they over charge for things like 2-liters because who wants to stop somewhere else to get their mixers. I feel like you end up paying about the same as anywhere for that reason. Still though, cigarettes are cheaper than most places.

Im giving 5 stars because they sell chilled Rumchata and 40oz beers. Lol I have never seen that before. Also the gas prices are usually the best in town. Very clean place with friendly cashiers.

Excellent selection of beer wine alcohol and liquor. Also a good selection of mixers to go and make every drink you can imagine. Good sale prices and a very clean store. Parking lot is well-lit. The bathrooms are clean. They even have a large walk-in cooler so you can purchase beer as cold as you like!
