The team members are hard to find to ask for help and the red phones dont work. But when you do find one you get excellent service. Some cashiers are extremely rude and are on their phones instead of ringing you up. Ive never had such a bad experience until today.

The remodel of the store is amazing!!! Absolutely the best produce selection in Adrian! But the extensive selection of products in every department puts the store over the top! Makes for a very pleasant shopping experience!

Adrian Meijer now has a beautiful store. They have updated everything and I mean everything in their store! The complaint I had about the bottle room before is no more. The bottle room is separate from the rest of the store now. It’s easy to get to. Bottle room hours are posted clearly. So I’ve absolutely no complaints about that anymore. I will definitely be making Meijer my first choice for grocery shopping in Adrian from now on.

The Shopper/Delivery person...OMG...Totally Awesome and did an amazing job within attempting to add to cart the 11 items that were not stocked (listed on the sales add for our local and only Meijer). However, I feel that if items are listed for online delivery, those items should be stocked within the store. Lack of stock is the reason for a 3 Star Review and NOT that of the Shopper/Delivery Person as she was fantastic.

Clean store, great selection, friendly folks who actually go out of their way to help you find something or correct an issue.

Meijers has everything for the home, kitchen, groceries and clothing ( and probably much more!). Brightly lit and large aisle make it very comfortable to shop.

A decent place to shop. Although the regular prices are so so, the sales, especially when they have the ten for ten, can be worth the trip. The gas station is also conveniently located. Meijer credit card owners also get $0.10 off per gallon, which can amount to impressive savings over time.

Amazing remodel. Beautiful store. Employees taking ownership of the store and shelves are well stocked. Love that fact you put the meat department upfront And seems to have way more grocery items! Definitely much needed. Will go here before Walmart!!

I know quite a few employees here, and theyre all great! The door greeters are especially nice and you can tell they enjoy engaging with customers and are genuine when asking how your day is going.Its nice to finally see this location get the updates it needed so badly, and you can hear the employees talk about how much they love it. Especially in the deli and bakery, they talk about it as if its their own kitchen that was updated.My only criticism is how they did away with the salad bar, which means I can no longer go in and prep my lunch for the next day or week as everything is prepackaged. Im gonna miss eating those healthy sides, which were great all week long as there were so many choices.

Its a beautiful store. You really need a map of all the departments. Im serious, I think they should give those need help locating a product a printed layout of the store. It is soo large. It would help those who have difficulty walking.

The remodel is excellent. Its like shopping at a high end store but with great value. The selection of plant based while foods continues to get better.

Sold me a bag of rotten Halo Oranges! Now I have to bring them back. Cmon Meijer, just throw bad stuff away.

A lot of products are not on the shelves, so thats frustrating. Then theres some conflicting priced items, as in a product priced at 15.99 on it, but then the labels on the shelf marked it as 8.99! I had to switch out a couple of meal plans due to that issue and not having it in stock. I hate to complain, because Ive been a meijer store shopper for quite a while now, however, it just makes it more difficult when Im trying to do my weekly shopping.

Still a little lost at finding certain things after the remodel, but have found some great new things while searching.

Love the new re-do! It was a bit frustrating trying to shop during that time, but the outcome was well worth it... So nice and clean and shiny! Even new carts... Yay! Best part is their backup generator system... Keep that food at proper temperatures during power outages, unlike other stores in the area. Oh, I cant forget to mention all the great coupons I receive in the mail each month, all the awesome M-perks, and the in-store sales... A trifecta of savings in my wallet! Anyone can appreciate that!

Selection is good, but only 2 cashiers (out of 18 available lanes) at 11am on a Monday. The lines were backed through clothing. If youre buying more than 20 items, go to Country Market. Its much faster.

What a place...why doesnt Meijer use one floor plan for all their stores. Took a lot longer to get the groceries because there seems to be no rhyme or reason to how it is set up compared to other stores in the chain. Lot of employees standing outside talking or in the store.

More expensive for my taste, if Im spending more Id prefer to get my food from country market.. always a long wait time, but products have good quality and there is a good selection of items to choose from.

So clean, employees were very friendly and most of all... the shelves were full!

Dont come here for your COVID vaccine. Their pharmacy takes way too long. Waited an hour after filling out the paperwork.

Cant find anything in the store. Bad floor plan design. Very difficult to navigate.

Needed servicing on one of their spas... could not get anyone to come work on it.

Remodel everywhere so I understand fully how hard it is to stay in business. I think they should have left a few price check scanners up and there were literally only 2 registers open, with lines leading deep into the sales floor and self check outs at both ends. I dont work for Meijer, I dont want to be a cashier. It will be a long while before I give this store another chance 🥺.

Very clean & mellow vibe. Every Meijers Ive been in has been very clean but the employees are quiet and wont approach you to offer assistance even if they see that youre obviously looking for something. Seems they lack some training in customer service on the sales floor.

This was first visit to this Meijer. They are in the middle of tear down and restock from Christmas, which is livable. However, there was no one cleaning carts and no alcohol wipes available to clean them yourself. A lovely young woman shared her wipes with me and said they have not cleaned or supplied wipes for the public to use for more than 2 weeks. Definitely a turn off for shopping there. I guess if you want to be safe shopping there, bring your own wipes. 😕

The updates are great and they have made the transition very easy.

Meijer, your a great store and all, but you really gotta get your remodel done quicker. We cant find the items we want.

Have to give them a bit of a break because they are doing a remodel. The parking lot is a wreck and carts all over the lot with full cart corrals. Nearly impossible to find a helpful employee. I know its not an option for some people but I definitely wouldnt recommend shopping here.

Our Meijers in Ann Arbor is under construction and I a lot of returnables.....so since I had to go to Adrian,but decided to go to the Adrian Meijers .... and just shook my head as I saw this Meijers under construction as well. Returns, an absolute breeze. Finding the very particular items I wanted, took me 30ins longer. But the Adrian store was more complete and looked really nice. Just frustrated that I was on a time constraint, but just laughed as I drove into the parking lot. Just smh!

Nice store with a wide variety of merchandise. They carry food clothing, and some at home hardware.

Shelves a little empty. Guessing Faster Horses is draining grocery stores.

They have it so messed up you cant find anything they have departments scattered all over This place has become a joke they have no product broken vodka bottles on floor no one cleaning it up. I have always enjoyed meijers over walmart. Meijers always steps up to t he plate when it comes to customer service , sales and verity. The make over on this store and the 2 in Jackson are looking amazing 👏...Thanks meijers cant wait till the construction is finished.

Wow , today was my first time inside a Meijer in over 20 years and theyre just as good as I remember. Except now Im old enough to actually shop with my own money. I noticed excellent prices. The only problem with the store is that its so big that browsers like me end up spending 1 hour plus just to grab a couple items

Shop before it gets dark. They use candle light for their parking lot. It is so dark in the parking lot at night you need to use your own flashlight to find your car. And forget about the safety aspect. It is pitch black, in that parking lot.

Love the Adrian, MI Meijer. The new remodel is great.

It seems unfair to give them only one star but, for the time being, thats what they get. The store is in disarray due to remodeling, but whomever decided to set up the displays for the interim made it worse than it had to be. Nothing makes sense. All I wanted to do is get out of that store! Many customers around me were expressing the same sentiments, all of us hoping they get the job done quickly.

Im only reviewing because a few days ago I bought a whole pack of corn tortilla shells here. I just opened them up today and they were all COVERED in mold. A brand new pack. Im so disgusted. I always go here because they have good produce and great deals, but now Im questioning that, too! How does this even happen.

Friendly staff, even with the remodeling still had everything available. However the price for gloves was ridiculously expensive. $30.00 for a pair of gloves. Even the gloves you get for a dollar at the dollar tree were $16.00. Are they made of panda? Lol 😆 just kidding, but seriously a little more than expected especially when on a budget. Still a nice Friendly place to shop.

Ill always love this store. Especially out of their respect for people with medical conditions! They dont harass and bully the customers about wearing a mask. I will not go anywhere else!

I have looked for two weeks for a Barbie dream house for my daughter, I called everywhere. I call this location your employee confirms they have it. Finally after two weeks my search is done. You guys are an hour from where I live. It didn’t matter because they told me they HAD it. I place my order at 9:00am for a 1-2pm pick up. I leave my house around 12, as I’m pulling into your parking lot I receive a call that from your team “leader” I have had more professional conversations with in animate objects. Amanda was her name and she lets me know my order will be canceled because they do not have the item. This is just outrageous!!!! I drove an hour for nothing!! Had the order been picked at 9 in the morning when I placed it maybe this would be an issue. I’ll be posting this on every Meijer google, every meijer Facebook until this is dealt with. You giant companies have made our hand over fist during this pandemic maybe it’s time you invest some of that into your staff for some training.

Was greeted by random cashier as I was leaving. Genuine greeting unlike the forced greeting by the staff at the entrance. Having near access to machines (was card only for awhile) made shopping more comfortable.

They have a wide selection of all items, and they have pretty. Reasonable prices. Good produce, meat, and deli here.

Very old store! Being renovated...hopefully it will make a significant difference.

They do not take cash in the self scan lane which has been going on for a couple months now supposedly due to a change shortage that no one else seems to still be experiencing. Seems to me that self scanning and no touch transactions would be safer right now and having a cashier touch paper and coin currency and your food as they scan it would be less sanitary. The store itself is ok but I have noticed a lack of selection in a few things but the store is clean and so far my experience with the employees has been positive.

The new pharmacy drive-thru is great but because of renovations indoors the locations of known items keeps changing, making shopping time quite a bit longer, not being able to find some things.

Ship it shoppers go above and beyond, unfortunately with store remodel the app is not updated which makes it hard for the shoppers at times, even went to store to feel overwhelmed and frustrated nothing is in an order to be shopper friendly prices are raised slightly higher than other places.
