Went in to pick up my daughters prescription and wasn’t looked at all. The two ladies were working but couldn’t take a moment to act like I was there. Something like, “I will be right with you” would have made me happy. I waited patiently hoping they would make eye contact to make me feel like I existed. But to no avail. I finally spoke up, asked if I needed to make an appointment to pick up my prescription. You could tell that both ladies were annoyed. They said no, but that I could wait until someone got back from break in 10-15 minutes. They also ended up having my contact I information wrong. That is a whole different story. Very poor customer care. I will be going somewhere else next time.

Stated I needed am appointment so I could order new glasses. And I needed a new and accurate prescription to do that. After the appointment I went home and now the next day I am trying to get my new glasses and sunglasses ordered but 7 out of 10 of the things on my prescription are blank. Confused I call in to the optometry dept and inquire.. first I am told that due to liability they cannot give out that info, then I asked how do you get the measurements for people that buy lenses in store she responded that if you buy lenses in store they give all those measurements. So basically its a scam I looked online and 3 states have now banned this practice. Horrible on Walmart and Michael curcione O.D.

Lady who works there is very rude. No greeting on the phone. Or even I walked in they never pay attention to you or interested in talking to you. Better luck I will go somewhere else.

We have used Walmart vision for years. Our family has 7 of us in glasses and we have always had a great experience with the doctors and staff. Having so many kids in glasses we needed the low prices that Walmart offers. It is so easy to pop into Walmart to have glasses repaired. Believe me we had to do that many times. Great prices and a large selection of frames in every price range. The staff is very friendly and actually get to know you over the years.

Four stars. The doctor is professional and does a detailed examination. When I had problems with one eye, he took the time to do a more complex exam at no additional cost. The rest of the staff are friendly but not always available. I’ve had to wait for assistance because they were all in the back room-even when I had an appointment. They are, however, very helpful and patient when it comes to answering questions or finding the right frames for my face. I’ve arrived fifteen minutes before close to have my frames fixed and they were just as friendly. So, one star off for the waiting, but I’d still recommend it!

Outstanding customer service! I have been going to Walmart Vision Center for many years and love the doctors and staff! They are very friendly and eager to help. I have NEVER had a bad experience and often refer friends. Conveniently located, friendly and knowledgeable. .......I couldnt ask for anything more!

I went into this vision center at 7:25 pm and told the girl working there I needed to get some glasses and already had my prescription from my eye Dr. She cut me off to ask what vision insurance we had and quickly told me they did not take our insurance. I was polite and told her I liked their selection and if I found a pair would pay out of pocket and simply submit the bill myself to my insurance company. She did not ask what I was looking for and went to sit over by the cash register and ignore us. When I did ask her opinion on one pair she seemed very put out by having to answer a question about the frame I had chosen. I told my husband we should leave as we were not going to be treated well. She made a point of telling us she needed to close everything up by 7:45 pm. I told her I hoped she got out on time and she said, Im trying, to which I replied, I can see that as youve been less than helpful to us. We left by 7: 35 pm. Will not be going back.

I am very disappointed with our local Wal-Mart vision center. When I purchased my 6yr olds glasses back in June of 2017 I paid for an additional warranty which I thought was a great deal considering it replaces his glasses as many times as needed for one year. He has already needed a few replacements they have always told me as long as we have at least part of the frames to return when we pick up the new pair it was fine. About 2-3 weeks ago my son completely lost the right side of his glasses no problem they replaced them. Well on 12.19.17 around 6:30 at night I was rudely told by an employee who stated she has worked there the longest that because my 6yr old had dropped and physically lost one side of his glasses on his way in side the store they would not replace them. So not only did this woman make my son feel horrible for losing part of his glasses she also informed me no one could help me until after the 6th therefore my child who has worn glasses since before he was 2 yrs old would have to go that entire tim without. I tired to tell her I did not care how long she has worked there I care that it has never been an issue in the past and she hung up on me before I could even finish my sentence. Sadly I will continue to use them until the warranty is up but after that we will look for a new place to spend 100s of dollars.

They were efficient. I went strictly for an eye exam.

We did not have a good experience here. The technician named Virginia was very rude to us and our child. She acted like she was doing us a favor by taking our appointment. We wont be returning.

Extremely Rude and Unprofessional, WILL not stand behind any Glasses they sell.
