My wife and I went to staples on 10 16 2021 .are printer wa not working.Terriann helped us she was very nice. And fixed are problem.It was so nice to enter a store and asked if we needed help.

Don’t bother going here for poster printing. We received our 24x36 inch poster with one side having a dip to 23 inches in it and they smudged the ink in multiple places. Not worth the money they charge for it.

Very helpful staff. If you follow the sales flyer, you can find some good deals on tech and core office supplies.

Very helpful staff and good selection.For some reason, Google Maps took us to the H&R Block. I suggested an edit, but until that takes effect, Staples is about 5 minutes south in the same lot as Big Lots.

Just a shout out with customer service. My hard drive was faulty. I was nervous calling the insurance program alone. They helped me through the online chat and are even going to call them when they are open during the week to verify information. They discussed all my options and were not pushy in any way. I was very pleased with there concern and the time they spent to help me.

Had a job interview today. Thought Id use their computer to make some copies. There wasnt one.I was looking a bit confused wondering what I was going to do....then here comes Crystal to my rescue. Not only did she help me she went above and beyond. She printed my resume,put it in a sleeve. Gave it that professional touch.That was easy ( just like the commercial).

Today my experience in Staples was great, first with the staff young man name Hunter and the Manager of the day. They both were very courteous and helpful. Second, the products and services was excellent. Prices were very nice.

Excellent service. I do not know much about computers. They. Explain in away a 71 year old lady can understand. They ask if I have any questions they answer them. They give me suggestions that helps me thinkIf I need help carrying they will.

Really great Website until you try to do anything. Really great Career Site, until you actually try to apply for a job. As crappy as the customer service is in the Adrian Store (#582) sure seems like they could use the help. Shame....

Got what we wanted plus some we didnt. Too many things come in blister packs, so you wind up buying more than you need or want at the time. Needed 1 or 2 highlighter colors, ended up 3 colors and 8 more highlighters than I needed. The extras will probably go dry before I will need them. Staff friendly and efficent and helpful.

Walked around for about a half hour trying to ask an employee a question. But all 3 of them were too busy talking. Theres a reason I havnt gone to staples in years.

Bought my laptop hybrid here. They would not stop with the hard sell on their overpriced virus protection. Just horrible. How many times does a person have to say NO?? In addition, the salesmen werent very knowledgeable about their own products. Would not recommend this retailer.

Tried to buy a laptop computer here. Salesperson tried over and over and over to get me to buy extended warranty. Finally I said, if you wont just sell me the computer Im leaving. He got angry and said fine, then leave! so I did...

I got a great deal on paper. Thanks to the associate that showed me buy two get one free.

Keonna is an incredible employee at the Adrian Staples! She helped me with my project from start to finish. Plus she waited on other customers and gave them the same great service. Once again copy department failed to deliver on time and without mistakes. My order had over 100 missing pages. The order was not put together properly. I was not contacted and asked- they said they send an email and then discovered it hadnt gone through. I had 3 trips at a cost in gas of $24. this is not the first time the copy center has failed to do what it was supposed to. It will however be my last visit.

Crystal Ann was so great, that lady knows her stuff. She helped me purchase a new ipad, and took the fear out of it for me, thank God she was there.
