Our experience with Abbey Flooring was excellent from the showroom to installation in our home. We worked with Dennis, he was very patient and professional; he really is so well informed on the products offered and set us in the right direction for our needs. We went with the Core-tech luxury vinyl and it really looks so beautiful in our new house, its holding up wonderfully with lots of traffic from a kind of sloppy 85lb Golden Retriever. Also had carpet installed in 3 bedrooms. Corey and company were our installation team - they did an excellent job! Corey is very serious about getting the details right, and the team did a great job of clean up (not something every contractor can seem to get right these days). We would recommend Abbey Flooring in Adrian to anyone, and we will be returning there for more remodeling work yet to be done in our new home.

Had my garage floor done by Abbey carpet. It looks terrible , all chipping and peeling off. It was an epoxy and was supposed to be just wonderful .Dennis did the work on this project. I was sold a bill of goods. Abbey Carpet did not back their work .The least they could have done is to remove it. I will never recommend Abbey Carpet!!

I have had 3 Surfaces completed. 1 hard wood floor, carpet, and a cement etching on a rear cement deck.All were EXCELLENT WITH EXCELLENCE!!

Ordered our flooring and decided to install ourselves. Picked up “everything” we needed after William came out to measure. Long story short - didn’t have all the parts, extra trip by us just to be told “Oh! You need double sided tape for that. That’ll be another $30 some dollars!” My husband & I have called numerous times & were assured they would order extra parts “overnight” & we would have them by this past Thursday or Friday at the latest. My husband called yesterday (Friday) and of course extra pieces not in. Called today & the store is closed. NOT HAPPY & will NEVER go back or refer anyone to this place. Still trying to get our project done.
