Rod and Julie the owners are very down to earth and care about their customers. Their staff is awesome, too. 10 Stars.

I am surprised about some of the low ratings?!?! Fast, nice service. Missed my payment while i was overseas one time.. No problems, no fees, they were understanding. .

Im only giving 1 star because I have to. This place is so horrible. The worst customer service ever. The man there(owner I believe) is so rude. He refuses to help veterans even when they have a gas leak. He wouldnt answer his phone when we called back and was really going to leave a disabled veteran and 3 kids without gas until Wednesday. Needless to say we are going without gas until Wednesday happily, but come Wednesday we will be switching to Amerigas. Prices and service is way better there anyway.

I would give this company 0 stars if I could. Horrible customer service, they never call back when they say they will. They will try to charge you money for a fill that you prepaid on because they keep their books on notepaper and post it notes (incompetent) and they will treat you like youre a criminal when you have the credit card statement proving that you had paid for that fill in advance as you always have. Its run like its 1915, not 2015! They try to guido you for more money and overcharge you and force you to fill 100 gallons if you need an off route delivery when they dont even keep a regular route so its always off route delivery with them!!! The owner is incompetent and rude and his daughter almost had a childish temper tantrum when I told her that the older gentlemen who works there has been blowing me off for over a month now and responded, Thats my father! as if I had wounded her ego. I told her, its not personal, its just business and they dont know how to run one at Kelly Gas. Terrible terrible terrible. I wouldnt recommend them to my worst enemy!Update: Finally got a new tank put in by Phelan Gas and it took Kelly Gas 9 months to pick up their tank!! I called about 6 times (once a week for about 6 weeks) and they kept giving me the run around that someone would pick it up in the next few days but no one would show up. It was sitting in my yard almost a year until I got tired of looking at the dang thing so I called these hobos and of course they didnt answer the phone. I left a not so nice voicemail stating that if they didnt pick up the tank the next day I would be listing it on craigslist as a free item to anyone who would pick it up. They actually had someone pick it up the next day after my message. Only took me nearly a year and the threat of giving it away for them to finally pick it up. Wow AVOID AT AT COSTS!!!

Customer Service just sucks, Had them bring out a tank and set it up, it was leaking from the valve, poor installation, leaked 85 gallons in two weeks, I called and told them it was leaking, they did nothing ( I had to fix it myself ) and a week after calling they came out to fill it again. They refunded me some of my money, think again before getting them.

They are the best !!!
