Very helpful and friendly staff. Waiting for the glasses to come in has been long, but staff has made it easier. Going through the process of getting the prescription was enjoyable. The decorations in the place are awesome.

The worst place to get glasses they charged my insurance and gave my daughter the wrong prescription they wanted to give her glass based lenses when shes a kid and needs the plastic lenses go at your own risk.

I Cassandra, this place is very helpful, with eye care my glasses were slipping off my face and they fix them, I have been here for the last three or four years the team is great.

I totally enjoyed my visits here. Everyone was nice & professional. The optometrist is very nice and thorough. I recommend this place to everyone and anyone who needs glasses.

Was looking for a place that wasn’t gonna charge me 300+ for just frames . Came here with my prescription and only paid $84 for some really nice frames . Everyone was helpful

This place has been amazing. Went there about 1 month ago with an appt, waited a little longer than expected, but was well worth it. They (especially Dr. Dena) were extremely thorough with their tests/questions. Very fair prices. They were extremely understanding and willing to work through the problem I had years ago with my eyes not adjusting correctly to contacts. They have a plethora of glasses to choose from. They set me up with a great pair of designer glasses and contacts that have worked really well for me. Just an awesome place overall!

I have been coming to Buena Vista Eyecare for a few years now. I love the selection of eye ware they offer, the staff is always friendly, courteous, and knowledgeable. Yes, sometimes there is a bit of a wait but lets face it that is generally because someone has come late to their appointment. So I dont mind waiting. Dr. Dena is wonderful and genuinely seems to really care about all her patients. Keep up the great work, its really hard to find good service now a days and Buena Vista Eyecare does deliver

You cannot be in better hands from beginning to end. Not my first time nor will it be my last. I love my glasses. You can go down the hill but you will pay more, have less choice and personalized care. Checked it out. The best is right here!

The staff was very courteous, and it was a pleasure to have visited Buena Vista Eyecare for my eye exam and glasses. I wish I had went sooner.

Horrible experience. I am diabetic. I went Friday, 10/28/16 for a regular check up. I was fine. It was just routine check up. After the nurse put eyes drops in both of my eyes. I experienced a a lot of discomfort, itchy eyes, redness in the eyes and a lot of pain. I returned Tuesday because my vision and pain was stronger and had not improved. I was seen by Dr. She briefly checked my eyes but did not want to touch me because she said i had a very contagious virus. She prescribed eye drops and i went home. The pain was so strong i rushed myself to Arrowhead medical center the next morning. I explained i was diabetic . I was seen immediately. The Dr. Quickly examined my eyes and found that i had a particle in my eye stuck to the cornea (the clear part in front of the eye). Immediately when the Dr. Removed it the pain went away. If the Lady Dr. At Buena Vista had taken the time to perform a correct examination I wouldnt have gone through so much pain for so many days. I do not recommend this place to anyone they need to perform better service and care for their patients.

Ive been coming here for about 5 years. They are the best, by far. The wait times are reasonable and they are very patient with my kids. I recommend.

Very unprofessional.I contacted them to set an appointment. The lady asked me for my personal medical identification number over the phone.I told her i do not feel comfortable and that i would feel better coming into the office to give that, confidential, information.She said the only way i can come into the office is if I give her my personal information over the phone.VERY UNSAFE! AND UNPROFESSIONAL!What type of medical doctors office does that!Id hope its not fraud!

Absolutely impressed by the customer service from EVERYONE at Buena Vista Eyecare, from the front desk receptionist, tech that did prelim, opthamologists that tested and answered numerous questions, to the eyeglass tech. Everyone was welcoming, pleasant and on task. There was a bit more of a wait than I had expected from arrival time to being seen by the ophthalmologist, but not unreasonable, or unlike other medical facilities. Wide selection of glasses available and they arrived in less than 10 calendar days. Would totally do business with this office again and refer others as well.

Doctor very rude and anal about his stuff! I took my son to a check up. My son is very curious about things and he touched the equipment and the doctor saw that and completely went off on how he pays a certain amount of money to give maintenance to his equipment. Yes we get it, stuff can get expensive but if you are not good with kids and cannot tolerate them don’t see them period! Got my son’s glasses there but never again will i set foot in this establishment. Staff was ok

The staff in this clinic is very discriminatory towards people that use regular medical. which by the way is not free because I get money taken out of my paycheck every week to pay for the service. The staff are self-righteous and they are so rude, they have no sense of customer service.

I came in 2 weeks ago. They misplaced my chart. We waited 90 minutes to even be seen. I had an appointment today at 5:30. They called me at 4pm, said they had a cancellation for a 5:00 appointment and if I could come in early. I got here at 5:00. Its now 5:40 and were still waiting.

Wrong prescription. Refused to change it. My safety was at risk. Cataract surgery did not help--- lost my good closeup vision!!!

Ive purchased glasses from them and when i went and picked them up i noticed that i seen cracks in the middle of the clearness of the material . . i thought that it might not b nothing to complain about , of having them over a year as it gets hot my glasses ( the frame )cracked on my face and broke and my lens then popped out . . They gave me problems as fixing them , shes my eye doctor . . but for now on ill buy my glasses else where . . Theyre all about the money .
