This place is cool like everyone complaining on here needs to chill. I get a house salad, fries, and some dessert. Driver dropped it off and he was chill. I had asked for extra honey mustard and they hooked it up.Thanks for hooking it up.

Ordered food around 11:30 pm with the eta on food claiming to be 45-50 minutes. Driver arrived two hours later at 1:30 am, 40 minutes later than the already adjusted eta which was extended by about 30 minutes after the order was placed. Best part is driver, who bearly spoke English, first called at 1:15 to say he was outside. No, he was at the wrong house. So after arguing with me about being at the wrong house continued to hang up on me and refuse to tell me where he was only that he was two minutes away. At 1:30 just before calling the restaurant to tell them to forget it, the driver showed up, insisted that I come out and meet him instead of him coming to the door. He then handed me all our containers of food we ordered separately. No bag or anything. HORRIBLE customer service. The sad fact is despite what other reviews say I thought the food was good. Too bad Ill never waste my time ordering from them again.

Ordered delivery for my wifes birthday. Never came. Called in stating our delivery hadnt arrived. They said they came to the door and no one answered. Why would I order $40 of steak and not answer the door? Why would I give you my credit card # and not answer the door? They refused to give me a refund. Said the manager was in a meeting. At 10:45 at night? Probably not. I get in my car to go get my $$ back as it was 10 minutes down the street. I arrive and am greeted by a 14 y/o boy. I ask for the manager. This prepubescent child proceeds to tell me he is in charge because his father is the manager and isnt in. No, sir. I need to speak to an adult. The cook comes out. Some other dude comes out. The delivery driver comes out. All of them speaking in their native tongue and trying to argue with me about $40 and how its my fault I didnt answer the door. How could I answer a door you never knocked at?! After about 20 minutes of arguing and them telling me its my fault and that they needed a password to refund money, I refuse to leave until I receive my money. They magically were able to give me cash. Lesson learned.

I have ordered many dinners from AA! I cant tell you how impressed I was from a restaurant that delivers.When I placed my order, I was told it would be 45 minutes to an hour for delivery. I was surprised when they were at my door in 33 minutes.The food was hot, and not spilling out into the bag as some other establishments.The steaks, as usual, were nicely flavored and tender.A notch above the rest! Nice work AA Grill!

Food was disgusting, the lettuce in my salad was old and the mushrooms on the burger were raw and they gave me 1 small slither of lettuce for my burger. If you want decent food delivered in a timely manner go to Picassos.

This horrible experience began as soon as the food arrived.First my 2 liter didnt even make it with my order and as if the delivery guy knew he was missing something, very quickly scurried back to his car and drove off before I could catch up to ask for it.My mozarella sticks were not warm and had some kind of weird after taste that I never managed to pinpoint. They didnt even come with any kind of dipping sauce to cover up the disappointing flavor.My salad was a giant pile of lettuce with maybe 5 broken up, stale, flavorless croutons and enough dressing for about one crappy mozzarella stick.The Philly cheese steak was so sad it made my bread droop.This entire time I kept saying to myself that at least the cheese cake would be the one thing to bring this whole experience back around. However when I took a bite it was the worst part about the entire lack of a meal we paid 50 bucks for. It had the texture of slightly hardened play doh and the flavor was wretched to say the least.AA grill, you do not deserve my one star.

I usually eat here a lot but I have to say my favorite things to eat are the phillys and steaks. The philly is full of flavor and very rich. And their ribeye steaks are cooked to perfection. And u get a baked potato and salad for a very good price.you have to eat here and check them out.

I ordered the club sandwich and a salad. All of the salad was the white part of iceberg lettuce, including the lettuce on the sandwich. The turkey was like Oscar Mayers turkey. And there was no bacon. So, I got a turkey sandwich and the last of the lettuce.

I liked the bacon burger, really tasy and full of flavor!

Making the order was a pain, we didnt get everything we paid for, and it tasted awful. Food looked like it was all pre-frozen. the fillet minion was just a bunch or pieces of beef that were over seasoned, tough, and looked questionable. The cheese fries hardly had any cheese and looked and tasted like walmart brand crinkle cut. Didnt even try the salad since I didnt want it and oped it out for the cheese fries. Didnt even get the baked potatoes or the rolls. Paid $30 for something that I wouldnt even feed to my dogs. Will never order from here again and definitely not recommending to friends and family. Pretty sure this review is the only REAL review so far.

Horrible. Not on time. They shouldnt even ask u how u want your steak cooked cuz its so thin it can only b cooked one way. Worst food in addition. Also ordered a club sandwich that and what came to the door was a sub sandwich that was all lettuce. Fries were soggy. RUN AWAY, DONT ORDER!!!

Best place ive tried the cheeseburgers and the philly and the steak best stuff on the menu. some people are just hatters like i was at the restaurant and this lady came and said that the delivery driver didnt knock on the door and they did talk to here about it then they gave here her money and the food and then i look at the reviews and she didnt say anything giving her the food and trying to explain to here not arguing

They forgot the dressing for my salad, drinks, also the mayo and mushrooms for my sub. They didnt apologize either or offer anything for the inconvenience.

DONT DO IT. The only good review on here was obviously left by someone in ownership chain.I ordered the jalapeno bites, cheese sticks, Caesar salad, Phily chease steak, a 2l coke, and two chease cakes for my wife and I. All of which was in some way or another wrong and or disgusting. The jalapeno bites were cold. The cheese sticks had a funky taste to them (like everything fried in the same fryer). The Caesar salad looked like a bullcrap salad from a high-school cafeteria and had no dressing. The worst part was the fact that it was the first Philly cheese steak I did not even eat half of. It was DISGUSTING. The 2l coke didnt even show up when delivered. And the cheese cake had hair on it..... or an eyelash. It just did not belong to me.The delivery driver looked like a Arabic Michael Jackson and said no real words while handing me my food. And he just scooted away when he left ignoring me trying to get his attention about the coke.In all honesty. This place should be burned to the ground. Because they intentionally are poisoning Americans with bad services, thieving behaviors and business handlings, and lethal food.AA Grill. Please close down.Readers : heed my advice. Dont waste your money. this place will totally bum you out.

Ordered on Grubhub, it was supposed to be delivered in 45to 55 minutes. An hour and 20 minutes later they call saying they don’t have one of the items...I cancelled, never again.

Omg I love the philly cheese steak

Last night I ordered the 2 ribeyes. I asked for my boyfriends medium well and mine a medium but when they arrived his was MUCH darker than mine in the middle. in fact it looked like mine had barely even touched a grill (I know it was mine bc they marked the box). So fine, I decided to eat it anyways. It wasnt very good and tasted microwaved so I ate half, got grossed out and went to bed. now it is 9 am the following day and I have been up since 2 am with violent vomiting and diarrhea. AVOID THIS PLACE LIKE THE PLAGUE!! I should have listened to the negative reviews I read on here..

Awful. Forgot half of our order and didnt offer anything but to send it with another driver. After waiting an hour for the rest of it to arrive we called and called and could not get a hold of them. It never showed up. This happened on two different occasions , do not waste your time ordering takeout from here!
