Amazing quality and great service. The selection and quoting process was very easy and the pricing was fair. They turned around the order in less than half the time of other suppliers and were flexible on measuring and install. The installers were very friendly and good attention to detail when installing (protecting our floors and getting it installed flat). We have been living with it for about 3 months and still like to just admire it from time to time. Can highly recommend!

We loved working with Chicago Stone Gallery! Asad was super responsive & helpful in answering all of my questions! The process was so easy too! We visited the warehouse, picked a couple slabs we liked, Asad gave us estimates based on my measurements, then they came for a final measurement before install. Installation was quick too! And our countertops are BEAUTIFUL!!! Would highly recommend!!

Their stones are great. I love the look of my new countertops. However they will not dispose of old countertops or do any plumbing. Make sure you have a way of handling both of those before you start the project. My countertops look amazing, but I currently have no water in my kitchen and I had to spend half of my day disposing of my old countertops. So just beware of that.

I would NOT recommend this place to anyone. Everything was going good at first until I went to pick up the stone. When I went there the stone wasnt cut all the way there was a water stain on the stone and the worker/manager Asad Khan who sold me the piece said to leave it there for another 2 days or refunded $50 witch I payed $150 and told me to use a product they use. So now I have to drive somewhere else to get a product to remove the stain. Once I bought the product and used it how he said stain never came out so I called other stone places and sent them pictures and they said the stain is to deep. So I asked Asad if I can get a refund and return the piece because the stain is to deep he said sorry I cant do that I can sell u another piece for $75. So I told him ok make me another piece so yesterday I called Asad and said I need to pick up piece and he said I will be at shop to make sure its ready and ok. I went to pick up piece and it was the wrong thickness and the piece was scratched so basically he lied and made me drive a hour away for nothing he refunded me all my money but keep in mind I am a contractor and he screwed me over so my client wasnt happy at all .

Great service! I would highly recommend Chicago Stone Gallery. Asad was quick to reply and listened to what I was looking for. Once I found the stone I loved he made sure to procure it immediately and begin the process. They have fair pricing and the staff was extremely kind and really cared throughout the entire process. From the moment we met Asad, from Chicago Stone Gallery, until the granite was installed, the experience was great. We shopped for granite at several places. Chicago Stone Gallery prices were the best.Of course, it’s not all about price. They have a large indoor warehouse to view slabs of granite or quartz. That was nice when we shopped during wintertime. My wife and I shopped from small granite dealers to big granite dealers to look for a slab of granite for our coffee table. Chicago Stone Gallery was our last stop after shopping at fifteen dealers in Addison. Once you we got to Chicago Stone Gallery, we were welcomed by every employee coming out to ask us want we needed. Everyone of those employee asked us for our measurements of the slab and showed us every slab that was hidden behind the big slabs. The employees told us to call Asad when we picked out our granite. Let me tell you, that Asad is amazing. He didnt put pressure on us nor sweet talk us. Told us granite slab would be done in 4 days and would sealing for us for 5 years sealer. If you ever had that feeling that you want to do business with a place that your not sure. This was the place we wanted to do business with from the moment we stepped in Chicago Drone Gallery. Really professional employees and great customer service.

Service started well until they told me that our counter top was done. I drove 40 minutes to pick it up. The guy I was supposed to meet wasnt even there and turns out they didnt even touch our piece of granite they were supposed to cut. Then a few weeks later they delivered the counter top and the wrong holes were cut for the faucet. The guy said he would send out a crew to cut the right ones. A few weeks later the same guy comes by to cut the holes. I could tell he wasnt experienced with it. His drill scratched across the counter top in 2 different spots. He then said he will send a crew to buff it out. I called a few times and messaged him. Ever sense he screwed up, he has been defensive and months later he has not fixed the gouges in the top. I would not recommend their service. They do not keep their word and have very poor customer service.

The install was flawless with the crew arriving on-time and ready to work. The installers were very nice and professional and left the area very clean. The pricing was very reasonable and our salesman was very responsive. Would definitely hire again.

I have been looking at and shopping around for kitchen countertops since November. I had a specific idea of what I wanted and on a whim called Chicago Granite & Cabinet. I’m so happy I did, they not only had the best price, but made the experience easy and enjoyable. It’s was phenomenal customer service from the day we pick our counter top to the day of install. It was a two week process it it was worth it. When we went to pick our counter top they took their time too walk around with us and made every step simple. Sal was our guy that helps us out. The following week Alfonso when to confirm the measurements then the fallowing week Alfonso did a 2 hour install which was fast and high quality work. I would recommend them 100%

Chicago Stone Gallery is the way to go for your countertop needs. Very easy and efficient process, I had several questions during and after the estimate. The communication and response time was great, Asad was available literally all day through text to answer all my questions. Which works best for me. Estimate was given on Monday and installation was Friday. Highly recommend them.

Asad is a professional at customer service with frequent contact and updates/photos via text. He was helpful in color selection and pricing and Im pleased with the quartz counter quality. Installation was within a week to my surprise. The install crew did a perfect job, down to the slightest detail, and the guys obviously take pride in their workmanship. Everyone at this company is very nice, but I had quartz countertops installed and mistakes were made. I was at work during the installation process, so I had to address the issues after the countertops were installed, but in the end the company was willing to replace one of the countertops provided I pick it up.

We just got our quartz countertops installed. Throughout the process the sales team, in particular Asad, was very responsive to our questions. He met with us twice at the distributor as we could not make up our minds. There was no pressure or hard selling which we truly appreciated. We had been burned by a previous contractor so we were hesitant to go with another Facebook marketplace contractor. In the end we could not be more happy and based on our quotes from the big box stores we saved well over $1000. The installation guys were on time, feiendly, and professional.
