The girl who works the day shift during the week is an absolute doll! Always friendly and helpful. I work in a dental office close by and she is always interested in how my day is going. She makes it a very kind and inviting atmosphere. The yogurt is amazing ...lots of choices and toppings but the girl with the awesome attitude will always bring me back! Thanks !

Love this place, very clean. The staff is very friendly and greet us every time with a big smile, the environment is very inviting. And the flavors 😍😍they bring in seasonal flavors as well. I just wish they have boba for toppings again😔.

I love sweet frog and was happy to find one close by but I guess they dont open till late. I went there 8.25 at roughly 1:20pm but they werent open.

Worst frozen yogurt I’ve had. The consistency is off and the flavor is not right. They did have good choice of toppings but no fruit.

I have mixed feelings about this location. I took my nieces to get frozen yogurt and to my delight they had non dairy alternatives for me 😊 However, considering we were the only ones there the single employee could have been a little more accommodating and friendly.

This was probably the worst frozen yogurt I’ve had. It’s so watery and icy with hardly any flavor. Plus, although the place looked clean, it smelled of this horrible mix of fabuloso cleaner and sewage thanks to a sewer out front that must be in baaaad shape. I couldn’t finish my yogurt and actually considered asking for a refund.

You could go the grown up way and have plain yogurt topped with fruit or let your inner most child go wild with different yogurts topped with candy, cookies, or chocolate. Either way, its sure to be satisfying. Dont forget to add in a sweet frog for good measure.

Great as always! The variety of yogurt is a bit limited with lots of focus on non-dairy options. But whats there is delicious, and the toppings are terrific! Ill keep coming back.

I am a fan of Sweet Frog. Ive been hooked every since last Summer. My favorite flavor is sugar free cheesecake.

This is one of the best frozen yogurt shops in Dallas. They have really stepped it up recently with the toppings and the place is clean unlike a lot of other froyo shops. Plus they are open pretty late which is a bonus.

Best yogurt place in Addison! Fresh fruit, so many different favors and the customer service is in point! When I went the last few time Dominica was so sweet and informative, she recommends the best combinations! I just love this place!

I totally recommend the tart. I used to not like tart but now its the only thing I ever get. The tart is so worth it and added condiments make it fantastic. Their version of tart is kind of sweet so thats a fantastic thing

Oh my goodness! I live in North Dallas and always will drive to Addison for this snack. So many toppings to choose from and the yogurt is so delicious.

The machines dont ever really work. The fresh fruit isnt fresh at all.. The girls ignore you and are on the phone until you go and pay without a hello. I dont like it. Ive been there on multiple occasions. I am disappointed.

Theres a great variety but their tart tasted a little watered down, I really prefer yogurtlands tart. Their key lime pie was tasty.

Went here with my Daughter today and enjoyed some delicious froyo. It was awesome and the customer service was great! We will be back for sure.

I have been to this location on multiple occasions, and every time the floors, machines, and counters are filthy. Today, the floor was so sticky in front of a machine that my shoes stuck to the floor. The customer service has been consistently terrible- employees on their phones, not answering questions, and just down right ignoring customers. I have asked for a supervisor or manager before, and have a ways been told that there isnt anyone here. The actual yogurt? Definitely a hit or miss. Dont waste your time or money on this location.

This place is horrible! The flavor of their yogurt is very bad, it taste fake and its super thick, not how its supposed to be. Obviously they charge by the weight, all places for frozen yogurt do, but you can tell that they need the money by how thick the yogurt is. On occasions some of the machines will have practically colored water come out, noOne pays attention to their product. The toppings are all sweating, stuck together, and taste stale. On one occasion the place smelled dirty, like they mopped the floor with really old dirty water& the floor was still sticky as hell. Ive been to this location 6 times total, and each time gets worse and worse. I will not go back ever again, I rather go to Yogurtland and get good quality , flavorful frozen yogurt for my dollar.

Its alright. The yogurt tastes good. Unfortunately the toppings bar is lacking. Whenever Ive gone in theres been toppings containers with just a bare sprinkling in them and no employee seeming to notice or have any interest in refilling. The other toppings are always stuck together and wet looking. The employees sit up front at the register looking bored or on their phones while the toppings bar goes empty.

The yogurt here is good. Of course thats why you come to a yogurt place, right?Most of the toppings are also good. The choco cookie sticks were stale and dont taste great so I would avoid those.The t-shirts, backpacks, and jewelry seem cheesy, out of place, and an after thought so kind of a joke.The minor negatives here dont detract from the great yogurt. The place is brightly lit and seemed very clean which has to be difficult when your entire product is a sugary sweet dessert.Ill definitely visit Sweet Frog again.

Disgusting. The two girls working hardly paid attention they were on their phone and in the back. Finally they came walking out, one was barefoot........ (gross!) my husband said he wanted to let them know the fruit was extremely old and she shrugged her shoulders. The fruit was dry and looked disgusting not to mention things were mixed and it just looked dirty. The music sounded like we were at a club, so much for family friendly? We moved to the area and had a sweetfrogs at home and had high hopes. This one doesnt even compare and its sad that sweetfrogs even lets their name on this place. Its horrible and needs to have the health department out there.
