Great location and selection of cigars. Specially AJ Fernandez. Owner and Staff are always helping either if its your first time or a long time cigar smoker. A+ in my book.

So somebody suggested I go here. Decided to go on my break. I walk in and there’s 2 gentlemen sitting at the table. One was on the phone. I’m thinking he was the owner. He asked me to hold on. I think the correct thing to do was place your caller on hold or hang up and attend to your customer. Ok no biggie. A customer came out of the humidor and he immediately went to the cash register to take care of him. I’m still standing there. 😩👎🏾 How rude. I politely walked out and will never return. I will also spread how unprofessional this place is.

I came here to check out their pipe selection. I was pleased with what I found but I couldnt find a pipe I wanted. I picked up some tabacco to try and I plan to come back for some cob pipes soon. The clerk was very nice and inviting.

Great place. Ive been there twice. Once to stay at the lounge a while and once just to make a purchase. I have found the staff and the patrons to be friendly and helpful. They have a good sized humidor with a wonderful and wide selection. Prices are very reasonable compared to other shops.

If you are looking for Davidoff quality cigars or Zinos this a the spot! Highly recommended!

Stopped by on a whim to enjoy the 4th in style with my brother. I havent smoked a cigar in years and was a bit lost. The owner was super friendly and greeted us as we came in and helped us find the perfect cigars for our tastes. The humidor was huge and the selection magnificent. We sat down and took our time relaxing and chatting. Ill definitely be coming back many times and highly recommend anyone that enjoys a good smoke do the same.

I work close by and visited not really knowing much about cigars yet wanting to pick one up. They helped me find cigars that I would like considering I have little knowledge about it. The building looks plain, but once you go inside, its gorgeous. Recommended.

I was in town on business, and stopped by due to the full parking lot. To my surprise there was a members-only area plus a nice sized humidor with solid selection. After taking a man up on a shoe shine, I was invited in to sit in the mans haven of leather sofas, recliners, flat screen TVs, etc. The members were very hospitable to the out of town guy. With a deck in the back with gas grills, it is a truely great sanctuary for men that love cigars and laid back atmospheres.

Addison Cigar has the largest and the best stocked humidor I have seen in the DFW Metroplex. The staff are friendly. Better yet they are very knowledgeable, and can suggest other cigars if you tell them what you like. There is a very a high probability that the new cigar suggestion will also be pleasing. Periodically Addison Cigar will host a cigar event, and these are always fun.

I went in looking around with my friend and was greeted by a gentleman named Steve and a dog named Sam. My friend told him we were new to cigars and would like to avid cigar enthusiast. Talk about hospitality! We didnt feel outcasted for being noobies. Truly welcoming. Thank you Steve. Say hi to Sam for me. Without a doubt, highly recommend.
