The store manager, Ade, was incredibly helpful and service oriented. He made us feel like we were the Sleep Experts customers of the decade! To our surprise, he even offered to have our mattress delivered a week earlier than we expected (this may not be possible for everyone due to supply constraints, but we got lucky!). I went in, not knowing what to expect, or even what I wanted, but Ade the store manager, right away made me feel at home and helped me with my needs.. I moved to Dallas from Nevada and I came to this store because of all of the great reviews on Ade, the store manager. As soon as I walked in, Ade was very welcoming and made it a mission to make sure he found me the perfect mattress. He spent time taking me through the expert match and showing me my options. The customer service here was A++. Bobby listened to our concerns, provided solutions and options, then helped us with setting up delivery. We bought two mattresses from him without hesitation because of his knowledge, service, and attention to detail. I hate going into mattress stores because you get hounded as soon as you touch the entrance door...BUT, at this Sleep Experts in Addison it was not like that! We got greeted by Ade and from there on he made sure to give us excellent customer service. After a quick explanation and demonstration of how a good mattress makes a difference, he gave us the right amount of time to try out the specific mattresses for our comfort sleeping needs without being creepy by stepping away and coming back to answer questions. Went in to Sleep Experts store in Addison at 12:15pm and explained to Adedire Adesida what type of mattress I desired. He was extremely helpful, personable, and knowledgeable and had me try three different mattresses in my price range. The third one was exactly what was best for me as well as the one that Adedire said was the best quality for the price! Thus, I bought it! Would you believe that I was out of the store within 15 - 20 minutes! The mattress was delivered the same day at 430pm! Honestly, it was a pleasure to do business here; and I just love sleeping on my new mattress!

I initially came into the Addison Sleep experts location in the fall of 2019 wanting to finally invest in a great mattress instead of just an okay one. That is where I met Ade, he was wonderful to work with. He was extremely knowledgeable, patient, kind, and not pushy. He answered all my questions and I left the store excited for my new mattress and adjustable base. Let me just tell you that first night after my bed was delivered was the best sleep Ive had as a full grown adult with responsibilities. Fast forward to Feb of 2021 and I am hit with having to replace 75% of my stuff due to pipes bursting, from the winter storm, and ruining it all. I called Sleep Experts and Ade answers not only is he completely understanding of my situation he also remembered me from when I initially came in.
