I was recommended to use this print shop by a franchisor to do all my printings and menus . it took over 3 weeks to finish the menus . i asked them to do another work for my business but i have not received any reply or any help from them . their customer service is ZERO . they almost never reply to any emails and if they reply it will be too late by then . they dont care if it is an urgent situation when it comes to your business . it is almost a month now and still not heard from them about my business needs . stay away and save your money . i did finish my project with another printer in three days only .

Been dealing with this company for about 4 years. i do work for them and they decided one day to stop paying their bills. I now have about 1500.00 in past due invoices and finally cut them off. I will no longer do their embroidery and or screen printing for them. I am sure they will go other avenues to get their work done and then sell it to the public. Watch out for this dead beet company. past due for three years as of 10/26/2014

THE WORST QUALITY! You get what you pay for. There is a reason they are cheaper then everyone else. We got crooked business cards, cut horribly, T-shirts faded and shrunk with one wash! Banner wrinkled and faded within 2 weeks. Not to mention Rae will sell your logo to anyone with some money...Do not trust this guy with your company logo or money. Anyone operating a business out of a storage facility seems a little odd anyways.
