I’m not at all a review writer but I am extremely disappointed with this service. My windshield is now much worse than it was prior to the “attempted” service. 4 hours of my day completely washed with no fix. Extremely disappointed. What was initially about a 7 inch crack is now a clearly visible 12 inch curved crack. Do mot use this company for windshield repair. Just replace your window.

John does much better auto glass rock chip repair than most of the competition and that assumes that you can even find another source for this. Dont pick anyone else for this type of work.John S

I was told by safe lite that I needed to replace my windshield after getting a small chip, since I did’t want to mess with the factory seal I looked for repair options and found John. He was very professional and was able to accommodate me the same day. He travelled to my office and repaired it quickly while I was at work. Reasonable price and excellent service!
