I cannot recommend Magnolia Turf enough! David and his crew were extremely timely and detailed throughout the whole process. We are so appreciative of David’s insight and unique ideas for the landscaping of our yard/turf layout-it turned out better than my husband or I could have imagined and we’re still surprised at all of the space he was able to utilize for us. The entire crew was so friendly and went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect and that we were happy with every detail. David was very communicative from start to finish and we appreciated his sincere and realistic approach to all of our ideas. David and his crew gave me and my family the most incredible back yard! They went over & beyond to smooth out a very rough surface, solve drainage problems, and create a beautiful space for us to enjoy and host others. They were efficient, personable, and the hardest workers. My kids are able to play outside in the rain and bring no mud in the house! As a single mom there has been zero maintenance🙌🏼 We eat outside more than inside, because even during the summer, we’ve had no Mosquito issues. Their work and this backyard surpassed all my expectations! It’s all of our favorite part of our home.

Fantastic experience with David and the team at Magnolia Turf! David promptly responded to my request for a quote and were able to meet me at a time that worked for me. After comparing quotes, I decided to go with Magnolia based on the price for the quality of turf that I had installed. The other company was cheaper (by maybe $150, so not too much cheaper), but the competitors turf just didnt feel the same and it would have been twice as expensive to get the same quality product that Magnolia offered!After accepting their quote, David booked me about four weeks out since they had other projects going on (it would have been a very bad sign if he said he could start tomorrow!). A week later, he called me to say that one of the big project was delayed so he was able to do my two-day project that week! In a hurry to get some grass in my backyard (more accurately, a mud pit) after my dog tore the St. Augustine to shreds, I immediately told him the new timeline would work.His crew arrive right on time the first day of the project and David was right there with them to make sure that everything started off as it should. Along the way, we ran into an issue with my plumbing system which had a crack in the pipe, but the crew was able to fit the issue and keep the project moving along on schedule. The installation crew could not have been kinder, more professional or have done a better job. My lawn looks absolutely amazing now and our dog like it more than my wife and I do!Thank you David and Magnolia for all of your hard work you put into our new beautiful lawn. The work was done on time, at a very reasonable price and everyone from the company and the crew was kind and professional. Would certainly recommend Magnolia to my close friends and family!

I can’t say enough good things about Magnolia Turf Company. If you have any turfing needs look no further. They made the entire process so easy, and the finished product is truly incredible. We have spent every day in our backyard since the turf was installed. I can’t recommend it enough!

Based on the reviews and lots of money they pay Google for ADs, I decided to go with Magnolia. They met me at my house (Nathan) and measured the Yard within a few day. Nathan mentioned they have started to work with a Paver company and since I needed Paver & Turf combo, the concrete company had to see the yard as well. This whole meeting thing took two weeks . They promised to provide an estimate in a few days. Story short, Its been over a month and after many text messages and promises from Nathan, I still havent heard from them or neither will I choose them as my contractor. This company seems to have a lot of business they can not handle and all they will do is waste your time. Based on my experience during the estimation process, I would NOT trust this company to do a job on time even after they start the job. FYI, this is a $20K plus project. If you have a lower cost project, They probably wont even answer your phone call. :)

The quote was well below other quotes we had received, and the day of installation was a breeze. The crew was friendly and efficient. I highly recommend this company. I really liked Nathan but their quote wasnt competitive. They insisted on double charging me 150 sqft (25%) over what everyone else wanted to charge. I would definitely get multiple quotes and check their math before going with Magnolia.

Nathan and the rest of the company are very professional and do an exceptional job. They take pride in their work From start to finish. We couldn’t me more pleased with their work and the product. Wow! Magnolia Turf could not have done a better job! They completely transformed my backyard to a beautiful easy to maintain always green yard. We could not be happier! My back porch is too small and with the turf, I can continue the porch into the yard by putting furniture there. The installation crew was excellent. The price very reasonable compared to other companies. I could not recommend them highly enough!

We received 4 other proposals and are very pleased we went with David and his colleagues. Magnolia was true to their word on timing and pricing, and the installation and finished product are of high quality. We’ll refer others to Magnolia any chance we get.

Received a competitive quote from them, However after scheduling the installation 4 weeks ahead of time (because they were busy), got a call from them asking if we could move the installation down another week. A day before the new installation date, since I did not receive a call from them, called them for a status and they said I will have to wait another week for installation.Either they don’t have staff to get the work done, or are unable to manage their orders.Would not recommend Magnolia if you need to get it done soon. After 2 months of setting an appointment, I’m back to square one and looking for other vendors.

Turf has proved to be an excellent decision for our back yard, but going with Magnolia was an even better decision. Project completed on time and within budget, transparent pricing, and outstanding service. What else could you ask for?
