I never leave reviews, good or bad. This one is a mixture of both. The service and drinks are great! However, Im just writing this here so something can be adjusted. The inside is gross. And I say that in the most helpful way. This is not somewhere I want to sit and work or enjoy a coffee. The moment I walked in, it smelled awful. It smells like animals live in there. Literally. The floors are filthy; piles of dirt and small pieces of trash have accumulated around each table. Being that the floor is cement, you can see sticky foot prints, dark areas where grime has accumulated in texture from not being swept and mopped regularly. Walking into a Starbucks should fill your nose and life with beautiful aromas of coffee and all the sweet goodness - not the smell of dirty house pets. With all the encouragement in the world to the local management team, please invest in cleanliness.

UPDATE: When youre lucky enough to find this place open, drive-through or walk-in, its alright. But good luck. Its like Russian Roulette, you never know when itll be open or accessible. Lol.Decent for a Starbucks, though only if you go do the drive-through. Ever since opening, the inside has been a total disaster--messy, taped off, restrooms closed, understaffed, and often out of things. For a quick coffee or snack, its a good choice; otherwise, no.

If I could rate it zero stars I would. My husband and family got here at 8:28pm and the website says they close at 9pm and they told us that they were short staffed even tho their were 4 girls just goofing off and laughing at us and saying that they need 8 people to run the store and said sorry that they close at 8 tonight even tho it isnt posted any where and all the lights were on and they were in their not even closing just goofing around and drinking drinks that they said they couldnt make since they were short handed I will not ever be going back and it is very disrespectful to customers we saw them dismis a white car in their drive through absolutely terrible service hopefully their manager hears about this one of the workers that was doing all the talking was names ashlyn

This locations hours vary. They post new hours on site and they dont reflect the time theyre actually open. Some days its 5:30, other days its 6:30. Do not count on this location to satisfy your mornings.

Was the best service I have ever received..My cashier (Raygan)was phenomenal..know all the information about the drinks /food/ and products in the store..She even helped with select my travel mug..The store was nicely designed and layed out..And the food and drinks 🍸😋where Amazing..Looking forward to my next visit..

Ordered a Grande Coffee Frappucino What I got was a small SUPER SWEET MILK FRAPPUCINO! Wont be back to that store.

Even though this starbucks is new and just seems to be slammed constantly. The staff was very friendly. All smiles and good attitudes. Its nice to see people who at least seem to enjoy what they are doing even through all the chaos. The coffees were made very well especially considering they were packed and in a rush. Cant taste it in the drink. Very nice work!

They service was quick and the employees were very suggestive on requests that they like and that are popular. My order was very good and plan on returning. Great Job!!!

Wow, my first time at a location. Always bought home making coffee, and drinks at stores. So good, clean, most working there was very nice, besides the one snooty, stuck up girl there. Delicious though...

I will always love starbucks but the last few times they have gotten my order wrong. Before payment is made maybe double verify what the customer has ordered?

So far pretty disappointed with the three times I have been through the new Starbucks in Ada. First time my drink tasted like iced milk water (I went home and added coffee because I couldnt even tell there was coffee in it). The second time it tasted like hot milk water. Third time I didnt want any form of milk water so I just got a tea. The staff is super sweet and friendly, but the quality has definitely gone down hill. I used to love Starbucks, but prices are too high for the drinks to not even taste like coffee.UPDATE - I am leaving my original because it was accurate, but I will say the location has improved much in the last couple months. The barista who made my coffee today was excellent, he has made a few of my coffees now and does a great job! Thank you, Ken #nomoremilkwater

Never understood why people spent $6 on a cup of coffee until I spent $6 on a cup of coffee.

This place is way understaffed. They had their boxes of new inventory supplies just sitting out on the tables that customers usually sit at. It took 16 mins to get my order and I heard them repeatedly telling customers they were out of certain things to make certain coffees. People were very frustrated.

Always busy and takes awhile but for me it was worth the wait! My latte was the best thing I had ever put between my lips and I drooled after every sip!

Coffee is good and all, but I had to wait 20 mins inside after driving 10 mins or so after I placed my mobile order. They are either understaffed or have way too many people placing orders. I don’t think the employees are slow because all of them are constantly moving.

Best Carmel frappe

Waited over 20 minutes, in the drive-thru. The individual taking the order (Grande Drip, Pumpkin Bread, and Madeline) had great difficulty, I was told it would be an additional 15 minutes for brewed coffee. When I expressed concern she changed her mind and said it was ready. At the window, order was delivered without Madelines, they were out. Associate struggled (5 minutes) making change when I gave her additional change to make the difference, I did not want $.95 in coins. When I arrived home I had a piece of pumpkin cake and a Spiced Pumpkin Latta. Employees need more training and or more supervision, this is unacceptable when you paying top dollar for your product!
