I didn’t feel like I was being pressured to buy a car I didn’t want just because there was a car shortage. Garrett helped get the exact vehicle I wanted and was easy to communicate with. Went to warranty a battery for a 2020 frontier, had to wait a hour and a half. Have me a used battery dated older than battery I was warranting. Showed service advisor said was mistake gave me another one dated 04/21 , used voltage 12.2vdc. Not a 100% good battery, charge battery put in truck still testing 12.2vdc, called management said they can test but if doesnt fail wont replace. All on video. Maybe they will do the right thing but sure if they did this to me I am not the only one.. beware of the service department. BEWARE,

Meh. Didnt feel like they tried to assess the problem. Transmission seemed to have a shifting issue consistent with bad fluid. They couldnt get my car to do the issue and I told them it happened several times in the last few days. They said theyd look at the fluid but instead got it to do the issue and said I need a full replacement, even though there were no transmission alarms, and refused to do a fluid flush. Then they offered to do a trade-in. Too bad regular shops dont want to mess with CVT, this is the best you can expect from a dealer. 🤪

Allthough we are happy with our purchase and Jacob Reed was a great salesman. All office staff was professional and they worked with us to get what we wanted in the financial department of it all. After having the truck now for the first month of we had known that ball hitch to pull a trailer was just attached to the bumper and didnt have a proper tow package we would have not gotten the truck. But no regrets and over all happy with service and purchase.

I just bought a Nissan Kicks, and I love it. I had to order a cargo mat and it came in the very next day. Everyone I dealt with was amazing and friendly.

The people here are awesome. From the very helpful, and kind parts desk that helped me find a part for a 18 year old car, to the awesome sales (Kory) who helped us buy a car.Even when we needed to trade the car in for something bigger and ended up choosing a Chevy they were not pushy or try to make you guilty. They acknowledged that the better deal for us was elsewhere. I will go back when I’m ready for another car.

Fast, quality service. They keep me informed on the status of my vehicle and offer service recommendations but are not pushy. They always answer all of my questions.

Did not have an appointment for service, just drove into dealership service bay and visited with service manager in re service I wanted. They got right on oil and filter change and performed a very complex inspection of my truck. They got with me on what I wanted to do with estimates. They performed the differential fluid change right after the oil and filter change and I will seek the other services in the next month or two. I was very pleased with the service and impressed that the mechanic continued my service right into his lunch hour. Good service, indeed.

My granddaughter and I had a fun filled Saturday with some of the most friendly and courteous group of gentlemen at Nissan. We were treated like celebrities and hospitality was dripping off the walls. We were given refreshment, food was ordered in and even played basket ball 🏀 while waited. One of the best decisions we made was to buy our Nissan from Ada Nissan. The sales and service departments are top notch - Professional, Friendly.... no worry, no hassle... Just the way it should be.

I woke up to a low tire, so I brought it in after work to get it checked. It had two staples in it, so it couldnt be patched, but I bought a replacement. My only issue was the price of the tire ($273!) but I got it taken care of anyway to avoid hassle.

I love how you take care of your customers needs while looking at the vehicles.

It was a very busy day for Ada Nissan but Kory was very helpful through the entire process. He offered us beverages/snacks the entire time for our wait and kept us very updated on the timeline of everything. Kory even went above and beyond by assisting us with our two kids that we brought to keep them from getting restless. He gave them balloons, provided them with IPads, he played with them while we did the finance paperwork(to allow us to focus), and even rocked our young 2 year old to sleep who missed her bed time. Thanks again, and we are very happy with our experience at Ada Nissan. They treated us like family.

The Establishment is very clean and well organized. The Salesmen are very courteous and are not in your hip-pocket, unless you choose for them to be. In the past when Ive been to other Car Dealerships, that it seemed as if they were attached to your hip! Some may like that - but I do not. I want time to compare vehicles Im interested in, look them over as good as I possibly can, before I am ready to get a Salesman. Ada Nissan does that. They respect your wishes. When I have made my mind up, theres one Salesman that I prefer to speak to. I dont know his last name, but hes been there since 2004 (at least!) when we purchased our 04 Nissan Titan. His name is Brad, and he will do everything he possibly can to get you in the vehicle you want. 😊 Ada Nissan is the top of their class! Regardless of which Salesman you speak with, they are a reflection of the establishment in which they are employed 😊

I brought my brand new Nissan NV200 van in for a scheduled oil change and paint chips all the way to the bare metal on the hood. It was obvious that the paint is chipping and not caused by rocks or any other debris. The service gal was very argumentive when I showed her the paint issues saying that the chips were caused by rocks hitting my van. We drive the van for our business on a daily bases and would know if rocks were hitting our van.The service manager stated that he saw creases in the metal where there were none and gave me the number to call Nissan.Very dissatisfied with their attitudes with this issue, I regret buying the vehicle now, never again!

I came in when my key fob was not working. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Not only did they get my fob to work but they also took the time to help me get the car started again when other complications arose. Great service and great people at Ada Nissan.
