Had to replace the back window becau the sliding window track feel out. I was having a hard time finding the correct window for my 2015 Platinum F150. Manuel found the correct window and installed it. So far no problems. Work was excellent and finish when they said it would be. Excellent job! Im very pleased!

I bought my Chevy Colorado on 10.8, I had it 4 days before someone backed into me. Manuels fixed it pretty quick for me & had it lookin pretty again. I had my truck 10 days after repair & was backed into again, then 2 days later my wifes car was backed into. We feel confident knowing Manuels will take care of us, do a good job, with a fairly quick turn-around time. In a town where folks cant seem to drive, Im thankful for a good, honest shop.

My husband might as well be blind in his left eye, because he has a habit of backing out and hitting the left side of our vehicles on poles. He did this to our brand new van RIGHT before a trip we had to make out of state, completely destroying the drivers side mirror in the process. We needed to get in and out quickly with our vehicle but wanted quality work done. We checked out several places but he was immediately impressed with the customer service he received when asking questions at Manuels, they could get us in and out in time for our trip, and the business was large, organized, and clean inside. Their prices were right in the vicinity of everyone elses, as well. Im so glad we went with them. One of my pet peeves is when youre dealing with a business and have to hound them for information. I feel like we deal with this just about every time, but Manuels offered a text update option that kept us fully informed about where they were with the repair and when the vehicle would be ready. They even went the extra mile to have it done during the time when we could have a friend take my husband to pick up our van. They mailed us a lifetime warranty on the parts they replaced and they detailed our van on the inside before releasing it to us. The van looks like new again! I have absolutely nothing to complain about and everything to say about how much I recommend this business if youre needing body work done on your vehicle.

I recently had my car repaired by Manual Collision Center after having a deer run into it. Unfortunately for me, the deer didnt have insurance and fled the scene, so I had to file on my insurance. Manual Collision took care of the insurance side after I made the initial claim and was able to repair my car back to new again. They called and text me with updates as to how it was going, gave me an expected completion date and had it ready a day early. They went over the details of what they did to it before I left and made sure I knew if something was amiss to give them a call and it would be taken care of. This is the 2nd time I have taken a vehicle to Manual Collision and I wont go anywhere else should I need a vehicle repaired again.

HUGE rave to Manuel Collision Center! I will never take my vehicle to another place. I took my car in for a quote and they had me in a rental the next day. My insurance told me they would only cover a small car for my rental and Manuel’s got me in a Tahoe, also my insurance only covers rental for 30 days so anything after that they told me not to worry about it was on them. My insurance also would not reimburse my car seats and since I had already bought them Manuel’s offered to reimburse me themselves. They went above and beyond and 100% dealt with my insurance for me and gave me weekly updates. My car looks like new again😊

I ended up at Manuel Collision Center after a terrible run in with Smiths Collision. (review for them with backstory to this post)Let me start off by saying, I never imagined the kind of service I would get from them and Im not even talking about my car. I entered this beautifully kept and clean shop to be met by a smiling face as well as complimentary drinks and snacks! We scheduled a date to drop my car off the following week and they even had a loner car for me to use while mine was at their shop. Having a car to drive after having spent three months without one (refer to other review) was night and day better than what I had come from. I picked up my loner car and they gave mine a good look over. For those of you who have seen both reviews you will know that the first shop estimated me at around 4.5k damage leaving me hopeful of a repair. I received some startling news that next day. My cars estimated repairs were above 11k in damage rendering my car a total loss.That is the end of my cars story so now the things I saw and the treatment I received from Manuels.When I first arrived I saw the owner out on his hands and knees detailing a customers car who was to arrive soon. My adjuster gave me his contact info for quick connections to keep me in the loop as I spent the majority of time with the previous collision center in the dark. After my car was declared a total loss, they spent time with me explaining what was to come next and even left an open line of communication just in case I had questions during the process (which I did and they happily and helpfully responded to) I had ran over a nail in the rental they supplied me and they were generous enough to let me buy the tire from them giving me a wholesale price and saving me around $100 from third party vendors. I entered the shop to have the tire replaced a day after hearing my car was a total loss and to my surprise, the whole of the staff knew about me and my cars situation too. After checking to see if I had known it was totaled, I was met with multiple condolences and more offers to help. The only sad part of the story is them not getting my cars repairs business since it was totaled. I did not mention any names because literally ALL of them are great, kind, and good people. I would 10/10 highly recommend them and yes, I did look at other cars they had there and the work they had done and it was outstanding. You get guarenteed great customer service on top of near factory perfect repairs.

Dropped off my truck on 05/19 to have a hood and fender repair done. Bear and Mykayla were great from the start. They laid out each step of the process from claims to repair to in house loan vehicles and pick up. They communicated through out the process with pics to my phone and updates of the repair and what to expect next. No surprises with anything. My truck looks great, cannot even tell it was ever damaged, and the detail cleaning on the day I picked it up was spot on. Hats off to those folks and everyone behind the scenes, thank you very much. Its good to be back in my Tundra again.

Best customer service ever

The service I received here was amazing! Roughly 2 months ago, someone hit my truck and fled while it was parked in front of my house. The damage wasn’t too severe but left me with a dented bumper and broken tail light. I called up Manual Collision and immediately got a date set up to drop my truck off. After a little less than 2 weeks I got it back and it looked like brand new again. I also didn’t expect the entire thing to be detailed inside and out but they did that as well! Definitely wouldn’t recommend anyone else other than Manual Collision!

I took my car in for a estimate after hitting a vulture. Mikayla and Bear where immediately at the door to assist and where very quick to assess the damages. After getting everything to my insurance, Mikayla called back within a few days and had me scheduled to bring in my car. She kept me informed throughout the entire process and Bear called to explain that damages where more severe than what was first seen after they started working on the vehicle. He was very thorough in explaining what was needed and that they would take care of getting all the new expenses paid by the insurance without me having to worry about it. They where true to their words and had my vehicle repaired in less than 2 weeks! They also cleaned my car inside and out and had it ready to go as soon as I arrived to pick it up! I had a repair on my car that was short-notice. My regular mechanic was booked solid and I needed my car. A friend of my wifes recommended Manual to me and I gave them a try. My car repair was done BEFORE they said it would be, and it was under the estimated cost. My car was returned to me clean (a lot cleaner than when it went in) and ready to go. In short I was very pleased.

Hit a deer in my brand new 2016 Mustang GT California Special. Everyone told me it would never be the same, that body shops do a good job but never perfect. Wrong! These guys took extreme care and did the job right, about 30 days after the accident we picked up our car and she looks absolutely perfect, perfect paint, body lines are perfect, cant tell anything ever happened.

Fantastic, professional job! I was very concerned because the paint on my Tahoe is white diamond - very hard to match. They did an outstanding job. I was given a very detailed list of items that needed repair along with a time line. Updates were provided via text message to let me know how things were progressing and when I could pick it up. Everyone was friendly and professional, I felt like one of their family members! I hope I never need to use this type of service again but if I do there is no question about who I will call!

After I received my estimate, my insurance company was taking longer than a few days to approve the amount, and Manuel Collision went out of their way to call my insurance company themselves to have it approved, and even called for my rental to be set up. After I dropped my car off I was only without it for a week! It looks just like it did when I first bought it, it is as if the wreck never happened. Nice and polite people. My friend had his truck fixed after a hail storm.. But They had it forever, and a month or so later we could start to see sanding scratches in the paint.. Took it to another shop, they said its called shrink-back?.. Somthing to do with too course of sand paper and too much primer.. Nice people to work with, but my friend and i are not pleased with quality. Will not use again.

All I can say is they are Amazing if you want a job done right then look no further and Excellent service and Professional people to work with!!!!
