Curbside delivery is not good. I could have gotten quicker service at ace with going in and getting myself.

Store is hard to navigate. Isles crisscross and their numbers are hard to find. Organization disorgannized. We checked out with a checker.I had to ask for bags to put our smaller items in. Ticket 398000336610. Darryl was nice but we did not get home with husky paint shield 12 inch $4.47. A printed store Plat would be helpful but told you dont have such.

Tried to buy a lawn mower here for 3 days on line or over the phone to make sure they had what I wanted, was told they did 3 times, so loaded the trailer and drove over an hour to get it to find out, it was in a box not put together and come back tomorrow!! UMM No. They did make it right by delivering free. So lots of work to give them money but should work out in the end? If it arrives. We will see.

The young man that helped load my brinks and bags of concrete impressed me with the care and intelegence not to break them and willingness to help!

My wife and I actually found everything we were looking for to complete an electrical project for a relative.The young lady that assisted us made the experience pleasant with her willingness to help and knowledge of her department.

I suppose that I have been in my fair share of Home Depots, and this is a good one! Every Home Depot has polite and helpful people inside that ask if you need assistance, but at this one they really, really mean it. Extra helpful people. Clean and well organized store. Always good prices.

I wouldn’t give the Ada store one star.I went in for a simple 30” supply line for a faucet. No half inch to three eighths in stock.. haven’t been for awhile now. I had to push a latter out of the way to even look.Simple stuff like that always out of .. and the always taking Inventoryduring the day and restocking during the day when you’re trying to shop . This place socks . Poor management

I had one of the best customer service experiences that I have ever had. I wish I could remember the associates name. I was looking for some replacement power tools and the associate spent at least 20 minutes with me, explaining the differences of the new tools and what would be best for me. Awesome!

Great store. Has all the things I need. Its clean and well organized. The staff was super friendly. Several employees checked on us to see if we needed any help finding anything.

Staff was real nice but you cannot have products ship to the store unless the customer does it online. Which to someone who isnt computer savvy would have a hard time figuring out. I like the store in general tho but you might have to drive to the city for specific products if you cant do it on the computer.

Home depot did not have enough check out help or personal

Purchased lumber Aug. 2 around 10:30 am. They told me where it was and I had to load it. Waited about fifteen minutes before t was told where to go and load it. Very poor service.

Looked for air conditioners and they REALLY liked theirs extremely expensive compared to other stores.

I drive just over an hour to home Depot just to avoid having to go to my local Lowes. If I dont I end up regretting it

Pretty decent pricing, service is good. Best value for high quality healthy plants. Consistently the best place to get everything I need for landscaping or building projects. Not always the cheapest, but frequently the best value. Know measurements for your straight cuts and you can leave with projects ready to assemble short of any ripping or angle cuts. Gabe is always very helpful with getting lumber cut for projects, does a good accurate job of cutting.

This location is the absolute worst!!! The employees are very rude and don’t like to be bothered and the management isn’t any better. I asked an employee where the heating tape was and he shook his head and kept walking, wouldn’t even stop to try and help. The next next employee said they were out so I was going to ask for other items and he walked away! So I requested a manager to try and get some help and she just said she’d talk to them and then she didn’t help either. Seriously the most horrible place to come.

Its a big box hardware home and garden store. Most employees there are not experts. Did they need to be? It would really help. If you call to see if they have something you sometimes get transferred a few times before you get an answer. You will get answer. Staff are helpful and will offer to walk you to what your looking for. If they dont know where the item is they will look it up quickly and get you the answer.Do they have everything you want? Not always. But they do try. And yes you can get your keys cut there.

Had most everything I needed. Was disappointed in staff. Please and thank you dont seem a common thing.

We ordered a large order here and when they got it they sold part of it. After it was already paid for.They cashiers apparently stop checking people out around 4. They close the gates so u have to use the self checkout.

This place is awesome. All lumber yards should be set up like this one. Loved shopping here. Employees very helpful.

Home Depot anywhere is great. Ada H.D. is a tab smaller than the big stores but is still a good size for Ada.
