Great place , easy going , very clean and professional.

Excellent service; they did not have a unit at the time of my inquiry and I was put on a waiting list, which, honestly, I wasnt expecting a call back...however, they did call within a few days and I had my unit. Site is clean and well maintained. My unit was clean and ready for my stuff. Very satisficed.

Have been very happy up until this weekend, I needed to go by and extend my items being there due to builder delays and the girl was trying to close 20+ minutes early on a Saturday and was extremely rude! My daughter was with me and wanted to inquire about getting a second unit but didn’t due to the rudeness.I have never seen this woman there before, usually the couple and they were great! Not sure but maybe she was just filling in.

I have had my stuff at this location for 4 years now. about a year ago me and my wife mentioned a water leak coming from holes in the roof of our storage unit and black mold growing on the wood the roof is attached two where the holes are. Robin the manager at this location said it looks like spray paint. i have tried to be nice through this all but this has to be brought to light. all of my stuff has mold all over it and cannot be used, its all trashed. my furniture, mine and my kids cloths, my military travel gear and some of my military stuff is all trash. the mold is thick on everything. they still have not repaired the leaking roof and refuse to replace our belongings since we didnt want to buy insurance from him. the building that they are supposed to up keep has cause me to loose a 3 bedroom apt of stuff. what was in there was my life and my memories. i have renters insurance through state farm and they informed me since it wasnt a leak from an appliance and the damage was due to the cause of the building not being up kept that they cannot cover it. DO NOT BRING YOUR STUFF HERE IF IT MEANS ANYTHING TO YOU. THE INSURANCE THEY SELL DOESNT EVEN COVER WATER LEAKAGE FROM THEIR ROOFS. THEY DO NOT UP KEEP THE BUILDINGS AS THEY SHOULD AND EVEN BEING A CUSTOMER FOR 4 YEARS GETS YOU NOTHING IN THE FORM OF COURTESY. Also not to mention Robin also asked my wife to dinner if that helps explains the kind of manager he is.

Really nice people who run his location. I have had a 10x15 air conditioned unit for my business since mid 2014. I have never had any issues with billing, access to my unit or cleanliness inside the units. There is not a lot to say about a storage facility, but cleanliness and good hearted, honest staff rates very high in my book. Five stars for location, ease of access, easy billing and most importantly good honest people who are always happy to help you in any way. I wish all storage places were ran as well as this one. They are on top of their game.

Mr Robin was very helpful and kind. He help me with choosing the right units the discounts that comes with it and also he allows me to have 24 hours access for three days in order to get my stuff to the storage. I strongly recommend Mr Robin for your need in storage.

The staff member we spoke with was extremely friendly, and a pleasure to deal with. The units/buildings are clean, the temperatures are properly maintained unlike some of the other climate controlled units we checked out before we arrived at our extra attic. great location right off of hwy 92 if your in Acworth GA, Id highly recommend this company/location.

Facility was adequate and the people are very easy and friendly to work with , most important to me was how fast and on point they were in setting up my account and rental agreement on my first day dealing with them.I had my boat parked in my new spot and all paper work filled out within 40 minutes of my arrival.

Extremely helpful staff explained the rental process, and helped me arrange for a truck. Very clean and well kept premises.

I did my homework and checked prices from Kennesaw to Canton and Your Extra Attic beat the competitors by $30 a month and that wasnt just a three month deal! The customer service was over the top and the facility was gated with limited access to outsiders. This is definitely the place to go for storage needs (or UHaul rentals).

Doris is very friendly and helpful. We had no problems renting the storage space and getting our stuff moved in. The facility is very nice and clean and is very reasonable in cost.

Cheap space and good quality units, both me and some friends have units here. Not a bad place to keep all the junk that wont fit in my house.
