It started off with a little warehouse mix up and may end with a long-term business relationship.We ordered two handheld electrostatic sprayers and expedited shipping from Reliable Paper because we needed them for a job just days away...Reliable had a mix up in the warehouse and sent us the wrong products on accident. I freaked thinking we got scammed and that I would be able to deliver services for the job days later. Got a call from the COO of Reliable minutes after I leave a heated message for them and he reassures me hes got it for action and will fix the situation ASAP.Lo and behold, he expedites two of the sprayers from a local warehouse, covers all the shipping costs, and truly saves the day for us. Although were geographically separated, we will be evaluating if it makes sense for us to form a long-term supplier relationship with Reliable due to this success story alone.If they had our back as unknown customers from Amazon, theyll have our back and then some as long-term customers. 10/10 recommend this company and their leadership!

The napkins were suppose to be 2ply but they pull apart and or made cheap. It took awhile to get them and I was needing them for a formal affair. They were advertised as linen like and that was false. I was not able to use them and I let them know and they did not even offer to return them. They are now to be used for cleaning only. I am so disappointed. I will never order from here again.11/8/2019. I just want to say that things worked out for me with Reliable Paper. They did everything they could to make things right. I will be fleetingly Napkins from them. Thank you Jim

I received my foil order yesterday, very quickly I might add! The package from UPS looked like they dragged it behind the truck! Snow has been a great coordinate. she pins an email once in a while to let me know she is interested. But, she is not pushy. just lets me know she is there. She also assists with pricing and product when i have items i have an interest in. She is quick to respond when i make a call or send an email. she also does research to insure i get the product i need.

As a local homeowner with a large family , I was in need of bulk affordable paper and janitorial products. I googled janitorial supplies near Acworth and came up with Reliable paper. I called thinking they were only for commercial accounts, but they sell to any one. Then I thought prices would be higher than eBay or Amazon. NOT TRUE, They have much better prices and you can pick up your items the same or next day. I purchased Scott paper towel dispensers and rolls of paper. You would nor believe how much cheaper it is to use these vs regular rolls of paper towels. They were very friendly and efficient and they sell any kind of janitorial and office supplies. They take credit cards. It felt really good to support a local family owned business.

Good morning, 8/28/2018We (Meridian) have been using Reliable Paper for 9-plus years and their service is on the money and their price will beat any company out there. I have to say there delivery is with in two days from when I place my order of supplies.
