Went for an oil change and was greeted with very unprofessional staff. Shop did not even have my oil filter onsite and had to go across street to autozone to retrieve filter. After taking over 30 minutes to change the oil the gave me my truck back and I started to cash out. I noticed oily finger prints all over my hood that were not cleaned by tech. Also while cashing out they charged me an extra $6 for “another quart of oil” when 1) I know my truck only takes 5 quarts because I’ve changed the oil myself before, and 2) they added the “extra qaurt” with authorization by me with saying it’s okay to upcharge. Totally unacceptable.

Extremely violent and disgraced non professional attitude , I took it 2 tines for my AC Never got it fix , I went to check up on my vehicle , and the guy literally started yelling at me because he is upset about me calling him 2 times and then since I showed up at the shop since I was passing through. bottom line worst behavior I was this close calling the COPs they took my money and didn’t finish the job.AVOID this uncivilized and non professional place at all cost.

DO NOT USE THIS PLACE!! My husband and I both had our oil changed here and paid over $43 for EACH OIL CHANGE. I should have known when it took less than 10 mins for each oil change something was wrong. I know from experience my vehicle (Lexus GX470) takes waaay longer than 10 minutes. Well, now, my husband’s truck engine light is on and my SUV smells like burning oil when I drive it. Guess what? The dipstick in my vehicle is registering zero oil and my husbands dipstick showed about 1/4 of an inch. TRUST ME....they put on a great front and want to “take care of your automotive needs” but save yourself from a terrible experience.

Service tech Sam was extremely knowledgable and went above and beyond to make sure my car was fixed on my limited budget, and in record time! Thx guys for being my transmission heros!

This place is a SCAM!! I was charged for the 2 days of service from same man fixing my truck and charged over $550, for things it DIDNT NEED! Truck was Never fixed until I took it to Certified Mechanic!!! Found out all it needed was a $10.00 plastic vacuum tube!!! 😠😡 I wish I could give a Zero start review to Family Tires! I have also filed complaint with BBB & Chamber of Commerce.

Why would this place have NO warranty on their labor?

PLEASE check your tires before they put them on your car ! They don’t honor refunds or exchanges and my tires barely had tread , I had a blow out the following week 🙄
