WE 💕 LOVE IT HERE. My husband got sent to Georgia. So we decided to tag along an I am so glad we did . The view is amazing . The geese an sucks are so great. My little ones love to go down to the water an fish an feed the ducks an geese. The food is amazing at the restaurant . An the White Russians hit the spot after along day. The view is extremely awesome. Everyone is extremely nice. Will come back again.

This place will treat you like family whether its your first time or 87th time here. Theyve never met a stranger. Wonderful bar service, great menu, absolutely breath taking views of the lake.

Had an awesome time. But boat had garbage under the seats from previous renters, and it was missing missing the anchor. We didnt realize until we were an hr away from the marina trying to stop in a beautiful outlet. Also we thought wed be tubing but a man on the phone lied he never made a note we were renting a tube for 30 and our boat was not rated for tubing.

Really enjoyed the one night that we were there... lots of space... nice to wake up and look at the lake.

Don’t expect to get what you pay for or even any level of reasonable communication. Rented a pontoon with a tube. Fully paid and took day off of work. Not until we are in the boat, does the kid at the dock (who has zero people skills and seems totally lost) informs us that they do not rent tubes. That was the entire point of us renting the boat. And yes bought and paid for the tube rental on their website. Ridiculous place. First experience at Holiday. Going back to my usual spot.

You will never expect the amazing quality of the food and the peacefulness of the space. Absolutely love the entire operation. Cant wait to come back!

We only stayed 1 night. But we are anxious to go back a spend 5,6 or more days. It had a great feel to it. The grounds are bumpy, but beautiful with water surrounding it and a ton of trees. You can take your boat/fish to name the things we could see for our short stay.

Our experience at Holiday Harbor was amazing!! From the first time we called and spoke to Howard until the day we picked our boat we received top notch service!! We got a great deal on a beautiful boat and Howard, Mark and Angel were fantastic!! I would give more than 5 stars if I could!

Ive owned my boat for less than a year. I started in the yard and now I have a slip. This has been such a God send for me. They are so helpful for a newbie like me. Also Allatoona Grill and Moss Marina is on location. This is a triple play if you ask me. Im so happy I found them.

I personally called to ask if they had gas at their location due to the gas shortage in the area. The lady told me yes so we drive from our house to the dock. Upon arrival it looked like a dead zone. The self service gas option was not in service. I called the lady back to ask if someone was available to help and she said she didn’t know. Remind you this is the same lady that told me they had gas at the Marina. She put me on hold to then tell me that no one could help. I asked where the next closet marina would be and she put me on hold again. How do you not know that answer when you work on a lake? I get another lady that tells me a different marina. Long story short we left our house (drove 20 mins) to get gas before the hoilday weekend madness just to end up with NO gas. Very frustrated and will not ever return to this marina.Mariah

So glad we tried HH Grill on a whim this weekend! We were seated promptly and our server took our orders quickly as well.Sitting on the deck was a real treat, as we were able to enjoy watching the happenings on the marina from above. The food and drinks were brought to us quickly and we found the portions to be generous.They had great reggae and ska music playing and it had everyone singing along together and chair dancing on the deck. You would have thought everyone knew each other, the way the shoulders were bobbing. We cant wait to return to HH Grill!

We rented a boat 2 months in advanced and the day before we received a call stating there was no boat available to be rented. This company not only failed to accommodate us but seemed to not even care about us being inconvenienced. We had family coming from out of town and it doesn’t seem as if they cared at all. I will not being utilizing this business neither any of my associates. Stay blessed

If you make reservations through the website, I would strongly recommend calling to confirm. We made reservations through the website only to be called the next day to be told the site had been double booked. They use a third party system and the blame was placed on that company. After reading a couple of reviews this seems to be a reoccurring theme.I don’t think we’ll try to book here again. While we did get an apology, it would have been nice to be offered to be put on a waitlist or even asked to try another week. Basic customer service when somebody has been greatly inconvenience. The person who called just boasted that they had been booked three months out.

Had a wonderful time here during our Wedding this past weekend, despite the rain! Their team there is absolutely awesome and I personally cannot thank Angel, Shannon, Samantha, the maintenance crew and all of the wonderful people who work there! Yall made my bride and I feel very welcomed and blessed to have spent our big day there!

Sites are really close together, I’m sitting here at 4 in the morning listening to loud music, yelling, and singing. There is no one to call to ask them to be quiet. The cussing and screaming isn’t exactly helping my small kids sleep and my husband and I have certainly been up all night because of it.

We come almost every other weekend. We absolutely love the people there, and the atmosphere. Prices are great as well for boats, campsites and Alatoona Grill!

Came here on my birthday and had a great time. Surprisingly, this place has some of the best casual food I’ve had in the entire metro. The menu isn’t fancy by any means, but all elevates to a very high quality. They make so much from scratch. The view of the lake is nice - I bet it’s great at sunset. And the ambiance was laid back and cozy. Will definitely return!

The website says you will enjoy the fact that all of our sites have ample space between rigs. We dont believe in cramming sites together instead the average distance between sites is 30 yards. This is LAUGHABLE. Our site was maybe 20 feet from the neighboring rigs, and was situated between two trees that were borderline impossible to pull between, especially when backing a trailer in.We arrived after the office was closed, and there was no after-hours checkin information provided...no map, no instructions, nothing. The next day, the office called hinting that we were going to be charged for not returning a gate card that was never provided and I wouldnt have known how to find, given their total lack of checkin materials.The whole site is very uneven and was widely strewn with dozens of random vehicles and utility trailers, with bumpy, narrow, and completely unmarked paths. Websites description is a gross misrepresentation of the setting and even though we are not typically very picky about sites, this one was totally deficient. NOT recommended.

No internet, office lied about it working, reviews say no internet and it’s true. Call them they say it works but it doesn’t. Site neighbor said they have been saying that for months. Office closes at 5 sharp and no assistance for site anywhere so don’t show up late or your not getting in. No park night supervision, after hours number disconnects you. The water for the site came out brown. Sad because this place is pretty but this needs new management immediately. Only a two because of the location

Reserved a spot, sight unseen. Mistake. Very rudimentary. When we arrived it was obvious this was a fishing, boating, party spot for rednecks of all economic levels. It is now 11:19 PM on a Saturday night & we have heard yelling, fireworks & the boom bass of the music for several hours. Actually, cant understandany words, just noise and bass..

Its a privately owned campground with the nicest employees ever. And there are beautiful views of the lake.

Driving through Georgia in Motorhome, looking for place to dump. Was told they dont normally allow that, but would charge us $25 if we wanted to use it. Totally absurd, to charge someone that much to basically flush a toilet. Wont be back.

I had never been boating before but wanted to give my kids a good, fun summer memory so I looked up local boat rentals and Holiday Harbor popped up. I was a bit nervous about it but they had good reviews so I decided to give them a shot. All I can say is they were not reviewed highly enough!!! Brittany and Angel are the nicest people you could want to meet and made our first time rental quick and totally painless. The dock was right behind the rental office so actually getting to our boat was just as easy. The boat was 20 ft, beautiful, and new... I think maybe less than a year old. We were myself, my wife and 4 girls ranging from 19 to 8 yrs old and they all had a ball taking turns going on the tube that we pulled behind the boat. At the end of the day we returned the boat (they wanted to stay on longer....next time kids, next time) and were very happy to see a place to eat right above the docks with an outdoor, covered patio that looks right out onto the lake. We ate there and the food was good, the staff was friendly and welcoming. The whole experience completely surpassed my expectations and I felt silly at the end of the day for being nervous at all! It was just a great experience and we are definitely going back!Thanks Brittany and Angel and Holiday Harbor....we love you guys!!!!

Loved the cabin. Had everything we needed. One pet friendly cabin and it was available when we needed it. We arrived late and when we pulled up, someone had left the lights on for us. Everyone was very accommodating. The restaurant was great. Surroundings are beautiful. Well be back!

Rented a pontoon boat for half a day. The boat was very nice and clean. Fast service so that we were able to pull out of the marina right at 9:00 to fully enjoy our time. We will be back for several visits next summer.

We showed up here to them saying they already issued ya a refund because our RV is a fully converted school bus (registered and recognized legally as an RV). There is nothing on their website stating this and they didn’t call or give us any warning of this. They said they will receive a fine for hosting a school bus by whoever runs the lake. We called another RV host on the same lake and they said to come on over there and that school buses were no problem so we got the feeling that this was a fictitious rule.We had a short impression here but the only other note is the entire place smells like gas. I’m not sure we could have stayed there with our dogs anyway.

The area is nice and the price was reasonalbe. Check in was simple as we arrived late and check in was as easy as stopping at the late checking box to retrieve our envelope. At checkout Angel was a sweetheart. Thanks Angel!!!!! Certain sites are hard to access if you arent a good backer which Im a great backer;) but it was worth the effort. Well be back. Thanks again!

Upon arrival, service was great from reservation to campsite assignment. When we got to our site, there was trash all throughout the site. I picked it up and set up camp. The views are incredible and its a very quiet spot to be in (for the most part). We went kayaking and loved seeing all the houseboats. There is a restaurant on the property which I found to be poorly managed. They were out of most things on the appetizer menu, our server knew nothing about being a waitress, and the prices are a bit high for such a terrible experience. The public bathrooms and showers could also use more attention. Overall, Id say we were happy to have such a beautiful spot to camp near and while some parts were bad, more were good.

I drove up to holiday harbor and rented a canoe for 2 hours. Very friendly employees and great service. Additional, the rates for renting boats are very reasonable. Will be coming here again to check out the kayaks

We have stayed here twice both times we were checked in by the sweet lady in the office who was VERY helpful. (her name was Angela.) The cabins are very clean and the view is to die for! Any time we had a problem we would call the office and it was taken care in a very timely matter. We also have rented boats three times, All three times the boat was in great shape very clean and our kids had a ball!Very family friendly, The kids loved it as much as us.

My wife and I went out for the first time on one of their pontoon boat rentals. Needless to say we had a great time, the rental process was painless and simple. Five minutes in the office tops. Then we were headed down the dock to our boat. Very friendly, I highly recommend their rental services.

Extra Exceptional staff, very helpful, kind and accommodating. Got booked in no problem with one call for as long as I needed. Thankfully because we are from Canada and our truck that was towing our camper broke down and we didnt know where to go or what to do. Staff on the line were very helpful and upon arriving have gone out of their way to help us and make us happy. Clean place with lots to do and amenities.. Great for the family.

Nice location. Staff are very helpful and pleasant.I do not understand the high ratings given this place It is very poorly maintained, It is relatively expensive, and lacks a vital amenity (sewer hookups) that you should expect when paying $40+/ night for a spot. Bathrooms were not cleaned during our stay AFAIK. Bathrooms are run down and are a long uphill walk from the camping area. The walk to the bathrooms is unlit and along the side of a hill with no path.Trash cans have multiple holes from critters. Trailer parking areas are not very level, and our site had been somewhat washed out during recent rains and was muddy. I am disappointed in the owners of this site - it would seem that they have the customer base to support a well-run RV park. They need to focus on investing in improvements and getting this park up to snuff.

Great site! We stayed in the pop-up sites with water views on both sides, met many nice folks and had a great time! We live in the area so will definitely be coming back to stay again!

Thanks for your compassion and understanding to this hurricane refugee from Florida.. Allatoona Lakes only family owned / operated marina and campground left on the lake. A much needed hot shower and refuge from mother nature was really appreciated. Yall were a true blessing..

Rented two cabins and a pontoon for the weekend for the second year in a row for a friend reunion/birthday and had the best time. everyone at the cabins around us was friendly the office staff and the people down at the dock were very pleasant to deal with. this is probably going to start being a regular tradition. GOLD STAR for you Holiday Harbor ;)

Easy to get to only 10 to launch boat nice area and friendly service. All they have is pontoon boats to rent not ideal if you want to water ski. Perfect not to busy area for summer but lake gets a little low after November till March.

Beautiful campground. Lots of trees and the views are great. Laundry and bathhouses could be closer, but overall, a very nice place to stay. Staff is also very helpful and accommodating.

We arrived shortly after hours and we were confused as to where to go. Signage improvement is definitely needed. Bathrooms and showers in the same location as the campground is definitely needed. As of the moment we left it was about a quarter mile away and it feels like a scavenger hunt to find it the first time, oh and the could use a whole lot of improvement. The views were beautiful.

Best marina on the lake. Brittany and Angel are awesome, if you need anything they are always willing to help. They even called a mechanic for me on a Sunday, who walked me through a mechanical issue on my boat. Definately 5 stars...and the restaurant is very good!

I can not express the amazing experience we had with your staff this past weekend at Holiday Harbor. I decided last minute to get together for my husbands 40 th birthday at one of your cottages. Angel was beyond helpful and patient with me and all my questions, she was great from the first call til the time we checked out! I also could not tell you how many times I stopped Robin to ask her questions through out the weekend, both these woman were so nice, polite and never made me feel as if I was bothering them (and believe me, I bothered them all a lot!!). My family and I will be back again during the summer and hope to stay in cottage number 5 again, it was a weekend we will all remember and so much of that was because of your staff!! Look forward to seeing them again!!

Great place in the pines. Bathroom/shower could use a mirror and soap/shampoo shelf in shower. Dump station could use a water hose. Other than that, people were very nice and the setting was great.

Rented a boat from Holiday Harbor on 8/5 - the boat was in great shape, and was actually bigger and had a more powerful engine than they advertised. Everyone we dealt with was fantastic - very helpful and friendly, explained the boat and gave us good advice about where to go on the lake. We will definitely use them again next time we go on the lake.

The first thing you’ll notice about this place is that is reeks of gasoline. The second thing is they may have canceled your reservation without letting you know - the last thing you want after a long day of driving on a road trip. At least a phone call would have been appreciated. They said our short school van conversion wasn’t allowed, even though it’s legally an RV, and their website allows van conversions. They then recommended another campsite for us, just a short two hour drive north. Useful! When pressed about why we weren’t allowed to stay, fabricated some story about being fined by some agency that runs the lake for allowing converted Rv’s. We know this to be nonsense because we found (far better) accommodations on the same lake a few minutes drive away. I wish I had another arm, so I could give this place three thumbs down.

They only have a handful, if that many 50 amp plug in sites, the bathrooms were ok, but definitely needed cleaning. Shower didnt drain well. Beautiful views!

Nice place, fairly close to the city so you dont have to travel far to find a place to unwind or sit on the lake. The cabins are pretty nice, lots of camping grounds as well, and they even rent boats. Great place overall.

No wifi signals at all. no sewage. the lake view is beautiful and its the only worthy part for the high rate, $50+ per night.

Closest marina to Atlanta on lake allatoona. This is not the cleanest or nicest marina on the lake but they do have a great restaurant. Not many amenities but they do offer boat rental and camping.

The absolute best place on Lake Allatoona to rent a boat! We had such an AWESOME time! Angel, Brittney, Dawn and Clint were AWESOME to deal with and went above and beyond our expectations to make our visits wonderful. Angel & Brittney took GREAT care of us in the office and Dawn & Clint did an AWESOME job on the dock! Clint helped us load our stuff onto the boat and Dawn made sure we all had the proper life vest and helped us pick out the best tube! We loved it so much that were already scheduled to go back on Labor day!!! Woohoo, cant wait!!!

We came to eat at 8:30 they turned us away because they close at 9pm on a holiday weekend.

Its being cleaned up but got large screw in tire from there construction. Surprised my tire didnt blow driving home. Owners refused to pay for tire. It was a new tire

Were going on our 3rd pontoon boat rental this summer and the staff has been so helpful & friendly and the rentals are very reasonably priced. This coming from a Miami couple that could not rent boats in Miami, were boat rental prices were prohibitive. Thank you Holiday Harbor Marina staff for the the very friendly, convenient and economic service.

My friend and I went kayaking together for the first and boy was it an adventure! The staff was very helpful getting us started. But then it started POURING rain! We pulled off to the side so we could wait for the weather to calm down but before we could start heading back one of the guys jumped on a boat and picked us up! We got back soaking wet and the lady at the front desk went to her car to grab us towels so we could dry off before driving an hour to get home. Couldnt have asked for a better experience, despite the rain. Thank you Holiday Harbor for your hospitality ☺️

This is the second time we have rented from them in 2 months. They are amazing and always helpful and friendly. There boats are top of the line, not stripped down like many places give you. We will be purchasing our boat from them due to their customer service.

The facilities were in good repair, clean, with ample parking. While only there for brief time ensuring a boat was still operational, I found no issue navigating the marina itself. The jetty and dock areas were current, with another, new dock preparing for construction.

Pros:jet port pricing was good and staff seem friendly.Located below the dam and the water seems clean there.Cons:staff will give you the run-around if you need something.NEVER buy gas at this marina! I did not know this at the time, found out after it was too late, but they sell bad gas. I dont know if its water in the fuel lines or just plain poor gas but I destroyed two cylinders in my waverunner, which is now going to cost me $1k to fix. Ive had 2 mechanics tell me it was a result of bad gas that caused it. Its been almost a month and the manager keeps giving me the run-around. Ive asked them to cover $300 of it (a few months jet port rental and $43 gas reimbursement), which is more than fair. Ive also had 6 people, after the fact, tell me that they havent bought gas there in years because it was bad. Looks like Ill be taking them to court for the entire amount, so please do yourself a favor and never buy gas here.

The bath house was absolutely horrid, the showers didnt drain, the toilets and floors were disgusting. I wasnt given a code for the doors either, we had to ask around (the guy working at the restaurant was extremely rude about it) There isnt enough light or signs to find your way around. The websites campsite map wasnt helpful either. If I could post pictures I would.

The camp grounds were beautiful and clean also the docks were in decent shape. They could use so updrading. But for the most part it was a good deal.

Great place to stay if you can get past the dated and dirty couch and windows other than that I was very pleased with our cabin. Stayed here for 8 nights and would stay here again next year if it’s available.

I only parked here and got on my buddys boat but it was clean and nice.

I rented a cabin for a week recently and enjoyed my stay. Every interaction I had with their team is what I now know what Southern hospitality must mean Thanks for making my visit memorable.

Just got back from a week stay there in a cabin. It is run down and the staff are extremely rude! For an extra $55, you get to rent a boat, well the boat we got was from 1986, had half of a windshield, moldy seats and left us stranded on the lake. Then the gas bill was $85! I have rented many boats and have never paid over $65 in gas. They make you give a $250 deposit, well it was 5 days ago and the deposit has still not been refunded.As for the cabin, they advertise internet, there is not any! The stove in my cabin went out every day, and you have to wait until they show up to work at 9 to fix it so I could cook breakfast. The dock is falling apart, with nails sticking up and broken boards. The cabin is dirty. It is supposed to be fully furnished, I had two pots and a strainer sitting in dirty cabinets. The bed frame on one of the beds was broken in half. There were ants everywhere.SAVE YOUR MONEY...this place is disgustingly dirty and no one at the desk cares. All you get is attitude. Was probably a nice place 30 years ago, but no one has taken care of it since. I left a message for the manager 5 days ago, she has still not contacted me.

Very friendly staff. Great location. Only draw back are showers. Floors are very slippery, showers dirty, hard to get good water temp. Not what I expected for a resort.
