Hector is a great guy. This is the 2nd vehicle he has worked on for me. I can say in all honesty that as a single woman on a fixed income, he is the 1st mechanic I really feel I can trust. He isnt just trying to get money (piling on additional repairs). Hes professional, extremely knowledgeable, and kind. I had the pleasure of meeting his wife and son and the entire family is just awesome! I highly recommend Auto Experts!!

My friend and I were on a cross country road trip from Oregon to Florida. We had our oil pressure light come on and then a check engine light really late at night. The Auto Experts Repair shop was able to get us in that next morning immediately. They diagnosed it, topped off the oil, changed the sensor and had us back on the road in 2 hours. Such amazing service and so nice to work with. Hopefully I wont have engines troubles again while driving through but if I do I know where Im going to get it fixed.

Great rating for this place which is why I took my car for what I thought would be great service at an affordable price instead of being smart and taking it to my dealer.My engine was misfiring. They said it was a tuneup. Replaced spark plugs and a coil and sent me on my merry way for 500.00I told HECTOR the car didnt feel right and felt shaky and he said it would take 24 hours for the electrical component to restart.In 24 hours the check engine light came back on, the car was not accelerating properly and was struggling on hills. He made an employee take me home so he could feel the car and the employee noted everythingI asked him personally (he did seem like a nice guy) to ensure my car was completely checked and made a point of telling him my 02 sensor engine light had come up before and to check that...he said all it needed was a fuel injector, charged me for the part 136.00 and sent me on my merry way even tho I asked to make sure it was safe...My car still didnt feel 100% right but I trusted his word. A month later...check engine light came on AGAIN and the code tada was shocking the o2 sensor that I told him to check and an issue with the fuel delivery system.I called and he said that he wasnt gonna replace a part that wasnt needed and the code just appeared and why would he charge me 300 bucks for a part I didnt need. Hector seems to have forgotten I told him , the second time, to check the 02 sensor as the light had come up before. He obviously didnt and then tried to blame it on me and said it was a month later.I only called to get the breakdown on what they had done in my car so I could take it to competent people in my dealer who guarantee their job...instead he got angry when I called him out on his shoddy work and implied it was my fault.If only Hector and his crew would listen to customers. Nevermind the first time they told me theyd had the car ready by 6. It was 630 and I had heard nothing so I called and was told they needed to keep the car overnight! I asked Lovely hector..like what and he said he told an employee to call me. No one did. Noooo respect for a customers time whatsoever either. How could you need to keep my car and not tell me?Obviously Im not taking my car here for a THIRD time as nothing is fixed and the vehicle continues to give me problemsIt was my fault for not wanting to pay car dealer money and trusting internet reviews and thinking Hector was a nice guy. He did seem like one but you cant expect me to be happy after failing to complete the repairs on my car properly. Now I have to invest double and pay dealer prices plus what I paid them for peace of mind.Hector. Listen to your customers when they speak to you about their car issues and do a throughout inspection so this doesnt happen THREE times.Im not saying dont take your car here, Im not mean, I just wont suggest this to anyone as a reputable place and Im just sharing my experience with this place.

I only got an oil changed, it took a little over 30 min but they had a seating area, the guy who helped me was nice. Very reasonable prices, a basic oil change at a different place was almost $80, I had a coupon this time but would definitely go back and pay full price here

I first came to Auto Experts (in 2016 ish) because of a promo mailer that said theyd check your A/C system for free, even if you planned to DIY the repair. That was my plan, and true to their word, there was no pressure to complete the repair with them. I did it myself and they checked and complemented my work the next time I was in for an oil change.That won my trust, and Ive been going to them ever since for everything from oil changes, brakes, and control arms.Hector, Ryan, and the team are fantastic and treat me like family.

Went to Hector and his team this morning with an overheating engine. They were super quick and refilled the engine coolant for me (which I apparently didnt put in the correct spot). Super friendly, quick, efficient and I was on my way to work within 15 minutes. I was offered a complimentary ride back to my house as well, but decided to wait and the pressure check on the lines was complimentary as well. Hector didnt even charge me for the engine coolant. Above and beyond! Highly recommend! Thanks again!!!! :)

I brought my car to Hector and the crew with a puzzle of an exhaust system to work on. They put it together and my car runs and sounds way better than expected. These guys are the best! Let me tell you....I’m local and was getting on the road to travel and had an issue with my boat trailer I was towing. Called for help and they directed me in. This was my first visit to this business. And even though they had other cars in front of me they stopped to assist me and get me back on the road. Took my truck in for a seal leak , got some other work done while there , they took care of me, reasonable price week later still dont have any problems and I drive seemingly around the world , being I use my truck for contracting! I like them!

Our first experience with Auto Experts was when buying a used car a couple years ago. (We don’t live nearby) We looked them up and called to see if they could look it over. They were busy but fit us in. We watched the lead mechanic walk 2 younger mechanics through a very thorough inspection then the lead spent considerable time explaining what he was looking at. We bought the car and have had no problems. When our daughter at KSU broke down, we immediately had her car towed there. They replaced the radiator and had her up and running by the next day. Wish we lived closer so they could be our regular auto shop!

Drove all the way from Dallas to Acworth to get this problem solved. Two days my truck was in the repair shop and you still didnt fix the problem. It is frustrating when you people do what they feel like doing instead of listening.

They are struggling to find out what is wrong with my vehicle. I keep fixing stuff that they recommend to absolutely no avail. I will update this post pending accurate diagnosis and it actually being fixed. Nice people but this back and forth on vehicle issues are tiresome.

Have taken both my Tundra and Altima in for services and repairs. They were very considerate and polite, finished the work required surprisingly fast and have shopped around to find the best deal on the parts. Will be taking my vehicles to them in the future for all my needs.

I am a mechanically inclined person and usually do most of my own vehicle work. The lead mechanic/owner really knows his stuff and is completely honest. I was happy to be wrong about a recent fix required when Auto Experts told me what I thought was going to be a big job was actually a small repair. Not the first time these guys have proven themselves as honest mechanics. I had previously brought my truck in to get a second opinion on rusty brake lines. This is normally a big $$ job, but the honesty from Auto Experts said they would do it if I wanted them to but they didn’t think it was necessary. This was after they spent their time inspecting every line.They didn’t even charge me for a vehicle diagnostic scan or their time to look at it. Top quality mechanic with honesty and fair prices. This is a rare find in the auto repair industry. Highly recommend these guys.

Always had a good experience with this mechanic shop! I came in today thinking my power steering pump was broken, and they checked it, and found that the pump was fine, and that I only needed lubrication on the steering wheel. Theyre very honest here and one of the mechanics (I didnt catch his name) even gave me a ride home after I dropped my car off! 10/10 would recommend.

Im moving from Florida to Washington state so naturally I had my car checked, belts replaced and an oil change at a Tires Plus. Little did I know they topped off my transmission fluid and put 3 quarts TOO much and my car was breaking down. Luckily I broke down near Auto Experts and they not only diagnosed and fixed the problem, were extremely professional but also got in my car with me, drive it and made sure it was okay to get back on the road. 10/10 would highly recommend.

I had a motor removed and another on installed about 6 months ago. Missing bolts had them to fix all my oil leaks and change the rear main seal still leaking. Sent pictures to the owner he laughed at me I lived in Georgia all my life but moved to Houston Texas one year ago. Read my lips...... Dont take your car to this place if I could rate them a below _ 0% I would. I spent over 4k I had to get my car towed the first day I drove it back to Houston cost me another 1700.00 dollars on top of the 4000.00 I spent it ran hot I paid for a new water pump I replace everything because I new I had to drive to Texas. Im a country boy from South Georgia we dont lie on people you do me a good job and if you did I would tell the truth you did me a good job. But this place will murder your car. Being a woman Im always hesitant about going to auto repairs shops and Ive had some bad experiences with a few that I feel lived up to the stereotype of how women are sometimes taken advantage of. This was not the case with Auto Experts. They were very professional and from watching their interaction with other customers, they genuinely care about the customer and do quality work.I had to take my daughters car in because her ac was blowing hot air. I was told it could be a number of things from many people, but I took it there and Bobby assured me he would figure out exactly what the problem was and would contact me once it was figured out. It turned out to be a number of issues however, nothing major like other places told me it was. I appreciate the honesty and the quality of the work done. My daughters AC is blowing out cold air again, just in time for the heat wave weve been having. I highly recommend Auto Experts for your repair needs if youre looking for quality work and an honest establishment.

These people are incompetent, only use them if you dont mind making repeated visits to get the repair done properly.I had a braking issue which wasnt properly repaired on the first attempt. They claim to have test driven my car, either theyre lying or the person who did the test drive is clueless since it was apparent to me almost immediately that the problem wasnt fixed.I took the car back for them to make it right, gave them more money and when I got my car back this time the brakes hadnt been bled properly. Again, this shouldnt have been too difficult to see on a test drive since the brakes were spongy and the brake warning light illuminated with a moderate application of brakes. WHATS SO DIFFICULT ABOUT PROPERLY BLEEDING BRAKES????SO... Ill have to go back a third time to hopefully have the repairs done properly.
