Excellent store for gaming! Lots of space for various types of events. Courteous and knowledgeable staff. And something I very much appreciate - they keep it clean. You arent walking into a dungeon that smells like middle school gym. They have a huge selection of games and accessories, and run all kinds of varying events. Highly recommended.

Great quantity of products ranging from Digimon, Pokemon, and Mainly MTG. The staff is very friendly and helpful. Lots of room to test play against people or for holding events. Very clean as well, which is very important during corona season.😁👍

The selection of cards (single or sealed) and other products is as good as you can expect. But when I went in to sell some of my collection of MTG cards from high school and was low-balled on all but 1 of them. The owner was snappy with her employees and I could even hear her complain to them about me under her breath.For buying cards, great!For selling cards, better luck on E-Bay or card kingdom

Like the vast majority of other reviewers here I feel this is THE premier place to play Magic the Gathering in Central Mass, with the largest selection of product, the most knowledgeable staff, and the cleanest, brightest, most spacious play area anywhere. Family and kid friendly. Good social media presence so its easy to find out what events are happening and when. Easy to order online for curbside service. Couldnt ask for more.

This store consistently has the most expansive product suite of any gaming store I have run across in the state. This store has virtually anything you could ever need when it comes to magic, Pokémon, and board games. It is spacious, well lit, and always kept clean. The events are well run, a ton of fun, and the owner is probably one of the most knowledgeable and amazing people I have ever met in the magic community. She has done an awesome job fostering an awesome store and an awesome community and this store is without a doubt a home run!

Selection of minis and boardgames was decent but not spectacular. Staff was occupied with some MTG transactions, but seemed to be good with those customers. They had some solid stuff, but nothing to set the store apart. Ill be sure to check it out again post-COVID everything negatively affecting retail spaces!

The best trading card game experience you will find outside of a convention. I have gone there for various different game nights, and there have been a different group of friendly people. There is a full selection of singles cards, booster packs, storage boxes, dice and card protectors. Even before the pandemic, I was able to send in an order for single cards, they would have everything in stock, and it was ready when I arrived.

We had called ahead of time to schedule a time specifically to sell some cards and purchase new ones. The owner was extremely hostile and was also very rude. Its a shame because all the other staff is nice and the card selection was good.

My overall first impression of this store is that it was spacious, clean, and had a large selection of product. Although I may consider coming back to give this store another chance the owner was completely unprofessional and lacks the knowledge on how to conduct herself around customers. Trying to take care of multiple customers at once, being rude to customers and employees. Another annoying part of this experience was the wrong times posted on Facebook for events causing part of my group to miss the tournament.

One of my favorite places to visit, they always have the cards I’m looking for, and are super friendly. They have a huge play space that’s kept very clean.

I go to the store nearly every single week. Seriously. I think Ive missed maybe a handful of visits in the 2-ish years Ive been going. And it isnt just because I have a bit of a MtG card addiction. I actually really like the people who work there and it feels like Cheers when Norm walks in. You know the feeling. Where everybody knows your name?What more could you want, really? A great selection of cards - not just cards, they have board games and Warhammer stuff too - and fellow nerds who you can chat all things nerd with? Its comfortable there and my routine is more than just adding to my card hoarding.Lastly... the owner is a female! As a female nerd, I gotta say thats a huge bonus for me.Really...cant give enough of a glowing review. Go to the store. Trust me.

Its been my pleasure to know Michelle for over 40 years, since the Ayer comics days, for those who remember lol. You wont find a kinder, sweeter, more professional person around. Shes passionate about what she does and what she believes in. Absolutely not a bad bone is this ladys body. I am proud to know her and anyone that really knows her knows what Im talking about. Discovered this gem a year after I moved to Acton not realizing it was 2 miles from my apartment. During this time I was driving far and wide for tabletop miniatures. Spacious and clean, the store has more than enough room for tournaments once safety restrictions have been lifted and the world has returned to normal.

If you are into Magic the Gathering, this is the place to go. I brought my son there and he was in heaven. They have lots of single cards on display in cases for sale. They have a huge selection on packs for sale and complete sets. There is parking and entrances in the front and back of building. Must wear mask while inside the store.

Normally I do not leave reviews. However, in this case I felt it was absolutely necessary. While the selection of products is vast, I was utterly disappointed at how rude the owner was to fellow patrons and staff. It is clear that there is no regard for customer satisfaction or human decency. I will certainly not be returning to this establishment, and would caution others to stay away.

It’s okay. Prices are a little inflated. Single card selection is typically meh. Now they’re beginning to limit products of how many you can buy due to Pokémon boom. Not a big fan of this - comes off as communistic and not good business. Staff also does this creepy thing when you’re looking at a product not close to them at the registers they send someone to “work on that computer” when you can tell they’re trying to make sure you don’t steal somethings. It’s annoying and has prevented me from buying products many times just because I feel like someone hovering over me while I’m browsing.

Awesome store, huge selection, super clean and friendly community environment. Have been coming here for years and I cant wait until they can hold tournaments and events again once Covid is under control.

Came by yesterday night, with two deck lists for magic I wanted to make.Even after a big weekend event they were able to find like 96% of what I needed on the spot, and they are very welcoming to more casual players.Also felt like they went above and beyond trying to do good service for me as a customer, will be back soon for more cards!

So far I have been here twice and both times the staff were helpful and knowledgeable. They have a great MTG singles collection, a big selection of card game supplies like mats and deck boxes. Nice board game selection too. Also a lot tables and just open space.

An excellent experience! Michelle and Tom were very helpful in gathering old cards for my collection. They took hours of time out in order to search for the cards. They are very dedicated to their customers. I have been to many different locations in order to complete my collection and Gamingetc is the best. The product was in excellent condition and was labeled at a reasonable price. They have excellent communication through email as well as on the phone. Nice staff, and are pretty good with helping new players figure out what they need. Huge play area, pretty clean. The only reason its a 4 and not a five is that they are a bit pricey at times and with certain things but that extra tiny bit is worth if for the service.

This place was wonderful for me with such a wide array of cards. This establishment always had a card I was looking for, whereas my other Local Game stores did not. However;I found a deck that was $99 and contemplated buying it, but left it. The next day I decided I wanted it and I called asking if they could hold it, which they replied No, but that was fine I was driving there anyway. When I got there, the same deck that I asked for was priced at $140.00, with the $99 sticker under it. They marked it roughly $40 more just because I called about it. I will not be doing business here or attending at any event.

The woman who owns this store is so incredibly abusive to her staff. I have never seen any LGS owner verbally belittle and berate seemingly nice employees who were trying their best on a busy Saturday. She was also wildly rude to someone next to me trying to buy sealed product. Its a shame because the store is spacious and the card selection is great.

This is a mostly Magic the gathering store with daily Magic events and lots of sealed products and singles. I always come here because of these things. Staff is consistently friendly and knowledgeable. There are also various board games and pen and paper style games if thats more your interest.

Went there for the MTG events and found the place to be spotless, bright and inviting. The staff were very knowledgeable and the players were both good winners and gracious losers. Will definitely go again.

This is one of the cleanest and most well set-up game stores in the area with plenty of friendly people both attending events and working there. Honestly the only thing keeping me from giving this place a higher rating is how flat-out awful the owner can be towards both her staff and customers. I have never had a positive experience interacting with her or seeing her interact with her employees, which is a complete shame as they seem to put so much effort into making sure people feel welcome and taken care of inside the store.

Its hard to review a Local Gaming Store, but in the three weeks Ive visited Gamingetc Ive found it to have friendly staff and patrons. This is a nice place to enjoy Pathfinder Society, though the local scene seems to be focused on Magic The Gathering. The folks who play Pathfinder regularly are very welcoming, friendly, and enjoyable to be around. The staff has always been warm, jovial and accommodating to me.

Great place and Michelle the owner is the best! Shes an incredibly hard worker and goes out of her way to make her customers happy. Well be back!

The standard in which magic/board game stores should be judged. I have been to many store like it but none hold a candle to gaming ect. Michelle knows the game from years in the business and it shows. From the leaving a legacy 1k to standard qualifiers gaming ect shows they are not only proficient but excel at running tournaments. They also run many weekly events for standard, modern, legacy, commander and pauper as well as a monthly vintage (15 proxies). They have by far the best prices and selection out of any store and I cant wait to go back.

I started coming to Gaming Etc. for their monthly vintage tournaments and now I go to most of my pre-releases there. The play space is huuuge, one of the largest Ive seen of any store in MA. Not only that, but the windows that run all the way around it let in a ton of nice natural light. Plus its super clean.My only complaint would be that the prices on magic singles is a little high, but I gladly pay that tiny bit extra to support such a nice space to play.(Also anyone who is interested should come to the vintage tournaments, that happen the first Saturday of every month. The 15 play test cards rule means you dont have to shell out for power, and the format is a ton of fun.)

I’ve gone to approximately 3 events (visited for one, only watched a few minutes), and can say that going to Gamingetc is worth your time and money if you’re willing to try. If you’re like me, and prefer a more casual setting to play mtg, Saturday’s are better than Fridays as FNMs tend to consist of more competition than any other FNM I’ve been too. Otherwise, great store for buys, meeting people or even just watching if you’re interested.

This is honestly one of, if not, the best game spaces in New England with fantastic inventory.Unfortunetly its coupled with fact that the owner is incredibly rude to everyone and is unbelievably hostile with her staff and patrons. So much so it pains me to do business here but it is where most of the major events are hosted. So if I want to play, there isnt much choice.

Big, clean shop. They are really set up to handle a large group. My son loves it there and I feel safe leaving him there to play MTG. I have no hesitation supporting them as my LCS.

Came here for a star city event and was impressed with what they had in stick. Mtg sealed boosters going as far back as fallen empires. Not only that they have sealed commander and duel deck sets from over the years including the Commanders Arsenal. A high recomend for anyone in the area looking for a quality LGS
