Went in at noon on Labor Day, waited 20 minutes to talk to the owner and bought an online mattress for a small discount over online sale price. Delivery was quick, but I forgot to tip the delivery guys and they left their mark on my lawn on their way out. 🙁

Mattress stores overwhelm me. The friendly service here made the shopping easier. I appreciated the no-nonsense honesty and experience of the staff both over the phone and in person. Honest folk, great prices. One of the mattresses had to be ordered. Its a busy time for home improvements.

Feeling lucky to have stumbled upon this store in Acton. We were resigned to a stressful day of driving around looking for a bed frame that would fit our style and budget, but a quick google search led us here at the start of the day and found something so easily and so on-budget that we were able to enjoy the rest of a beautiful day. Great customer service and easy communication, including the scheduling of delivery and assembly.

Bought a mattress and base from these folks. Really great experience: salesperson was super knowledgeable and really helped us focus our choice. Set up a delivery time that was very convenient for me, delivery guys removed my old set and got the new one in without difficulty; even navigating my staircase (which includes two turns) without destroying themselves or any of my walls. Really love the new mattress!

I have bought several mattresses at Siesta and am always happy with their selection, professionalism and price. As a chiropractor, I always send my patients here: I tell them to stay away from the big box fancy stores with people wearing lab jackets and selling overpriced mattresses. Getting a good mattress shouldnt be complicated or confusing and Siesta has been a mainstay in this regard.

Excellent customer service - no pressure or upselling. Very patient and reasonable people. And when addressing my unique needs related to arranging & coordinating the actual delivery, they were impressively accommodating to specific requests. Andre was available to answer numerous calls from me prior to delivery about scheduling concerns as my own schedule kept changing. Overall, the experience was far better than those I’ve had with large chain stores.

We had two separate purchases, both with delivery, for a queen mattress and boxspring, and for a twin bed frame and trundle with foam mattress. In both cases the salesman was helpful, knowledgable, but not pushy. The sales process was very efficient. Delivery included setup and removal of old mattresses. The delivery people were friendly and efficient. Overall, we were very happy with the whole process.

This is an excellent store -- good quality beds, mattresses, and mattress protectors; helpful owner and staff who answer all your questions but also let you wander and think without pestering you; and great prices. The delivery service is inexpensive and set-up is careful, with no boxes or plastic bags left for you to discard. Once again we had a great experience with Siesta Sleepworks. The salesman was patient and gave good advice. The installers arrived when scheduled and setup the bed well. They even disassembled/reassembled the futon that the bed replaced on our porch at our request. We will shop there again.

I needed a new mattress for my guestroom, in-laws were coming and I left it to the last minute. Siesta sleepworks had a nice selection and because I left it to the last minute they sold me the floor model. They delivered it right away and saved the day. We recently moved to a new house and needed three beds plus a mattress. The gentleman showing the stuff was generally very edgy and not so friendly but we though may be he is having a bad day....At the time of billing, he committed a price but then went back on it saying thats not possible. What followed was few very rude statements n snapping of order form. I really liked the beds and was ready to pay the price he quoted, but the behavior of gentlemen really pissed me off and hence I returned without picking anything.A classic example of how people loose business because of their behavior.

I was looking for a mattress (on a budget) for my guestbed. As a business operator in Acton, I try to do business locally as long as the business competitive. Not only was siesta extremely competitive, but they provided excellent service. The owner asked me questions to find out what I was looking for and made three recommendations that would meet my needs. I selected a mattress and opted to pick it up myself, even though their delivery charge was inexpensive. They loaded it for me on a really cold day, which I appreciated. I will be going back to siesta sleep works to upgrade another mattress in my home and will recommend to friends.
