This dollar tree is a perfect location to get your stuff employees are highly respectful and very kind in words the boss here I know quite well and is extremely polite as well he’s a soldier as well very great boss to have a conversation with I love this location The employees

Absolutely worst Dollar Tree around!!!Always a line out the door. Manager is rude. Store is always in shambles!!! This is the Acton Ma Dollar Tree.

This store is one of the cleanliness I have seen by far. With covid going on they have been cleaning non stop. The team is doing there best to get the store put together and make it easier to find everything we need. Kim the store manager went out of her way to go get me a cart so I didnt have to bring an out side cart in. She is by far the kindest person and very quick to help when needed. I am very pleased with them and will continue to only stop at that location.

Casher was all alone line to back of store girl in the office said I cant come out to help have to stay in office when she came out was with another girl walked her to the door are you working tomorrow then took her time to open another line I will not be back to this will go to another one.

I usually love this store go all the time ! But this time there was an associate outside Kim on phone smoking her cigarette turned and looked at me and said I could not use the orange carriages although they had one inside with there product full sitting in it at there registers ? And I told her i was handicapped with cane 54 years of age , even showed her the cane and there wasnt any DT carts inside , but still on phone said she would of gotten me one but never even got off the phone ! So me and my husband just left! Was very disappointed whoever she was on phone with she was obviously already upset and took it out on me , very unprofessional !!!

Love the place. The one in Acton MA keeps it clean. Westford MA doesnt. Stuff thrown all over the place.

I am very pleased with the management team at the dollar tree acton. The store is very clean,the associates are very helpful and they definitely play their part in keeping their customers safe from covid-19. Ive seen them many times cleaning the shopping carts as well as heavy volume areas. I also commend them for not allowing dirty carts from other stores into their store for safety reasons due to covid. I think the store manager is kim or kerry but anyways regardless of her name she is more than kind and helpful. I will continue to shop at dollar tree Acton where I feel safe and welcome.

The selection here is great, and it is really convenient and has great items, especially seasonal. However, this particular dollar tree has horrible management, and in the candy section everything is disorganized and random bags of candy are just thrown, when they are supposed to be organized on the shelves. In addition, this place is severly understaffed, with usually only one employee being active at a time. This makes checkout difficult, as often the employee is not their at the checkout line and you have to wait for them to see you. However, AVOID THIS PLACE DURING COVID. The procedures they put in place are horrible, employees did not wear gloves or masks, and when giving me my change they touched me with their bare hand, which definitely is not safe. No store limit guidelines was placed like other stores, so clearly this place does not concern safety. The two stars are for the great selection and nice facility

They dont have as extensive stock as some of the other Dollar tree locations, but its a very clean, organized store. I havent seen stocking dollies left in aisles with boxes on them, which it seems like there always are at other locations. Friendly cashiers on both visits

Hmmm although this store is well stocked and very clean I had different expectations for this Acton store. Having been to many Dollar Tree stores all over MA as well as ME, NY and others theres always been difference in items according to the area or neighborhood the store is in. Perhaps as of yesterday at the precise moment I shopped Dollar Tree is no longer doing this! The store in Acton is plain, typical and some departments are lacking. So much so that Id just assume take a hour trip into Quincy where one of the better Dollar Tree stores are. Whether this location has staying power remains to be seen.

Nice cheap place to shop. Very visible from the main road it has a big parking lot . Staff is friendly customer service is very good. Have many things of daily use at very cheap price . I wont hasitate to recommend this place to a friends and family

So happy this store is nearby. Always love going to Dollar Tree from time to time. $1 gets you anything you need in the store. Its kind of like a scavenger hunt, youll never know what youll find.

This Dollar tree is nicely organized & CLEAN! The staff was very friendly and helpful. They have a good selection of products & honestly I was very surprised at the quality of alot of their items, (porcelain cereal bowls, holiday chargers, etc for only a $1.00, WOW)!! I will definitely recommend this store to family & friends!!

This store has very hardworking people, everything is where it should be. Hopefully customers value the work of the staff and help keep the store clean and in order. The staff always helps with pleasure and they sell good products ... all for a dollar !!!! amazing

Recently shopped at Acton Dollar store. Very impressed with young man running the store Friday evening. He was courteous, professional and very efficient. Very positve experience. I will continue to shop there and encourage others to do so.
