I dropped by the Acton location two weeks ago after just having my E350 detailed ( a prior Alphacars purchase- my 3rd) and while chatting with Thiago Dos Santos about the beautiful result, he asked me if I’d noticed the 2015 C300 in the showroom. I had not looked at it. He knows his inventory and pointed out the stellar options on this loaded, low mileage, turbo beauty. And knowing how easy it would be for him to work up a trade-in valuation on my current immaculate ‘Alpha’ car, I got what I needed and took it for a test drive. Friendly staff, very accommodating. I purchased a 2021 Royal Enfield interceptor 650 with no hassle. Only issue I have is that the exhaust that I want it is back ordered, but that’s not their fault. Would recommend this place to anyone looking for A retro style bike.

I recently purchased an Audi from Thiago at AlphaCars of Acton. Thiago was extremely thorough to ensure my questions were answered in advance of even coming for a test drive. When I arrived, the car was ready to go - the facility is beautiful and was very clean (they even have a table, upon entry, with additional masks and anti-bacterial gel). Following my test drive, there was no hard-pressure from Thiago. He knew I was looking at one other vehicle that afternoon. After I saw the other car, I determined that the vehicle at AlphaCars was the one for me. I spoke to Thiago, made a deposit, and got the rest of the process going. Despite the fantastic videos that were posted online, due to the age of the car (2015), I wanted to have a pre-purchase inspection done at Audi. Thiago was very understanding, and once I made the appointment, he made sure that the car was there for the appointment.I wanted to proceed, and Thiago introduced me to Marian who helped get the paperwork going quickly in order to try to get me the car by Friday (inspection at Audi was done on Wednesday). Marian was incredibly organized, and I was able to pick up the car on Friday evening. Thiago was waiting for me with my service contract, owners manual, and the keys. He showed me how to use the MMI (user interface), and off I went.An extremely quick, well-organized process, from start to finish. If you are looking for some well-conditioned, high-end, unique vehicles, I strongly suggest you check out AlphaCars - ask for Thiago, and youll be in great hands.

I drive a 2012 Chevy Volt. After about 10 years of plugging and unplugging, sometimes multiple times a day, the charge receptacle gave out. I went to my dealership, but my wife didn’t like the price they quoted me. She searched on the web for other places that service EVs and found Alpha Cars. For the same repair, they charged me $100s less. The job was professional, expeditious, and correct. The Volt has been happily charging since.There was also a nice touch. When I took my car to the dealer in the past for repair or maintenance, they never charged it for me before I picked it up. At Alpha, they naturally had to plug it into a level 2 charger to validate the repair. Five minutes of taking a charge would have been more than enough, but they left it on the charger for me, so when I picked it up, it was just over halfway charged when I arrived.There is a ‘right to repair’ movement going on. Do-it-yourselfers and Mom&Pop shops are campaigning for a law to bar the manufacturers in league with the dealers from making vehicles that only dealerships can repair via software lockouts.A place like Alpha Cars makes a case for such a law

Very happy with my car purchasing experience with Alpha Cars. Before I went there I researched them, looked at their website, looked at reviews then went on to YouTube watched some of the videos and was very impressed. But it did not just stop there when I went to to test drive the car I was blown away with the showroom and the amount of care these people put into their vehicles. Thiago was my salesman and he was very informative, extremely nice and professional as well as the woman Marian who helped me with all the paper work. I came upon Alpha Cars early on in my search for a German car, my initial focus on Mercedes. Alpha had several models of various years, all pristine and well-priced. Thiago went through every one of them in detail with me, including driving them and reporting his opinion. As my search went on, my focus shifted to BMW, which was not on my list and I knew little about. I kept hearing about the cars performance. Alpha had several BMWs, and once again, Thiago knew every one of them inside and out. He never steered me toward any one car, but patiently answered my questions about the models. He did confirm what I was learning about BMW as the best performing car in its class. I havent bought a car yet and Thiago has been extremely helpful whether we are talking about an Alpha car or one at another dealership. To go by the cars in the Alpha inventory, how thoroughly they inspect and prepare them, and the expert knowledge they have, its appropriate to call Alpha a boutique dealership with competitive prices.
