My company I am employed with contracted uniform services from Ameripride out of Amarillo Tx. They came up to Pampa TX and sized me. I had to drive 90 miles from where I live to get sized. This was in October of 2011. Due to the unavailability of my size they had to order the uniforms. Once the pants arrived 3 months later they were a size too big in the waste and the crotch hung down to my knees. My shirts finally got here a month after the pants and they were so big I could pull them over my Carhardtt jacket and button them up. I have sent them back in January and reordered them. My pants showed up last week around the 5th of May and the waist is correct and the inseam is correct but the crotch still hangs down to my knees which makes me have to roll the pant leg up 3 inches. The shirts which showed up a week later than the pants fit my body and the sleeve length is great but I order a tall and they got it in an extra tall so now my shirt tail hangs down to my knees. This company is ridiculous in customer service. Its unimaginable they have to wait 3 months to get an order in and then when they get it in it is wrong then takes 4 more months to get it right but they cant get it right. If I send everything back and order again I will be another 90 to 120 days. As far as I am concerned these people are a rip off as a uniform supplier. I hope this review forewarns companies so they will know a little bit of what they are getting in to when they contract this company to service them.
