Delivery went smoothly. Operation was simple enough. After I was done, I called to let them know it was ready for pickup(even with auto pick up, my company requests a completion#) The person on the 800# was reluctant to give the #, but finally did. The next day I received an email saying that the rental went over and had not been retrieved by your company. I have no idea if it was an accident or not, but I do know that my company has the completion # from 214pm CT on 6/4/21.

DO NOT GIVE THEM YOUR CREDIT CARD!!! They keep it on file and charge you double. I was told upon returning their equipment that they HAD to charge me double because I had the equipment over a holiday weekend. If they had been open on Monday I would have returned the equipment on Monday, but they were closed and therefor I could not return the equipment. Yet, that was my fault and therefor had to pay double???? Makes no sense to me! I will never do business with them again and want everyone else to know so they will not get ripped off like I did!

I rented a walk behind trencher for the weekend to put in a sprinkler system at my house. All the staff was helpful, I was shown how to use the equipment by the shop guys. Up front, they had complimentary water, popcorn, candy and coffee. I will be back!!!

Terrible! They lie to you about final costs and then double the costs when you go to return the equipment. I was told that I was getting a great deal since I was renting the equipment over a Holiday weekend and would get one extra day for free since they werent even open on Monday. Upon returning the equipment Tuesday they told me I had to pay for the extra day since I had it over a 3 day weekend. I informed the guy that I would have returned it Monday if they would have been open. He said there was nothing he could do, another lie, and charged my credit card double since they keep your card on file. Not a happy customer and will never rent from this place again.

Went there about 11:00 to rent a floor sander. Was in my work van because it was raining. On entering and asking the girl about floor sanders she said they wont let me put any equipment in a vehicle has to be in the back of a pickup. I laughed because I thought she was joking because it was raining hard at that time shed said it. I said I didnt think it was a good day to carry electrical equipment in the back of a pick up. Just went downhill from there. Curt and not very helpful is a understatement. Go down the road where people are helpful and happy to do it.

Quick easy rental! Will definitely be going back!!

The office staff were very friendly and helpful, however that is where the good experience stopped. The shop or yard guys that were assigned to help us load the Towable JLG boom lift, were in my opinion incompetent and lazy. Maybe being from Montana I expect that when you pay a rental company 300+$ for equipment that the yard/shop hands actually help out instead of standing there watching you try to do it alone. I was highly disappointed with the lack of work ethic by the yard, and I wont be back to this United again. 😕

Had nothing but great service and good equipment !!
