Our group got there right before there locked the doors for walk in orders.. no inside seating. Lady behind counter easy nice at all .had to ask about your order a second time. I think she would of liked the doors to be locked before got there. Not a nice experience

I got a sundae so small that it was a joke and it cost $3.37 cents. It look like a test sample that they use to give you. The bottom where the ice cream is, is miniature, the cover is twice as big. I wanted to go back and ask them if they put the ice cream in the wrong part. Maybe they should flip it around. I had to go to Toms drive to get my fill of ice cream.

UPDATE: Just bit into the lady Dilly. Pulled out a hair. It was between the coating and the ice milk. Disgusting. Bought Dillys last week (August 2021). Pulled one out. Looked like someone took a bite out of it and THEN dipped it in the chocolate. I put that one aside and decided to take another, bit into it and found wax paper in it. Not the same quality Im accustomed to. Wrote to the company, they said theyd let the store know and Ive heard nothing. Disappointed.

Food and ice cream served in a very timely fashion, always enjoy going to this DQ location. Even when the drive thru is 15-20 cars long, the wait isnt that long.

I ordered a cake for our Fathers Day celebration. Never disappointed with this DQ! I also enjoy admiring the fantastic flower display as I wait my turn at the drive-up window!

Lady very politely informed me there are no chilli dogs, was very upset, cried a little, but it is my fault it clearly says in the name that she is merely the queen of dairy, and not dog, nor chilli

Have gone multiple times, just went again tonight & there was a wait which was totally fine! But when we got close to the window I could see my blizzard just sitting on the counter. & when they handed us our ice cream they were melting & coming out the top of the lid & down the sides of the cup. I love cookie dough blizzards & keep coming back cause it’s the closest DQ & the only ice cream place I like. Just wish every time I got ice cream it wasn’t fully melted.

Teach your staff to ask “Is This an Eat Street order”. Not get angry at the customer spending the $40 on a cake that had explained “ordered online” + order #. Especially when the customer is not being difficult at all, but doesn’t understand how the ordering system works. Had no prior instructions on pickup, and was treated like an idiot - have never done “Eat Street”. Will gladly be taking my business elsewhere for all future ice creams needs.

Ordered a medium butterfinger blizzard... received vanilla ice cream. Cheap owners tell their employees to hold the topping so they can save a few bucks.

Big sign out front says open until 10pm, pulled in at 9:30 (lights still on, employees inside, and drive through sign on) and went to order and the lady said they close at 9pm...well maybe you should update your sign and turn the lights out?? I guess that would make to much sense.

Good treats, getting expensive though, dont go as often now.

It was a long wait. Staff could be more efficient at filling the order. I only ordered dilly bars, and I was at the window for about 5 minutes.

Ordered a mini pumpkin blizzard with no pie chunks and a small Reeces cup blizzard. The woman told me something that saved me some money and it means the world to me in this time of hardships. Even saving a dollar could mean someone eats again tomorrow. Service was outstanding and, as always, the ice cream was phenomenal!

Well I love a good Dairy Queen blizzard, my family decided to have the fudge but bars for my dads birthday, as I was in the midst of eating it I found several pieces of paper and the last piece I found was about an inch long. I was very disappointed and felt disgusted about what else may be in my ice cream

Dairy queen is supposed to be a cute little ice cream shop, but this place in particular is an ice cream palace. The service here is incomparable and the workers always serve with a big smile on their face. It makes me feel welcome and I got bullied in high school. Definitely a nice change of pace. The store was absolutely spotless! If it wasnt inhumane I would literally eat the ice cream off the floor. 5/5 stars.

Fast service and friendly staff

Waited in drive thru to order. Long line, but waited(about 15 min). Finally got to Place my order and had to wait 20 more minutes to get to the window to pay. Finally got to window and was told that they ran out of what I ordered. I expressed my concern that the person who took my order should have known they ran out of what I ordered. The “kid” who was at the window said nothing. This is just poor business. They had no thought to give me some sort of compensation. There are many places to buy ice cream. I won’t be returning.

This location for the most part is a great location. We live a few blocks in we go to this Dairy Queen frequently. I and my husband have both seen and whether the place is busy or slow only half the workers working. I have seen numerous of times where the workers are too busy talking to one another or talking to a group of their friends cause their friends are visiting them instead of working and people are waiting in line and waiting in line and waiting in line in nobodys getting waiting on in its taking forever.

I arrived well after it opened at lest 10 minutes after 11 and there was a worker their, but they didnt take my order through the drive through and ignored me for 5 minutes. I left never going back very disapointed.

I was in town for a hospital visit - not fun, and yet it made me smile - for the first time in days. The visage, the apparent loving care, the inviting community space; it has a glow. A must see.

Staff seemed to be inefficient. A lot of standing around. People in front of us waited 15 minutes to have 2 items made. We waited total of 40 minutes.Other dairy queens I have been to have never had this problem.Ice cream is great as always! Just this location may need more training.

From the early 1970s to current the Sweet/Salty combo of a Peanut Buster Parfait, the crunchy shell of cherry or chocolate custard filled inside of a Dilly Bar & the cooling refreshing Mr Misty Floats. Such fond memories ~ before vehicles had a/c ~ holding a tray of cones while my Dad raced to get home before they melted. My Moms birthday cake request was always A DQ Icecream Cake please. Watching the big smile come across her face as it came out year after year for her Birthday & Mothers Day desserts. Thank You, You made her last years with us Happy Family Memories! Now we also get the Doggie DQs ... our 4-footed kids know when I have a Peanut Buster Parfait & my husband whatever he decides on that BEFORE we eat they get theirs! 🤗🐶

Not as good of service as the Neenah Dairy Queen. Treat quality about the same as other dairy queens. Beware when picking up an ice cream cake from the cold cases by checkout. We grabbed a birthday cake in mid December and when we pulled the candles out of the cake to cut pieces the top layer pulled off and under was a thanksgiving theme! The cake was recycled and must have been a month old and did not sell during November. Took it back and got a different none. The person working was not very apologetic. It was a teenager and not a manager.

The line was crazy long and when we ordered the girl didnt even write it down which is probably why she messed up my order. The cherry slushie and dilly bar were pink and tasted like strawberry and the prices are crazy expensive.

Horrible experience, went to pick up a cake for Fathers day and asked to have Happy Fathers Days written on the cake. She screwed up the lettering SO BADLY there is absolutely no saving it. Ice cream is good as most dairy queens are however, I asked for a medium Butterfinger Blizzard. She just mixed vanilla and chocolate together and sprinkled a little Butterfinger on top. Didnt flip mine or my fiances both were extremely runny by the time we got home which is about a 5 minute drive. She didnt seem like she wanted to be at work and it showed. Not at all impressed and will not be returning.

Avoid this location. There are no adults running this place and the kids who work there barely know whats going on. Service takes forever. Weve been going for 3 years, but its to the point that we will not be returning.

A 3 inch long centipede crawled passed me at the urinal in the mens bathroom, was not impressed with that.But, it is tbe 1st wisconsin Diary Queen, so thats pretty cool.And, they dont serve food here, so no fries with your blizzard :(
